Ausbeute: 715 g; Gehalt an Mg3P2:94,5%.
Ausbeute:361 g; Gehalt an Mg3Pi:95,1 /0.
Ausbeute: 178 g; Gehalt an Mg3P2:89%.
Ausbeute: 54 g; Gehalt an MgiPj; 87%.
Ausbeute: 200 g; Gehalt an Magnesiumphosphid und Aluminiumphosphid: 95%.
Ausbeute: 122 g; Gehalt an Aluminiumphosphid: 85%.
Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch:Verfahren zur Herstellung von Aluminiumphosphid und/oder Magnesiumphosphid durch Umsetzung des feinteiligen Metalls oder einer Legierung der beiden Metalle mit Phosphor in einer Inertgasatmosphäre und in Gegenwart von Chlor, Brom oder Jod bzw. einer Verbindung von Chlor, Brom oder Jod mit Phosphor, Schwefel, Wasserstoff, Ammonium, Zink oder dem umzusetzenden Metall, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Phosphor als gelber Phosphor eingesetzt und die Umsetzung bei einer Temperatur zwischen 300 und 6000C durchgeführt wird.
