Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Triazolylthioptiosphonsäureester,
Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre-Verwendmg zur Schädlingsbekämpfung.
Die Triazolyl-thiophosphonsäureester entsprechen der

Unter einem niederen Alkyl-, Alkoxy- oder Alkylthiorest
ist jeweils ein geradkettiger oder verzweigter Rest mit 1
bis 5 Kohlenstoffatome, zum Beispiel Methyl,.; Methoxy, Methylthio,
Aethyl, Aethoxy, Aethylthio, n-Propyl, Propoxy, Isopropyl-η-Butyl
und n-Pentyl sowie deren Isomere, "zu verstehen.
Unter einem Phenyl-nieder-Alkylrest sind solche Reste zu vorstehen,
die in der Seitenkette ein bis vier, vorzugsweise ein öder
zwei Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen. Beispiele solcher Reste sind ■
folglich:
Bevorzugte niedere Triha.logenalkylgruppen sind: Tri fluor methyl.
Wegen ihrer Wirkung bevorzugt sind Verbindungen der Forniol

Als Salze von "Hydroxy-triazolen der Formel II eignen
sich fUr das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren insbesondere die Älkalinietallsalze,
daneben kommen aber noch andere, beispielsweise Salze einwertiger Fc.hwermetalle, in'Betracht, . ■·■·.,·■ -
Als säurebiiidende Mittel kommen beispielsweise folgende
Basen in Betracht: tertiäre AmineV wie Triethylamin,· Dimethyl*-
bad
anilin, Pyridin, Pyridinbasen, anorganische Basen, wie Hydroxide und Carbonate von Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallen, vorzugsweise
Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat.
Die Umsetzungen können vorzugsweise in gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln
durchgeführt werden. Hierfür sind beispielsweise folgende geeignet: aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol,
Benzine, Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, Chlorbenzol, Polychlorbenzole,
Brombenzol, chlorierte Alkane mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen,· Aether, wie Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran; Ester, wie EssigsäureHthylester,-Ketone,
wie Methyläthylketon, Diäthylketon, Nitrile, etc.
Die Ausgangsstoffe der Formel II sind zum Teil bekannte
Verbindungen, die nach an sich bekannten Methoden hergestellt werden können. Diese Verbindungen werden beispielsweise erhalten,
indem man ein entsprechend substituiertes Semicarbazid mit Orthocarbonsäureäthylester,
z.B. Orthoamelsensäureäthylester,umsetzt,
oder indem man ein entsprechend substituiertes Semicarbazid zuerst acyliert und anschliessend unter alkaliseifen, Bedingungen
ringschiieRst(vgL z.B.. .Chetn. Ber. 5j6, 1797).
Die Verbindungen der Formel I weisen eine breite biozide V/irkung auf und können zur Bekämpfung von verschiedenartigen
pflanzlichen und tierischen Schädlingen, so z.B. als Nematozide und eingesetzt werden.

Insbesondere besitzen die Verbindungen der. Formel I insektizide
und akarizide Eigenschaften und können gegen alle Entwicklungsstadien wie ZeB0 Eier, Larven, Puppen, Nymphen und Adulte
von Insekten und Vertretern der 'Ordnung Akarina eingesetzt werden,
wie z.B0 gegen Insekten der Familien: Teltigonidae, Gryllidae,
Gryllotalpidae, Blattidae, Peduviidae, Phyrrhocoriae, Cimicidae, Delphacidae, Aphididae, Diaspididae, Pseudöcoccidae, Scarabacidae,
Dermestidae, Coccinellidae, Tenebrionidae, Chrysomelidae, Bruchidae,
Tineidae, Noctuidae, Lymatriidae, Pyralidae, Culcidae, Tripulidae,
Stomoxydae, Trypetidae, Muscidae, Calliphoriade und Pulicidae,
sowie Akariden der Familien Ixodiae, Argasidae, Tetranychidae und Dermanyssidae. ' · - ..
Die insektizide oder akarizide Wirkung lässt sich durch
Zusatz von anderen Insektiziden und/oder Akariziden wesentlich
verbreitern und an gegebene Umstände anpassen. .

Die Wirkstoffe der Formel 1 besitzen auch fungizide Eigenschaften gegen phytopathogene Pilze an verschiedenartigen
Kulturpflanzen, wie Getreide, Mais, Reis,- Gemüse, Zierpflanzen, Obstbäumen, Reben, Peldfrüchten, etc.
Mit den neuen Wirkstoffen können an Früchten, Blüten,
Laubwerk, Stengeln, Knollen und Wurzeln auftretende Pilze eingedämmt oder vernichtet werden, wobei dann auch später zuwachsende
Pflanzenteile von derartigen Pilzen verschont bleiben. Die Wirkstoffe der Formel 1 sind insbesondere gegen die folgenden
Klassen, angehörenden phytopatho^enen Pilze wirksam: Oomycetes, Zygor.ycetes, Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes, Denteromycetes.
Ferner können die neuen Wirkstoffe zur Behandlung von Saatgut, Früchten, Knollen etc. zum Schutz vor Pilzinfektionen
beispielsweise durch Brandpilze aller Art, wie Ustilago-, Tilletia-, Urocystis-, Turburcinia- und Phoma-Arten eingesetzt
werden.
Den Wirkstoffen der Formel 1 können zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums neben den oben, genannten Akariziden und

werden» Ferner sind "cattle dips", d-ho Viehbäder, und

Die Herstellung erfindungsgemässer Mittel erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen und/oder Vermählen
von Wirkstoffen der Formel I mit den geeigneten Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber den Wirkstoffen
inerten Dispergier·- oder Lösungsmitteln,, Die Wirkstoffe

Zur Herstellung fester Aufarbeitungsformen (Stäubemittel,
Streumittel) v/erden die Wirkstoffe mit festen Trägerstoffen vermischt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen zum Beispiel Kaolin, Talkum,
Bolus, Löss, Kreide, Kalkstein, Kalkgries, Attapulgit, Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, gefällte Kieselsäure, Erdalkalisilikate, Natrium-
und Kaliumaluminiumsilikate (Feldspate und Glimmer), Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfate, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Dünge-'mittel,
wie Ammoniumsulfate Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat,
Harnstoff, gemahlene pflanzliche Produkte, wie Getreidemehl, Baumrindenmehl, Holzmehl, Nussschalenmehl, Cellulosepulver, Rückstände
von Pflanzenextrakten, Aktivkohle etc., je für sich oder als Mischungen untereinander in Frage. '
Granulate lassen sich sehr einfach herstellen, indem man einen Wirkstoff der Formel I in einem organischen Lösungsmittel
löst und die so erhaltene Lösung auf ein granuliertes Mineral, z.B. Attapulgit, SiOp, Granicalcium, Bentonit usw. aufbringt
und dann das organische Lösungsmittel' wieder verdampft.
Es können auch Polytnerengranulate dadurch hergestellt v/erden, dass die Wirkstoffe der Formel I mit polymerisierbaren

Verbindungen vermischt werden (Harns'toff/Formäldehydj Dicyandiamid/
Formaldehyd; Melamin/Pormaldehyd oder andere)., worauf eine schonende
Polymerisation durchgeführt wird, von der die Aktivsubstanzen
unberührt bleiben, und wobei noch während der Gelbildung die Granulierung
vorgenommen wird. Günstiger ist es, fertige* poröse BöIymerengranulate
(Harnstoff/Formaldehyd, Polyacrylnitril, Polyester und andere) mit bestimmter Oberfläche und günstigem voraus bestimmbarem
Adsorptions/Desorptionsverhältnis mit den V/irlsboffen
z.B. in Form .ihrer Lösungen (in einem niedrig siedenden Lösungsmittel)
zu imprägnieren und das Lösungsmittel zu entfernen» Derartige
Polymerengranulate können in Form von Mikrograriulaten mit
Schüttgewjßhten von vorzugsweise 3OO g/Liter bis 600 "g/Liter auch
mat Hilfe von Zerstäubern ausgebracht werden. Das Zerstäuben kann über ausgedehnte Flächen von Nutzpflanzenkulturen mit Hilfe von ■
Flugzeugen durchgeführt werden.
Granulate sind auch durch Kontaktieren des Trägermaterials
mit den Wirk- und Zusatzstoffen und anschliessendem Zerkleinern erhältlich.
Diesen Gemischen können ferner den Wirkstoff stabilisierende Zusätze und/oder nichtionische, anionaktive und kationaktive
Stoffe zugegeben werden, die beispielsweise, die Haftfestigkeit
der Wirkstoffe auf Pflanzen und Pflanzenteilen verbessern (Haft- und Klebemittel) und/oder eine bessere Benetzbarkeit (Netzmittel)
sowie Dispergierbarkeit (Dispergato'ren) gewährleisten»
Beispielsweise kommen folgende Stoffe in Frage: Olein/

In Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate, d.h.
Spritzpulver (wettable powders) Pasten und Emulsionskonzentrate stellen - Mittel dar, die mit V/asser auf jede gewünschte Konzentration
verdünnt werden können. Sie bestehen aus Wirkstoff, Trägerstoff, gegebenenfalls den Wirkstoff stabilisierenden Zusätzen, oberflächenaktiven
Substanzen und AntischaummitteIn und gegebenenfalls
Lösungsmitteln.
Die Spritzpulver (wettable powders) und Pasten werden erhalten, indem man die Wirkstoffe mit Dispergiermitteln und pulverförmigen
Trägerstoffen in geeigneten Vorrichtungen bis zur Homogenität vermischt und vermahlt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen beispielsweise
die vorstehend für die festen Aufarbeitungsformen erwähnten
in Frage. In manchen Fällen ist es vorteilhaft, Mischungen verschiedener Trägerstoffe zu verwenden. Als Dispergatoren können beispielsweise
verwendet v/erden: Kondensationsprodukte von sulfonierten! Naphthalin und sulfonierten Naphthalinderivaten mit formaldehyd,
Kondensationsprodukte des Naphthalins bzw. der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren
mit Phenol und Formaldehyd sowie Alkali-, Ammonium- und Erdalkalisalze
von Ligninsulfonsäure, weiter Alkylarylsulfonate, Alkali-
und Erdalkalimetallsalze der Dibutylnaphthalinculfonsaure, Fettalkoholsulfatc,

Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den oben aufgeführten Zusätzen
so vermischt, vermählen, gesiebt und passiert, dass bei den Spritzpulvern
der feste Anteil eine Korngrösse von 0,02 bis 0,04 und bei.
den Pasten von 0,03 ram nicht überschreitet» Zur Herstellung von
Emulsionskonzentraten und Pasten v/erden Dispergiermittel, wie sie
in den vorangehenden Abschnitten aufgeführt wurden, organische . "Lösungsmittel und Wasser verwendet. Als Lösungsmittel kommen beispielsweise
Alkohole, Benzol, Xylole, Toluol, Dimethylsulfoxid und
im Bereich von 120 bis 350°C siedende Mineralölfraktionen in Frage.
Die Lösungsmittel müssen praktisch geruchlos, nicht phytotoxisch und den Wirkstoffen gegenüber inert sein.
Ferner können die erfindungsgemässen Mittel in Form von
Lösungen angewendet werden. Hierzu wird der Wirkstoff bzw, werden mehrere Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I in geeigneten organischen Lösungsmitteln, Lösungsmittelgemischen oder Wasser gelöst f
Als organische Lösungsmittel können aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, deren chlorierte Derivate, Alky!naphthaline,
Mineralöle allein oder als Mischung untereinander verwendet v/erden.
Der Gehalt an Wirkstoff in den oben beschriebenen Mitteln liegt zwischen 0,1 bis 95$, dabei ist zu erwähnen, dass bei der
Applikation aus dem Flugzeug oder mittels anderer geeigneter Applilcationsrroräte
Konzentrationen bis zu 99,5$ oder sogar reiner

Die Wirkstoffe der Formel I können beispielsweise wie

Stäubemittel: Zur Herstellung eines a) 5$igen und b) 2$igen Stäubemittels
werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet!
a) 5 Teile Wirkstoff-95 Teile Talkum;
b) 2 Teile Wirkstoff
1 Teil hochdisperse Kieselsäure, 97 Teile Talkum .
Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den Trägerstoffen vermischt
und vermählen.
Granulat: Zur Herstellung eines 5$igen Granulates werden die folgenden
Stoffe verwendet:

91 Teile Kaolin (Korngrösse 0,3 - 0,8 mm). Die Aktivsubstanz wird mit Epichlorhydrin vermischt und mit 6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird Polyäthylenglykol und Cetylpolyglykoläther zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird·auf Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschliessend das .Aceton im Vakuum verdampft Spritzpulver: Zur Herstellung eines a) 40#igen, b) und c) 25iiigen d) 10 S&Lgen Spritzpulvers werden folgende Bestandteile verwendet:
91 Teile Kaolin (Korngrösse 0,3 - 0,8 mm). Die Aktivsubstanz wird mit Epichlorhydrin vermischt und mit 6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird Polyäthylenglykol und Cetylpolyglykoläther zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird·auf Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschliessend das .Aceton im Vakuum verdampft Spritzpulver: Zur Herstellung eines a) 40#igen, b) und c) 25iiigen d) 10 S&Lgen Spritzpulvers werden folgende Bestandteile verwendet:

b) 25/^igen emuigierbaren Konzentrates werden folgende Stoffe
verwendet:

Aus solchen Konzentraten können durch Verdünnen mit V/asser Emulsionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration hergestellt werden.

21,0 g (0,1 M) l-(4-Chlor-2-methylphenyl)-3-hydroxy-1.2:4-triazol
vom Smp. 22-21°C und 13*8 g (0,1 M) Kaliumcarbonat werden
in 250 ml Methylathylketon 2 Stunden lang am-Rückfluss gekocht.
Die Lösung wird auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt, und 17*3 g (0,1 M)
O-Aethyl-äthylthiophosphonsäureehlorid werden der Suspension
während 15 Minuten zugetropft. Man erhitzt die Mischung 1 1/2 Stunden am Rückfluss und rührt sie anschliessend "bei Raumtemperatur
über Nacht. Die Salze werden abfiltriert,, und das klare FiI-trat
wird am Vakuum konzentriert. Man nimmt den. Rückstand im
Isopropanol auf und bringt das Produkt zur Kristallisation durch Kühlen in Troekeneis-Acetonbad. Das-Kristallisat wird ab.filtriert
und 15 Stunden im Vakuum bei 30°C/l5 mm) getrocknet. Man erhält die Verbindung der Formel
Oa2H5
mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 62-640C.

A) Rhipicephalus. bursa
Je 5 adulte Zecken oder 50 Zeckenlarven wurden in ein Glasröhrchon
gezählt und für 1 bis 2 Minuten in 2ml- einer wäüGrigcn
Emulsion aus' einer Verdünnungsreihe mit je 100, 10, 1 und 0,1 ppm Testsubstanz getaucht. Das Röhrchen wurde dann mit einem genormten
Wattebausch verschlossen und auf den Kopf gestellt, damit die Wirkstoffemulsion von der Watte aufgenommen werden konnte.
Die Auswertung erfolgte bei den Adulten nach 2 Wochen und
bei den Larven nach 2 Tagen. Für jeden Versuch liefen 2 Wiederholungen .
B) Boophllus microplus (Larven) , . .
Mit einer analogen Verdünnungsreihe wie beim Test A wurden mit je 20 sensiblen resp. OP-resistenten Larven Versuche durchgeführt.
(Die Resistenz bezieht sich auf die Verträglichkeit von Diazinon).
Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten in diesen Tests
gegen Adulte und Larven von Rhipicephalus bursa und sensible resp. OP-resistente Larven von Boophilus microplus.

Akarizide Wirkung - ■ - ·
Phiaseolus vulgaris (Buschbohnen) vmrden 12 Stunden vor dem
Test auf akarizide Wirkung mit einem infestierten Blattstück aus einer Massenzucht von Tetranychus urticae belegt. Die übergelaufenen
beweglichen Stadien wurden aus einem Chromatographiezerstäuber mit den emulgierten Testpräparaten bestäubt, dass kein
Ablaufen der Spritzbrühe eintrat. Nach zwei bis 7 Tagen vmrden Larven, Adulte und Eier unter dem Binokular auf lebende und toto
Individuen ausgewertet und das Ergebnis in Prozenten ausgedrückt» Während der "Haltezeit" standen die behandelten Pflanzen in
Gewächshauskabinen bei 25°C.
Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten im'obigen Test
gegen Adulte, Larven und Eier von Tetranychus urticae.
A) Insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung
Tabak- und Kartoffelstauden wurden mit einer. 0,05#igen
wässrigen Wirkstoffemulsion (erhalten aus einem lO^igen emulgierbaren
Konzentrat) besprüht* . .
Nach dem Antrocknen des Belages· wurden die Tabakpflanzen ·
mit Eulenraupen (Spodoptera litoralis) und die Kartoffelstauden mit Kartoffelkäfer-Larven (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) besetzt.
Der Versuch wird bei 24°C und 60% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit
durchgeführt.
Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 zeigen im obigen Test Frassgift-Wirkung gegen Spodoptera litoralis und Leptinotarsa
