Description
Patentkrav 1. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj, der omfatter et tredimensionalt blandingsprodukt af (a) en første fase, der omfatter 24 - 48 volumen-% slibende korn sammenbundet med 10-38 volumen-% organisk bindemiddelmateriale og mindre end 10 volumen-% porøsitet; og (b) en sekundær fase bestående af 38 - 54 volumen-% porøsitet; hvor den sekundære fase er en kontinuert fase inden for blandingsproduktet, og det sammenbundne slibende værktøj har en minimal bristningshastighed på 4000 sfpm (20,32 mis). 2. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 1, hvor den første fase af blandingsproduktet omfatter 26 - 40 volumen-% slibende kom sammenbundet med 10-22 volumen-% organisk bindemiddelmateriale og mindre end 10 volumen-% porøsitet, og den sekundære fase består af 38 - 50 volumen-% porøsitet. 3. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 1, hvor den første fase af blandingsproduktet omfatter 24 - 42 volumen-% slibende korn sammenbundet med 18-38 volumen-% organisk bindemiddelmateriale, og den sekundære fase består af 38 - 54 volumen-% porøsitet. 4. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 5, hvor det sammenbundne slibende værktøj har en maksimal værdi for elasticitets-modul på 10 GPa og en minimal bristningshastighed på 6000 sfpm (30,48 m/s). 9. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 5, hvor det sammenbundne slibende værktøj har en hårdhedsgrad mellem A og H på Norton Company grade skalaen, og hårdhedsgraden af det sammenbundne slibende værktøj er mindst én grad blødere end den for et i andre henseender identisk traditionelt værktøj fremstillet med slibende korn, der ikke er blevet agglomereret sammen med et uorganisk binder-materiale. 10. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 5, hvor det uorganiske bindemiddelmateriale er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af sintrede bindemiddelmaterialer, keramiske bindemiddelmaterialer, glas-keramiske bindemiddelmaterialer, materialer af uorganisk salt og metalliske bindemiddelmaterialer, og kombinationer deraf. 11. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 1, hvor 10 til 100 volumen-% af de slibende korn i den første fase af blandingsproduktet er i form af en blanding af en flerhed af korn agglomereret sammen med et uorganisk bindermateriale og en flerhed af korn agglomereret sammen med et organisk binder-materiale. 12. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 1, hvor den første fase af blandingsproduktet er et netformet netværk af slibende korn forankret inden for det organiske bindemiddelmateriale. 13. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 1, hvor det organiske bindemiddelmateriale er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af materialer af phenolisk resin, epoxy-resinmaterialer, polyimid-resinmaterialer, phenol-formaldehyd-resinmaterialer, urea-formaldehyd-resinmaterialer, melamin-formaldehyd-resinmaterialer, acryl-resinmaterialer og kombinationer deraf. 14. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst 50 volumen-% af de slibende korn i den første fase af blandingsproduktet er i form af en flerhed af korn agglomereret sammen med et organisk binder-materiale. 15. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj, der omfatter et tredimensionalt blandingsprodukt af (a) 22 - 46 volumen-% slibende korn sammenbundet med 4 - 20 volumen-% uorganisk bindemiddelmateriale; og (b) 40 - 68 volumen-% sammenkoblet porøsitet; hvor størstedelen af de slibende korn er til stede som klynger med uregelmæssig afstand inden for det tredimensionale blandingsprodukt; det sammenbundne slibende værktøj har en værdi for elasticitets-modul, der er mindst 10% lavere end værdien for elasticitets-modul af et i andre henseender identisk traditionelt værktøj, som har regelmæssigt arrangerede slibende korn inden for et tredimensionalt blandingsprodukt; og det sammenbundne slibende værktøj har en minimal bristningshastighed på 4000 sfpm (20,32 m/s). 16. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 15, hvor det tredimensionale blandingsprodukt omfatter 22 - 40 volumen-% slibende kom sammenbundet med 8-14 volumen-% uorganisk bindemiddelmateriale og 40 - 64 volumen-% sammenkoblet porøsitet. 17. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 15, hvor det tredimensionale blandingsprodukt omfatter 34 - 42 volumen-% slibende korn sammenbundet med 6-12 volumen-% uorganisk bindemiddelmateriale og 46 - 58 volumen-% sammenkoblet porøsitet. 18. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 15, hvor den sammenkoblede porøsitet er blevet dannet uden tilsætning af porøsitet-inducerende materialer under fremstilling, og blandingsproduktet i det væsentlige er fri af høj-aspekt-forhold partikler af slibende kom og fyldstoffer. 19. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 15, hvor 10 til 100 volumen-% af de slibende korn i blandingsproduktet er i form af en flerhed af korn agglomereret sammen med et uorganisk binder-materiale. 20. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 15, hvor det uorganiske bindemiddelmateriale er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af sintrede bindemiddelmaterialer, keramiske bindemiddelmateriafer, glas-keramiske bindemiddelmaterialer, materialer af uorganisk salt og metalliske bindemiddelmaterialer og kombinationer deraf. 22. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 15, hvor det sammenbundne slibende værktøj har en hårdhedsgrad mellem A og M på Norton Company grade skalaen, og hårdhedsgraden for det sammenbundne slibende værktøj er mindst én grad blødere end den for et i andre henseender identisk traditionelt værktøj, der har regelmæssigt arrangerede slibende korn inden for et tredimensionalt blandingsprodukt. 23. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 15, hvor det sammenbundne slibende værktøj har en værdi for elasticitets-modul, der er mindst 40 % lavere end værdien for elasticitets-modul af et i andre henseender identisk traditionelt værktøj, der har regelmæssigt arrangeret slibende korn inden for et tredimensionalt blandingsprodukt, og det sammenbundne slibende værktøj har en minimal bristningshastighed på 6000 sfpm (30,48 m/s). 25. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 15, hvor det sammenbundne slibende værktøj er en indre diameter slibningsskive, og skiven indeholder 40 til 52 volumen-% slibende korn og har en værdi for elasticitets-modul på 25 til 50 GPa. 26. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 15, hvor det sammenbundne slibende værktøj er en værktøjsmagasin-slibningsskive, og skiven indeholder 39 til 52 volumen-% slibende korn og har en værdi for elasticitets-modul på 15 til 36 GPa. 27. Sammenbundet slibende værktøj ifølge krav 15, hvor det sammenbundne slibende værktøj er en creep feed slibningsskive, og skiven indeholder 30 til 40 volumen-% slibende korn og har en værdi for elasticitets-modul på 8 til 25 GPa. 28. Fremgangsmåde til rundskive-slibning, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinene med: (a) tilvejebringelse af en sammenbundet slibende skive, der omfatter et tredimensionalt blandingsprodukt af (i) en første fase, der omfatter 24 - 48 volumen-% slibende kom sammenbundet med 10-38 volumen-% organisk bindemiddelmateriale og mindre end 10 volumen-% porøsitet; og (ii) en sekundær fase bestående af 38 - 54 volumen-% porøsitet; hvor den sekundære fase er en kontinuert fase inden for blandingsproduktet, og det sammenbundne slibende værktøj har en minimal bristningshastighed på 4000 sfpm (20,32 m/s); (b) montering af den sammenbundne slibende skive på en overfladeslibemaskine; (c) rotering af skiven; og (d) anbringelse af en slibeoverflade af skiven i kontakt med et arbejdsstykke i en tilstrækkelig tidsperiode til at slibe arbejdsstykket; hvorved skiven fjerner arbejdsstykke-materiale ved en effektiv materialefjernelseshastighed, slibeoverfladen af skiven forbliver i det væsentlige fri af slibeaffald, og efter at slibning er blevet fuldført, er arbejdsstykket i det væsentlige fri af termisk beskadigelse. 29.
