Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于汽车特别是载重汽车的轴悬架,其中,为了车轴的导向,在车辆两侧大至相同的高度上至少各设置有一个沿车辆纵向延伸的、将车辆(1)与车身可作竖向运动地连接的车轮纵向摆动杆(2、3),另外在与车轮纵向摆动杆不同高度上还设置有一个多连杆构件(4),该构件一方面与车轴(1)铰接,另一方面与车身铰接,此外还设置有一个通过其扭转张力抵抗俯仰运动与左右摆动运动的稳定装置。多连杆构件与稳定装置制成一个一体的、兼有两个功能的、可扭转的四点支撑导向架(4),其一方向通过两个在横向上相互有一定间隔的铰链(7、8)与车轴(1)连接另一方向通过两个在横向上相互有一定间隔的铰链(5、6)与车身连接。

Description

汽车的整体轴悬架
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的用于汽车特别是载重汽车中的整体轴悬架。
公知的轴悬架是由一种轴导向机构构成的,轴导向机构包括在汽车两侧安装的车轮纵向摆动杆以及一个叉形导向杆,车轮纵向摆动杆的一端铰接在汽车轴上,另一端铰接在汽车车身上,叉形导向杆的一端在汽车的中心通过一个中央铰接头大多固定在汽车轴上,另一端通过它的两个牵杆的端部铰接在汽车车身上。这种结构例如已公开在G9218307.7中。已知的这种叉形导向杆的轴悬架与一个在其俯视图上呈U形的稳定杆相互组合。该稳定杆中弯曲的两侧杆相互之间有一定侧向间隔地固定在车身上,其固定方式容许其在有限的范围内相对车身在各个方向上的相对运动。稳定杆中的横杆至少通过两个稳定杆轴承固定到车轴上,使其可绕着一个垂直于行驶方向的横轴线转动。该稳定杆的作用是保证轴悬架的横向稳定性。
JP64-237718中公开了一种轴悬架。其中,两车轮纵向摆动杆的一端通过分子铰链铰接到汽车后轴的底部,另一端则固定到车身上。此外,在这种已知的结构中,在车轴中部附近还设置了两根由一根横梁相互连接起来的车轮纵向摆动杆。不过,采用这种结构的轴悬架的缺点是不足以平衡车辆绕其横轴的俯仰运动。这种结构由于设置在车轴中部且连接在车轮纵向摆动杆之间的横梁而容易扭动,因而不能保证足够的横向稳定性。
本发明的目的在于提供一种简单的、节省空间及成本的轴悬架。
对于如权利要求1前序部分所述的轴导向机构,本发明的目的是通过权利要求1特征部分的结构特征实现的。
本发明的其他方案体现在从属权利要求所限定的方案中。
通过上述结构特征,本发明将用于轴导向的元件与用于车身相对于车轴稳定的元件制成一体。稳定杆设置在用于轴导向的车轮纵向摆动杆之间并通过本身已知的、摩擦小的轴承件与车轮纵向摆动杆连接成,可垂直于车辆纵向万向节地运动。本发明结构的一个特有的优点是,用本发明结构的轴悬架替换已经装在汽车上的轴导向元件时,仍可使用车身及车轴上原有的轴承件。
此外,采用本发明轴悬架结构可以十分精确地确定抗左右摆动的稳定性,因而其可承受的力及力矩大于已有的结构。
另外,在本发明结构中,不再需要为稳定杆的支撑留出安装空间。由于本发明的轴悬架中取消了为将稳定杆安装到车轴及车身上所需要的轴承元件,减少了元件的数量及安装工作量,因而与已知结构相比,节省成本。
本发明在功能方面也同样具有优势。由于稳定杆可采用直杆,因而制造成本低。
在本发明最佳实施方案中,制成扭杆的稳定杆的两端分别至少在两处与向导向臂连接成可相对于车辆纵轴方向移动。这样,一方面稳定杆与车轮纵向摆动杆不可转动地连接,另一方面在车辆横向上又有足够的运动自由度。轴导向机构的车轮纵向摆动杆之间的稳定杆可设置在车轮纵向摆动杆与车轴的连接点与车轮纵向摆动杆与车身的连接点之间的任意位置上。与轴导向机构的车轮纵向摆动杆连接的稳定杆也可与车轴上的车轮纵向摆动杆的轴承结合在一起。
以下将借助于附图进一步描述本发明的实施例。

在实施例中,车轴1借助于车轮纵向摆动杆2、3固定在车辆两端距离车辆纵向中心有一明显距离处并借助于一个设置在与所述车轮纵向摆动杆不同高度位置上的四点支撑导向架4与车身连接在车辆中心处。在图1-3中示意表示了部分车身结构。为便于表示清楚,只表示了四点支撑导向架与车架12在一侧的连接状态。车轮纵向摆动杆2、3铰接在车轴1的下方,而车轴1上方的四点支撑导向架4则位于与车轮纵向摆动杆2、3不同的水平位置上。所有铰接连接均为可万向移动的,因而最好采用球铰接。
在图1至3所示实施例中,四点支撑导向架4是有两个刚性摆臂9和10通过一个平面支撑架11相互固定连接而成。所述平面支撑架可按照某特定的特性曲线扭曲。由摆臂9、10与平面支撑架11构成的框架结构通过固定在摆臂9、10一端的铰链5、6与车身连接,并通过设置在摆臂9、10另一端的铰链7、8与车轴1或与一个与车轴相连的支撑体1.1固定。四点支撑导向架4的这种结构使得车轴1可相对于车架在垂直于行驶方向的平面内摆动。该平面支撑架产生的扭转的回位是通过抗扭转张力实现的。如图3所示,在最简单的情况下,平面支撑架可以是一个本身封闭的平板连接件。这种结构制造简单、成本低廉。由于在该平面支撑架内可精确地确定转矩曲线,因此可以设计出与负载关系曲线精确适应的结构。
图4至10表示了不同结构的四点支撑导向架4。在图4所示的实施例中,摆臂9、10与由若干连接杆固接成的一个平面支撑架构成整体,根据连接杆的位置及其截面形状也可以相当精确地确定在平面支撑构件发生扭曲时产生的回弹力的特性曲线。在摆臂9、10的端部设置有用于将四点支撑导向架的一端连接到车轴上的铰链及另一端连接到车身上的铰链。图6、8为四点支撑导向架的俯视图,其中,摆臂9、10通过一个基本上封闭的平面支撑架相互连接。在图6中,平面支撑架通过边缘加强件附加加强并由此构成一个框架结构。图4-10中还表示了在本身封闭的平面支撑架上设置若干槽口用以调整出现扭转时产生回弹力的特性曲线的可能性。在图7所示的实施例中,两个摆臂相互交叉地设置着,从而在一个边缘同样具有加强件的平面支撑架上构成加强肋。采用图5所示的X形四点支撑导向架也可获得类似的效果。在X形交叉臂上设置有用于固定到车身上的铰链5、6和用于固定到车轴上的铰链7、8。臂的横截面形状可根据情况采用适当的形状,例如采用如图中所示的那种双T形形状,或者采用空心结构。此外,可采用不同的材料。
如图8所示,在摆臂9、10之间表示了四点支撑导向架可采用的截面形状,在该图中表示的是一种空心形状。如图10所示,导向臂也可从四点支撑导向架伸出,以至形成图中所示的、一个封闭的单一构件。图10所示的平面支撑架11构成一个平整的平面。将这种结构的四点支撑导向架制成空心结构具有明显的优点,可大大节省重量。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于车辆、特别是载重汽车中的整体轴悬架,其中,为了车轴的导向,在车辆两侧大至相同的高度上至少各设置一个沿车辆纵向延伸的、将车辆与车身可在竖直方向上相对运动地连接在一起的车轮纵向摆动杆,并在与车轮纵向摆动杆不同的高度上设置有一个多连杆构件,该构件一方面与车轴铰接,另一方面与车身铰接,此外还设置有一个通过其扭转张力抵抗俯仰运动与左右摆动运动的稳定装置,其特征在于,多连杆构件与稳定装置制成一个一体的、兼有两个功能的可扭转的四点支撑导向架(4),其通过两对在车辆横向上相互有一定间隔的铰链(5、6)、(7、8)一方面与车轴(1)连接另一方面与车身连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的轴悬架,其特征在于,四点支撑导向架(4)在车轴(1)的上方与车轴铰接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的轴悬架,其特征在于,四点支撑导向架(4)制成一个可扭转的、具有确定的扭转张力特性曲线的交叉件,其中两个交叉臂通过万向球接头(5、6)与车身连接,而另外两交叉臂则通过万向球接头(7、8)与车轴(1)连接。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的轴悬架,其特征在于,四点支撑导向架(4)制成一个具有确定的扭转张力特性曲线的平面支撑架,其通过万向球接头(5、6)与车身连接并通过万向球接头(7、8)与车轴(1)连接。
5.如权利要求1至4之一所述的轴悬架,其特征在于,四点支撑导向架(4)制成一个具有确定的扭转张力特性曲线的可扭转框架,其上带有两个分别由万向球接头(5、6)和(7、8)构成的、用于连接车身及车轴的铰接部件。
