Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft S-(2-0xo-3-methylen-benzoxazol)
resp. S-(2-Thiono-3-methylen-benzthiazol)phDSphorsäureester,

Die für R^ bis R in Frage kommenden Alkylgruppen
können verzweigt oder geradkettig, substituiert oder unsubstituiert sein. Diese Gruppen weisen in der Kette vorzugsweise
1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatome auf. Als Substituenten kommen z.B. Halogen, Hydroxyl und Cyano in Betracht. Beispiele
solcher Alkylgruppen sind u.a.: Methyl» Trifluormethyl,
Methoxyäthyl, Aethyl, Aethoxyäthyl, Cyanoäthyl, Propyl, Isopropyl, n-, i-, sek.-, tert.-Butyl und n-Pentyl.
Wegen ihrer Wirkung besonders bevorzugt sind Verbindungen der Formel I, worin

In den Formeln II und'III haben R, R-, R , R , und
Y die für die Formel I angegebene Bedeutung. Hai steht für Halogen, insbesondere für Chlor oder Brom und Me bedeutet
ein Alkalimetall, insbesondere Natrium, Kalium, Ammonium oder Alkylammonium. Das Verfahren wird bei einer
Reaktionstemperatur zwischen 0 bis 100 C, bei normalem
Druck und in gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln durchgeführt:
Als inerte Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel eignen
sich z.B.: Aether und ätherartige Verbindungen, wie Diäthyläther, Dipropyläther, Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran; Amide,
wie N, N-dialkalierte Carbonsäureamide; aliphatische,
aromatische sowie halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, insbesondere Benzol, Toluol, Xylole, Chlorbenzol;Nitrile wie
Acetonitril; DMSO.
Die Ausgangstoffe der Formeln I und II sind teilweise bekannt oder können nach bekannten Methoden hergestellt
werden.

Die insektizide oder akarizide Wirkung lässt sich durch Zusatz von anderen Insektiziden und/oder Akariziden

Die Wirkstoffe der Formel I besitzen auch fungizide Eigenschaften
gegen phytopathogene Pilze an verschiedenartigen Kulturpflanzen, wie Getreide, Mais, Reis, Gemüse, Zierpflanzen,
Obstbäumen, Reben, Feldfrüchten, etc.
Mit den neuen V/irkstoffen können an Früchten* Blüten,
Laubwerk, Stengeln, Knollen und Wurzeln auftretende Pilze eingedämmt oder vernichtet werden, wobei dann auch später zuwachsende
Pflanzenteile von derartigen Pilzen verschont bleiben. Die Wirkstoffe
der Formel I sind insbesondere gegen die folgenden Klassen, angehörenden phytopathogenen Pilze wirksam:
Oomycetes, Zygomycetes, Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes, Denteromycetes.
Ferner können die neuen Wirkstoffe zur Behandlung von
Saatgut, Früchten, Knollen etc. zum Schutz vor Pilzinfektionen
beispielsweise durch Brandpilze aller Art, wie Ustilaginales, z.B.
Ustilago-, Tilletia-, Urocystis-, Turburcinia- und Phoma-Arten
eingesetzt werden.
Den V/irkstoffcn der Formol I können zur Verbreiterung
des Wirkungsnpektrums neben den oben genannten Akariziden und Insektiziden zum Beispiel auch Bakterizide, Fungistatika, Bakteriostatika,
Nematozide und /oder z.B. folgende Fungizide beigemischt werden:

Die Verbindungen der Formel I können für sich allein oder zusammen mit geeigneten Trägern und/oder Zuschlagstoffen
eingesetzt werden. Geeignete Träger und Zuschlagstoffe können fest oder flüssig sein und entsprechen den in der Formulierungstechnik üblichen Stoffen wie z.B. natürlichen oder regenerierten
Stoffen, Lcsungs-, Dispergier-, Netz-, Haft-, Verdickungs·*,
Binde- und/oder Düngemitteln.
Zur Applikation können die Verbindungen der Formel I zu Stäubemitteln, Emulsionskonzentraten, Granulaten, Dispersionen
Sprays, zu Lösungen oder Aufschlämmungen in üblicher Formulierung.
die in der Applikationstechnik zum Allgemeinwissen gehört, verarbeitet
v/erden. Ferner sind "cattle dips", d.h. Viehbäder, und "spray races", d.h. Sprühgänge, in denen wässerige Zubereitungen
verwendet werden,zu erwähnen.
Die Herstellung erfindungsgemasser Mittel erfolgt in
an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen und/oder Vermählen
von Wirkstoffen der Formel I mit den geeigneten Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber den Wirkstoffen
inerten Dispergier- oder Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffe
können in den folgenden Aufarbeitungsformen vorliegen und angewendet v/erden:

feste Aufarbeitungsformen: Stäubemittel, Streumittel,
Granulate, Umhüllungsgranulate, . Imprägnierungsgranulate und Homogengranulate
flüssige Aufarbeitungsformen:
a) in Wasser dispergierbare
Wirkstoffkonzenträte: Spritzpulver (wettable powders),
Pasten, Emulsionen^
b) Lösungen
Zur Herstellung fester Aufarbeitungsformen (Stäubemittel Streumittel) werden die Wirkstoffe mit festen Trägerstoffen vermischt.
Als Trägerstoffe kommen zum Beispiel Kaolin, Talkum, Bolus, Löss, Kreide, Kalkstein, Kalkgries, Attapulgit, Dolomit,
Diat.omeenerde, gefällte Kieselsäure, Erdalkalisilikate, Natrium- und Kaliumaluminiumsilikate (Feldspäte und Glimmer), Calcium- und
Magnesiumsulfate, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Dünge- ■
"mittel, wie Ammoniumsulfat, 'Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoff, gemahlene pflanzliche Produkte, wie Getreidemehl,
Baumrindenmehl, Holzmehl, Nussschalenmehl, Cellulosepulver, Rück-,
stände von Pflanzenextrakten, Aktivkohle efcc, je für sich
oder als Mischungen untereinander in Frage.
Granulate lassen sich sehr einfach herstellen, indem man einen Wirkstoff der Formel I in einem organischen Lösungsmittel
löst und die so erhaltene Lösung auf ein granuliertes Mineral, z.B. Attapulgit, SiO„, Granicalcium, Bentonit usw. aufbringt
und dann das organische Lösungsmittel wieder verdampft.
Es können auch Polymerengranulate dadurch hergestellt werden, dass die Wirkstoffe der Formel I mit polymerisierbaren

Verbindungen vermischt werden (Harnstoff/FormaldehydJ Dicyandiamid/
Formaldehyd; Melamin/Formaldehyd oder andere), worauf eine schonende Polymerisation durchgeführt wird, von der die Aktivsubstanzen
unberührt bleiben, und wobei noch während der Gelbildung die Granulierung vorgenommen wird. Günstiger ist es, fertige, poröse Polymerengranulate
(Harnstoff/Formaldehyd, Polyacrylnitril* Polyester und andere) mit bestimmter Oberfläche und günstigem voraus bestimmbarem
Adsorptions/Desorptionsverhältnis mit den Wirlfitoffen
z.B. in Form ihrer Lösungen (in einem niedrig siedenden Lösungsmittel) zu imprägnieren und das Lösungsmittel zu entfernen. Derartige
Polymerengranulate können in Form von Mikrögranulaten mit
Schüttgewichten von vorzugsweise JiOO g/Liter bis 600 "g/Liter auch
mit Hilfe von Zerstäubern ausgebracht werden. Das Zerstäuben kann über ausgedehnte Flächen von Nutzpflanzenkulturen mit Hilfe von
Flugzeugen durchgeführt v/erden.
Granulate sind auch durch Kompaktieren des Trägermaterials
mit den Wirk- und Zusatzstoffen und anschliessendem Zerkleinern erhältlich.
Diesen Gemischen können ferner den Wirkstoff stabilisierende Zusätze und/oder nichtionische, anionaktive und kationaktive
Stoffe zugegeben werden, die beispielsweise die Haftfestigkeit der Wirkstoffe auf Pflanzen und Pflanzenteilen verbessern (Haft-
und Klebemittel) und/oder eine bessere Benetzbarkeit (Netzmittel) sowie Dispergierbarkeit (Dispergatoren) gewährleisten.
Beispielsweise kommen folgende Stoffe in Frage: Olein/
Kalk-Mischung, Cellulosederivate (Methylcelluloce, Carboxymethylcellulose),
Hydroxyäthylenglykoläther von Mono- und Dialkylphenoleri

Fettalkoholteil, Kondensationsprodukte von Aethylenoxid, Propylenoxid,
Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polyvinylalkohole, Kondensationsprodukte von Harnstoff/Formaldehyd sowie Latex-Produkte.
In Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate, d.h. Spritzpulver (wettable powders) Pasten und Emulsionskonzentrate
stellen. Mittel dar, die mit Wasser auf jede gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt werden können. Sie bestehen aus Wirkstoff, Trägerstoff,
gegebenenfalls den Wirkstoff stabilisierenden Zusätzen, oberflächenaktiven Substanzen und Antischauramitteln und gegebenenfalls
Lösungsmitteln.
Die Spritzpulver (wettable powders) und Pasten werden erhalten, indem man die Wirkstoffe mit Dispergiermitteln und pulverförmigen
Trägerstoffen in geeigneten Vorrichtungen bis zur Homogenität vermischt und vermahlt," "Als Tragerstoffe kommen beispielsweise

Als Antischaummittel kommen zum Beispiel Siliconöle in Frage.
Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den oben aufgeführten Zusätzen
so vermischt, vermählen, gesiebt und passiert, dass bei den Spritzpulvern
der feste Anteil eine Korngrösse von 0,02 bis 0,04 und bei den Pasten von 0,03 ™m nicht überschreitet. Zur Herstellung von
Emulsionskonzentraten und Pasten werden Dispergiermittel, wie sie in den vorangehenden Abschnitten aufgeführt wurden, organische
Lösungsmittel und V/asser verwendet. Als Lösungsmittel kommen beispielsweise
Alkohole, Benzol, Xylole, Toluol, Dimethylsulfoxid und
im Bereich von 120 bis 3500C siedende Mineralölfraktionen in Frage.
Die Lösungsmittel müssen praktisch geruchlos, nicht phytotoxisch und den Wirkstoffen gegenüber inert sein.
Ferner können die erfindungsgemässen Mittel in Form von
Lösungen angewendet werden. Hierzu wird der Wirkstoff bzw. werden mehrere Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I in geeigneten organischen
Lösungsmitteln, Lösungsmittelgemischen oder Wasser gelöst, Als organische Lösungsmittel können aliphatisch^ und aromatische
Kohlenwasserstoffe, deren chlorierte Derivate, Alky!naphthaline,
Mineralöle allein oder als Mischung untereinander verwendet werden.
Der Gehalt an Wirkstoff in den oben beschriebenen Mitteln liegt zwischen 0,1 bis 95^j dabei ist zu erwähnen, dass bei der
Applikation aus dem Flugzeug oder mittels anderer geeigneter Applikatiorusgeräte
Konzentrationen bis zu 99,5$ oder sogar reiner

Ein Gemisch von 31,7 £ N-Chlormethyl-5-chlorbenzoxazol

A) Insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung .
Tabak- und Kartoffelstauden wurden mit einer Ö»O5S&Lgen
wässrigen Wirkstoffemulsion (erhalten aus einem !Obigen emulgierbaren
Konzentrat) besprüht.
Nach dem Antrocknen des Belages wurden die Tabakpflanzen mit Eulenraupen (Spodoptera litoralis) und die Kartoffelstauden
mit Kartoffelkäfer-Larven (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) besetzt. Der Versuch wird bei 240C und 60% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit
durchgeführt.
Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 zeigten im obigen Test
Frassgift-Wirkung gegen Spodoptera litoralie und LeptiüQtäraa
decemlineata.
B) Systemisch-insektizide Wirkung
Zur Feststellung der systemischen Wirkung wurden bewurzelte
Bohnenpflanzen (Vicia faba) in eine O,Ol#ige wässrige Wirkstofflösung
(erhalten aus einem 1Obigen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) eingestellt.
Nach 24 Stunden wurden auf die oberirdischen Pflanzenteile
Blattläuse (Aphis fabae) gesetzt. Durch eine spezielle Einrichtung waren die Tiere vor der Kontakt- und Gaswirkung
geschützt. Der Versuch wurde bei 240C und 70$ relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit
durchgeführt.
In den obigen Versuchen zeigten die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 insektizide Prassgif t-Wirkung und system!sch-insekt.i zido
Wirkung.

Je 6 Reispflanzen der Sorte Caloro wurden in Plastiktöpfe, die einen oberen Durchmesser von 17 cm auf wiesen, verpflanzt und
zu einer Höhe von ca. 60 cm aufgezogen. Die Infestation mit Chilo suppressalis Larven (L1; 3-4 mm lang) erfolgte 2 Tage nach der
Wirkstoffzugabe in Granulatform (Aufv/andinenge 8 kg Aktivsubstanz
pro Hektare) in das Paddy-Wasser. Die Auswertung'auf insektizide
Wirkung erfolgte 10 Tage nach der Zugabe des Granulates.
Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten im obigen Test
gegen Chilo suppressalis.
Sterilisierte Komposterde wurde homogen mit einem Spritzpulver enthaltend 25$ V/irkstoff gemischt, sodass eine Aufwandmenge
von 8 kg Aktivsubstanz pro Hektare resultierte. .
Mit der behandelten Erde wurden junge Zucchettipflanzen (Cucumis pepo) in Plastiktöpfe eingetopft (drei Pflanzen pro
Topf mit einem Durchmesser von 7 cm). Jeder Topf wurde unmittelbar nachher mit 5 Aulacophora femoralis Larven resp. Pachmoda- oder
Chortophila Larven infestiert. Die Kontrolle wurde 4, 8, l6 und
Tage nach Einsetzen der Larven durchgeführt.
Bei 8θ-1ΟΟ,ί Abtötung nach der ersteh Kontrolle erfolgte eine
neue Infestation mit je 5 Larven in das gleiche Erömuster mit 3
neuen Zucchettipflanzen. Wenn die Wirkung geringer als 8θ?ί war,
verblieben die restlichen Tiere-jη der Testerde bis zur nächst-

folgenden Kontrolle. Bewirkte eine Substanz bei einer Aufwende
menge von 8 kg/ha 10O^ , Abtütung* dann erfolgte eine Nachprüfung
mit 4 resp. 2 kg Aktivsubstanz/ha»
Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 üselgteü 1» öbiifen fest

Larven» .
A) Rhipicephalus bursa
Je 5 adulte Zecken oder 50 Zeckenlarven wurden in ein Glas*
röhrchen gezählt und für 1 bis 2 Minuten in 2 ml einet* wässrigen
Emulsion aus einer VerdUnnungsreihe mit je 100^ ID1 1 und 0,1 ppm
Testsubstanz getaucht. Das Röhrchen wurde dann mit einem genormten
Wattebausch verschlossen und auf den Kopf gestellt, damit die Wirkstoffemulsion von der Watte aufgenommen werden konnte*
Die Auswertung erfolgte bei den Adulten nach 2 Wochen und bei den Larven nach 2 Tagen. Für jeden Versuch liefen 2 Wieder*-
holungen«
B) Boophilus microplus (Larven)
Mit einer analogen Verdünnungsreihe wie beim Test A Würden
mit je 20 sensiblen resp. OP-resistenten Larven Versuche durchgeführt.
(Die Resistenz bezieht sich auf die Verträglichkeit von
Diazinon).
Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten in diesen Tests
gegen Adulte und Larven von Rhipicephalus bursa und sensible resp. OP-resiiitonte Larven von Boophilus microplus.

Phaseolus vulgaris (Buschbohnen) wurden 12 Stunden vor dem Test auf akarizide Wirkung mit -einem infestierten Blattstück aus
einer Massenzucht von Tetranychus urticae belegt. Die übergelaufenen beweglichen Stadien wurden aus einem Chromatographiezerstäuber
mit den emulgierten Testpräparaten bestäubt, dass kein Ablaufen der Spritzbrühe eintrat. Nach -zwei bis 7 Tagen wurden
Larven, Adulte und Eier unter dem Binokular auf lebende und tote Individuen ausgewertet und das Ergebnis in Prozenten ausgedrückte
Während der "Haltezeit" standen die behandelten Pflanzen in Gewächshauskabinen bei 25 C
Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten im obigen Test gegen Adulte, Larven und Eier von Tetranychus urticae.
Zur Prüfung der Wirkung gegen Bodennematoden wurden die Wirkstoffe in der jeweils angegebenen Konzentration in durch
Wurzelzellen-Nematoden (Meloidogyne Avenaria) infizierte Erde
gegeben und innig vermischt. In die so vorbereitete Erde wurden in einer Versuchsreihe unmittelbar danach Tomatensetzlinge gepflanzt
und in einer andern Versuchsreihe nach 8 Tagen Wartezeit Tomaten eingesät. -
Zur Beurteilung der nematoziden Wirkung wurden 28 Tage nach
den Pflanzen bzw. nach der Saat die an den Wurzeln vorhandenen Gallen ausgezählt.
In diesem Tost zeigten die Wirkstoffe gomäss I5ei.spi.ei 1

Im Gewächshaus wurden Reispflanzen angezogen und einmal mit einer wässrigen Spritzbrühe enthaltend 0,05 %
Wirkstoff besprüht. Zwei Tage später wurden die so behandelten Pflanzen mit Kor.idien von Piricularia oryzae Bri. et Cav. infiziert
und nach einer Inkubationszeit von 5 Tagen in einer Feuchtkammer auf Pilzbefall kontrolliert. .

Im" Gewächshaus wurden Reispflanzen aufgezogen, die mit
Konidien von Piricularia orycae Bri. et Cav. infiziert wurden. Zwei Tage nach der Infektion wurden die Pflanzen mit einer
wässrigen Spritzbrühe enthaltend 0,05 % Aktivsubstanz besprüht.
Nach 5-tägiger Inkubationszeit in einer Feuchtkammer
wurde auf Pilzbefall kontrolliert.
b) Wirkung flehen Phytophthora infestans auf Solanum Lyconersicum
S. Lycopersicum-Pflanzen der gleichen Sorte und im
gleichen Entwicklungsstadium wurden mit einer Brühe von 0,05 %
Aktivsubstanz behandelt (hergestellt aus der zu einem Spritzpulver
aufgearbeiteten Wirksubntanz). Nach dom Antrocknen des Sprit:*.-bclagcs
wurden die trockenen Pflanzen mit einer Zoof;poren-Suspenston

ihrer Anzahl und Grosse erfolgte die Beurteilung der geprüften Substanz.
