Claims (1)
- Patentansprüche1. Für die Herstellung von Siliciumcarbidformkörpern brauchbare Organosiliciumverbindungen mit hohem Molekulargewicht, die Silicium und Kohlenstoff als die Hauptgerüstkomponenten enthalten, bestehend aus zumindest einem linearen Polycarbosilan, cyclischen Polycarbosilan und/oder Polycarbosilan, bei dem lineare und cyclische Polycarbosilane chemisch miteinander verbunden sind, mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht (Zahlenrnittel) von 500 bis 3C000, einer Intrinsic-Viskosität von 0,01 bis 1,50 und einer Siliciumcarbidrestmenge von nicht weniger als 40 Gew.96 nach Brennen in nicht-oxidierender Atmosphäre bei 800 bis 15000C.2. Organosiliciumverbindung nach Anspruch 1, d a durch gekennzeichnet, daß das lineare Polycarbosilan der folgenden MolekUlstruktur entspricht:4-Si-I-C-4-I

Organosiliciumverbindung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fremdelement aus der durch Stickstoff und Metalle der Gruppen I bis VIII des Periodensystems gebildeten Gruppe ausgewählt ist.7>' Verfahren zur Herstellung von für die Bildung von Siliciumcarbidformkörpern brauchbaren Organosilicium,-verbindungen mit hohem Molekulargewicht nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine thermische oder durch Bestrahlung mit if-t Röntgen-, UV- oder Elektronenstrahlen ausgelöste Polykondensation von zumindest einer Organosiliciumverbindung aus der Gruppe der(1) Verbindungen, bei denen das Silicium nur 20 an Kohlenstoff gebunden ist;(2) Verbindungen mit SiH Bindung zusätzlich zur Si-C Bindung;(3) Verbindungen mit Si-HaI Bindung; (U) Verbindungen mit Si-N-Bindung;25 (5) Organoalkoxy-(oder -aryloxy-)silane (mit Si-OR Bindung);(6) Verbindungen mit Si-OH Bindung;(7) Verbindungen mit Si-Si Bindung;(8) Verbindungen mit Si-O-Si Bindung;(9) Ester von Organosiliciumverbindungen und (10) Peroxide von Organosiliciumverbindungen bei einer Temperatur von 200 bis 15000C (im Falle der thermischen Polykondensation) im Vakuum oder in einer Gasatmosphäre aus der Gruppe Inertgas, Wasserstoff, CO, COg, Kohlenwasserstoffgas und Organosiliciumverbindungsgas.709835/1007B 79801 - 9*-8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die thermische Polykondensation in Gegenwart von nicht mehr als 10 % eines Radikalinitiators durchgeführt wird, der vorzugsweise durch Benzoylperoxid Di-tert.-butyl-peroxyoxalat, Di-tert.-butyl-peroxid oder Azobisisobutyronitril gebildet wird.9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder8 zur Herstellung von fremdstoffhaltigen Organosiliciumverbindungen nach Anspruch 5t dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die PoIykondensationsreaktion eine Mischung von zumindest einer Organosiliciumverbindung der Gruppen (1) bis (10) und zumindest einer Verbindung aus der Gruppe der Organosiliciumverbindungen der Gruppe (A) und organometallischen Verbindungen der Gruppen der organometallischen Verbindungen mit einem Metall der Gruppen I bis VIII des Periodensystems (einschließlich Koordinationsverbindungen) verwendet wird.10.
