Gegenstand der Erfindung sind organische Fluorverbindungen der allgemeinen Formel .

Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Organofluorverbindungen
ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man e'in
Bromid oder Jodid der Formel C F^ -j -(CRpiL·}— Y, in der Y
ein Jod- oder Bromatom bedeutet, mit.einem Aminoalkohol der
Formel R-. HH - G. - OH, in der R-, die genannte Bedeutung* besitzt,
bei einer Temperatur zwischen 0 und 2oe C umsetzt.
Die Umsetzung verläuft nach folgendem Formeisenema:

Die Reaktion wird vorzugsweise in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels durchgeführt.
Vorzugsweise wird ein Lösungsmittel verwendet, dessen Siedetemperatur unterhalb _2oo° C liegt. Geeignet sind die im folgenden
aufgezählten Verbindungen, vorzugsweise Alkohole:
Halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoff.e mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen,
beispielsweise fluorierte, chlorierte, fluorchlorierte Koh-™
lenwasserstoffe.. Vorzugsweise verwendet man Chloroform,
Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Methyl en chi or id., Äthylenchlorid, 1,1-Dichloräthylen,
Difluortetrachloräthan, Trichlortrifluoräthan; primäre, sekundäre oder tertiäre Alkohole mit l-lo Kohlen- .
stoffatomen, beispielsweise n-Butanol, Isobutanol, n-Pentanol,
Isopentanol, n-Hexanol, 2-Heptanol, n-Heptanol, n-Octanoll
aliphatische, cycloaliphatische, heterocyclische oder aromatische Äther>
beispielsweise Ä'thyläther, Propyläther, Isopropyläther,
Dioxan^, Tetrahydrofuran, Tetrahydropyran, Anisol;
aliphatische, cycloaliphatische, oder' aromatische Ketone, beispielsweise Butanbn-2, Peritandn-2', "Pentan.on.--3, Cyclohexanon,
Acetophenon^ aliphatische oder aromatische Ester, beispielsweise
PropylFormiat, Metnyläce'ta't, ÄtHylacetat/ Butylacetat,
Phenylacetat, Methylbenzoat, Ä'thylbenzoat; tertiäre Amine

beispielsweise Pyridin, 2-Methylpyridin, N-Methylpiperidin.
Es können weiterhin nicht protonaktive Lösungsmittel verwendet werden, beispielsweise Dimethylforniamid, Birnethyisulfoxyd,
Hexarnethylphosphortriamid. ..."■"■ Vorzugsweise
werden als LÖsungsiuittel Alkohole verwendet.
In dei:- Fall, in dem der Rest H1 ein V/asserstoffatorn bedeutet,
ist es schwierig ein reines Produkt zu erhalten.. Im allgemeinen
erhält man ein Gemisch, das aus .

X)ie Herstellung des reinen Produkts der Formel C F^ ^
^CR^R^^ NH-Q-OH ist nichts destoweniger möglich, wenn nian
einen Überschuss des Aminoalkohols, bezogen auf das poly-.flüorierte
Halogenid, einsetzt und wenn man einen der o* g.
Alkohole als Lösungsmittel verwendet. - '
Bei Verwendung eines Aminoalkohols mit einer ^
kann es vorteilhaft sein, die Reaktion in Gegenwart eines Pölymerisationsinhibitors, wie Hydrochinon durchzuführen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen besitzen zahlreiche und
interessante Anwendungsmögliehkeiten. Sie können als Zwischehproduicte
für Synthesen und insbesondere als Textilhilfsmittel.".
Vervjendet vierdeii, beispielsweise als hydrophobierende, oleo-»
phobierende und schmutzabweisend inachehde Mittel. Sie besitzen
außerdem oberflächenaktive Eigenschaften, so daß sie,weiterhin als MetzL.ittel verx*endet werden können. '
So erniedrigt beispielsweise die Verbindung CgF^^-CgH^g
in Wasser in eixier Konzentration von o,o23 Gevi. -% gelöst, bei
32° C die Oberflächenspannung des Wassers auf 21 dyn/em.
Die Erfindung soll durch die folgenden Beispiele veranschaulicht werden. ·
Ein Gemisch aus 23,7 g (°,o5 KoI) C6F13-C2H^ J "1^ 12*2 S
(o,2 Mol) Ethanolamin, das in loo cni^ Äthanol gelöst war,
wurde 8 Stunden lang unter fortwährendem Rühren bei 78 G
am Rückfluss gehalten.. Anschließend wurde das' Gemisch
destilliert, wobei 2 Fraktionen und 1 ,Rückstand erhalten
wurden.
a) Fraktion bei 58° C / 4oo mm Hg, 12 g. Diese Fraktion
bestand aus Äthylalkohol (60 %) und der Verbindung
CH2 (4o %)', ·
b) Fraktion bei 62° C / 4oo mm Hg: Diese Fraktion bestand
aus Äthylalkoholj ■
c) Rückstand? Der Rückstand wurde mit 60 ciir einer wässrigen,
15 Gew.-#igen Lösung von NaOH verrührt. Die erhaltene
Lösung würde durch fünf aufeinanderfolgende Waschen mit
60 cnr Äthyläther extrahiert und die ätherischen Extrakte
über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach dem Verdampfen des Äthers wurde die Flüssigkeit destilliert, wobei
zwei Fraktionen.und ein Rückstand erhalten wurden:
α) Flüchtige Produkte, 7*5 gi Diese Fraktion bestand aus
Äthanol (80 $) und C6F13-CH=CH2 (2o $);
ß) Fraktion bei 85° C / 1 mm Hg, 8,5 B' Diese Fraktion stellte
ein Gemisch aus C6F13-C2H^-NH-CH2-CH2OH als Hauptprodukt
und (C6F13-C2H11) 2IT-CH2-CH2OH als SekundärprOdukt
γ) Rückstand ο,5g.
Die Ausbeute des Versuchs belief sich auf 42 % an Substitutiönsprodukten
und 50 % C6F, ^-CH=CHp..
Beispiel 2 ' ·
Ein in Ij5o cni^ Chloroform gelöstes Gewisch aus C6F13-C2H1IJ
(47,4 g, o,l Mol) und Äthanolamin (24,4 g,o,4 Mol) wurde

6 Stunden lang unter konstantem-Rühren bei 68° C am Rückfluss erhitzt. Dieses Gemisch wurde destilliert, wobei
eine Fraktion und ein Rückstand erhalten wurden.
a) Fraktion bei 44° C / 3oo mm Hg, 183 g? Diese Fraktion
bestand aus Chloroform (97,9°$), .C6F15-C2H4 J (o,3 $)
und C6F13-CH=CH2 (1,8 %).
b) Rückstand: Der Rückstand wurde mit 6o cnK einer wässrigen,
15 Gew.-$igen Lösung von NaOH verrührt. Die entstandene
Lösung wurde in fünf aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten mit 5o cirr Athyläther extrahiert und die ätherischen Extrakte
anschließend über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach dem Verdampfen des Äthers wurde die Flüssigkeit
destilliert und dabei zwei Fraktionen und ein Rückstand
erhalten.
α) Flüchtige Produkte, 9,7 g* Diese Fraktion enthielt
C6F13-CH=CH2 (22 %), Äthyläther {69%,) Chloroform (6 %)
und C6F15-C2H4 J (3 %)', .'.'

Die Ausbeuten des Versuchs beliefen sich auf 41 % für
und 49 % für die Substitutionsprodukte.
Der Anteil der wiedergewonnenen Verbindung C6F1^-C2H4J betrug 7 % des als Ausgangsstoff eingesetzten fluorierten
Produkts.
Ein in loo cirr Amylalkohol gelöstes Gemisch aus Cg1^-C2 H1|.J
(47,4 g, o,l Mol) und Äthanolamin (24,4 g, o>4)Mol), wurde

8 Stunden lang unter konstantem Rühren bei Ij5o bis 138 C
am Rückfluss erhitzt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde destilliert
und dabei zwei Fraktionen und ein Rückstand erhalten.
a) Fraktion bei 55 C 13o rar» Hg, 4,5 gi Diese Fraktion
bestand aus zwei Phasen, wobei die weniger dichte Amyl-=
alkohol darstellte, die schwerere aus CgF1^-CH=CH2
(49 °/o), Amylalkohol (47 %) und Verunreinigungen (4 #)
bestand.- v :
b) Fraktion bei Jo° C / 5o mm Hg: Diese Fraktion bestand
aus Amylalkohol.
c) Rückstand; Der Rückstand wurde mit 6o er., einer wässrigen,
Io Gewi-^igen Natriun.lauge verrührt. Die erhaltene Lösung
wurde in fünf aufeinanderfolgenden Sehritten mit je 5o eirr
Äthyläther extrahiert und die ätherischen Extrakte anschließend über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach
dem Verdampfen des Äthers wurde die Flüssigkeit destilliert,
wobei zwei Fraktionen und ein Rückstand erhalten wurden,
cc) Fraktion bei 35° C / 2-3 mm Hg: 4,4 g, bestehend aus Amylalkohol \ .
ß) Fraktion bei 95° C / 2-3 mm Hg: 28,8g, die hauptsächlich
aus CgF^-CgH^-NH-CHg-CHgOH, verunreinigt mit .
(G6F13~C2H4^2N~GH2"CH2"0H als NebenProdukt bestanden.
γ) Rückstand: 2,8 g des Hydrojodids der Produkte der Fraktion ß.
Die Ausbeuten des Versuchs betrugen 11 % an Verbindung
CgF1^-CH=CH2 und 8o % an Substitutionsprodukten.
Ein Gemisch aus C6F13-C2H4J (47,4 g, o,l Mol) und N-Methyläthanolamin
(30 g, o,4 Mol), das in loo enr5 Äthanol gelöst
war, wurde 8 Stunden lang unter fortwährendem Rühren bei
78° C am Rückfluss erhitzt.

Das Gemisch wurde destilliert und dabei zwei Fraktionen und
ein Rückstand erhalten.
a) Fraktion bei 58° C / 4oo mm Hg; Die Fraktion wurde mit
Wasser gewaschen, wobei eine obenstehende wässrige Phase
und eine schwere organische Phase resultierten.; Die letztere ergab nach dem Trocknen über wasserfreiem
Natriumsulfat J5,5 g. Sie bestand aus CgF15-CH=CH2
b) Fraktion bei 62 C / 4oo mrn Hk: Diese Fraktion bestand
aus Äthanol.
o) Rückstand: Der Rückstand wurde mit 8o our einer wässrigen, ,
15 Gew.-$igen Lösung von NaOH verrührt. Die entstandene
Lösung wurde fünf aufeinanderfolgenden Wäschen mit 6o cnr
Xthyläther unterworfen und die ätherischen. Extrakte über
wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach dem Verdampf en
des Äthers wurde die Flüssigkeit destilliert und auf diese
Weise zwei Fraktionen und ein Rückstand erhalten:
ο.) Fraktion bei 6o-lo7° C / 4 mm Hg, 4g: Diese Fraktion enthielt C6F15-C2H4-N (CH5) -CH2-CH2OH (91 #), CH3-NH-CH2-CH2OH
(7 %) und 2 % Verunreinigungen.
ß) Fraktion bei Io7° C / k mm Hg, 27 g: bestehend aus CgF15-
CH3 .-..■-.
γ) Rückstand: Ig des Hydrojodids
Die Ausbeuten des Versuchs betrugen Jk jt>

b) Fraktion bei ?οϋ C / 5q. mm Hgi Amylalkohol
c) Rückstandi Der Rüekstand wurde mit 8o öüP einer wässrigen,
Io öew.-^igen Lösung von HaOH verrührt* Die !,ösurig wurde
in fünf aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten mit 5o örrr Ä'ther
extrahiert und ätherische Extrakte über wasserfreiem Matriunisulfat
getrocknet» Nach dem Verdampfen des Äthers wurde die Flüssigkeit destilliert und dabei awel Fraktionen
und ein Rückstand erhaltens
α) Fraktion bei 3o° C /2 mm Hgj Amylalkohol
ß) Fraktion bei 88° C / 2 mm Hg» 34, 4 g O6F15-C2H^K
CH γ) Rückstand i 1,5 g Hydro Jod id der Verbindung ." ' CgP15-CgH^-K

Die Ausbeuten des Versuchs betrugenj 85 % der Verbindung
)-CH2-CHgOH und 5 % der Verbindung C0F1
Ein in 100 cm^ Amylalkohol gelöstes Gemisch aus CF ...«CgH^-J
(47j4 g, o,l Mol) und Ä'thanolamia (24,4 g, o,4 Mof) wurde
6 Stunden lang unter konstantem Rühren bei Ij5o bis I380 C- am
Rückfluss erhitzt. Dieses Gemisch wurde dann destilliert und
dabei zwei Fraktionen und ein Rückstand erhalteni

setzte sieh aus zwei Phasen zusammen, deren leichtere
aus Amylalkohol j deren schwerere (X 8 g) aus

b) Fraktion bei 7o C / 5o nun Hg: Diese Fraktion bestand aus.

c) Rückstand; Der Rückstand wurde mit 6o errr einer wässrigen,
Io Gew.-$igen Lösung von NaOH verrührt. Die erhaltene Lösung
wurde durch fünf aufeinanderfolgende Wäschen mit 5o cm^ Äthyläther extrahiert und die ätherischen Extrakte
anschließend über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach dem Verdampfen des Äthers wurde die Flüssigkeit *
destilliert, wobei zwei Fraktionen und ein Rückstand erhalten wurden: . .
α) Fraktion bei 45 C / Io mm Hg: Diese Fraktion bestand aus
Amylalkohol', ·
ß) Fraktion bei 87° C / 2 mm Hg, 28,5 g; Diese Fraktion bestand
aus C6F15-C2H4
γ) Rückstand 2,4 g: Der Rückstand war das Hydrojodid der Verbindung
C6F1-C2H4
Die Ausbeuten des Versuchs, betrugen 11 % der Verbindung
Verbindung CgF1 -C2H4-NH-C2H4-OH
Beispiel 7
J! A S (o,l Mol) des Jodids C4Fg - C2H4-J wurdenzu einer
Lösung von 54,8 g (o,4 Mol) von C6H5-NH-C2H4OH in loo cm5
Amylalkohol gegeben. Während dieser Zugabe wurde eine leichte Temperaturerhöhung festgestellt. Das Reaktionsgeniisch wurde
Stunden lang auf 135 bis 1380 C gehalten und anschließend .'
destilliert.

Es wurden vier Fraktionen erhalten: 1Ii=.': ,.
a) Fraktion bei 55 - 65° C / 33 mm; 19,1 gj bestehend aus
C4F9-CH=CH2 (2 %) Amylalkohol (63'$) und C4F9-C2H4J (15\ %),
b) Fraktion bei 65° C / 33 mm, bestehend aus Amylalkohol. '■
c) Fraktion bei 9° - loo° C / o,l mm!; 24,1 g, bestehend aus
C6H5-NH-C2H4OH (50 fo) und C4F9-C2H4-N (C6H5) - C2H4OH (50.5S)
d) Fraktion bei loo° C / ofl mm, 3o,5g*bestehend aus ·
C6H5-MH-C2H4OH (90 %) und C4F9-C2H4-N (C6H5) - C2H4OH (Io %).
Der Umsatz und die Ausbeute, mit vxelchen die Verbindung . C4F9-C2H4
- N(C6H5) - C2H4OH erhalten wurde, betrugen 65 %
bzw. 82
C6H5
Für die Verbindung C4F9-C2H4 - N- C2H4OH wurde ein Siedepunkt
von etwa 92° unter o,l mm Hg festgestellt. ■
21,2I-S S (o,15 Hol) der Verbindung C-C6H11-NH-C2H4OH wurden
»tropfenweise zu einer Lösung von JtJ ,K g (o, 1 Mol) des Jodids
C4F9 - C3H4-J in loo cm-^ Amylalkohol gegeben. Während der
Zugabe (4 Stunden) wurde das Reaktionsgemisch bei 7o° C gehalten. Anschließend wurde das Gemisch destilliert und
dabei drei. Fraktionen und ein Rückstand erhalten:
a) Fraktion bei 25 C / 2o mm Hg; 6,2 g, bestehend aus
C4F9-CH-CH2 (92 %) und C4F9-C2H4-J (8 %)
b) Fraktion bei 44° C / 2o mm; lo,4 g, bestehend aus Amylalkohol
(41 %) und C4F9-C3H4-J (59 %),
C-) Fraktion bei 44° C / 5mm, bestehend aus Amylalkohol
d) Fester Rückstand
Dieser Rückstand wurde mit 50 cnr einer was or igen Lösung,
die Io Gevj.-% NaOH enthielt, verrührt. Die resultierende
Lösung wurde TnIt 4 Teilen Kth'yläther von 5o om^ extrahiert.
Die ätherischen Extrakte wurden über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet, der Kthyläther durch Verdampf;en entfernt
und der flüssige Rückstand destilliert. Es wurden auf diese V/eise 24,6 g eines.Gemisches aus GAi-. ,-NH-CpHi,OH
(75.%). und C4P9-C2H4-N Jc-C6H11) - C2H4OH (2$S).
Der Umsatz und die Ausbeute an C4FQ-C2H4-II (C-CgH11)-CgH4OH
betrugen j5o % bzw. 4o %. ■-.""
Es wurden 25 ^ an nichtumgesetzter Verbindung 02,F0-C0Hv-J
zurückgewonnen.

1. Organische Fluorverbindungen, gekennzeichnet durch die
allgemeine Formel

von l-lo, und R-, ein Wasserstoff atom oder einen niederen
Alkylrest mit 1-5 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet,
R, ein Wasserstoff atom, einen Alkylrest mit l-2o Kohlenstoffatomen,
einen Alkenylrest mit 3-I0 Kohlenstoffatomen, einen Cycloalkylrest mit 3-12 Kohlenstoffatomen,
einen Cyeloalkenylrest mit 5-12 Kohlenstoffatomen,
einen Arylrest, einen Rest -(CHR,^, OH oder den Rest
—iCR2R4^a" ^arstell^* worin a, n, R,, Rg und
R^ die genannte Bedeutung besitzen, oder
Q u. R, gemeinsam einen Alkylenrest der Formel—(CHR.,)— bilden
wobei ρ eine Zahl von 2-6 bedeutet und R, die genannte
Bedeutung besitzt.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von organischen Fluorverbindungen
nach Anspruch. 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einBrom id
oder Jodid der Formel C P2n+1 ""(CHURii^: Y» in der Y "ein Jododer
Bromatom bedeutet, mit einem Aminoalkohol der Formel
R;NH - Q- OH, in der R, die in Anspruch 1 gegebene Bedeutung
besitzt, bei einer Temperatur zwischen ο und 2oo° C umsetzt.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man
die Umsetzung in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels durchführt, dessen Siedetemperatur unterhalb 2oo° C liegt.
