本发明涉及水性表面处理剂的制备方法以及由此制备的水性表面处理剂,更详细涉及在用于形成使用于汽车座套的人造革的表面处理层的水性表面处理剂中,不会在人造革表面发生白化现象的表面处理剂的制备方法以及由此制备的水性表面处理剂。
背景技术
现有的人造革以从下面开始包括背层、泡沫层、表层以及表面处理层的层压结构形成。
所述表面处理层是在所述表层的上部涂布表面处理剂而形成,当使用现有的油性表面处理剂形成表面处理层时,由于使用有机溶剂,会因挥发性有机化合物质(VOCs)而产生难闻气味,为了减少该气味,一直以来研究如韩国公开专利公报第10-1995-0018350号所公开的水性表面处理剂。
但是,制备所述水性表面处理剂时,由于无序地搅拌主剂、固化剂以及水,导致人造革表面发生白化现象。

技术问题
本发明是为了解决上述问题而提出的,其目的在于提供不会在人造革表面发生白化现象的水性表面处理剂的制备方法。
另外,本发明的目的在于提供通过上述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法制备的不会发生白化现象的水性表面处理剂。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种水性表面处理剂的制备方法,该方法包括:
步骤a,向水性溶剂C中添加固化剂B后,进行搅拌;
步骤b,搅拌主剂A、有机硅化合物D以及添加剂;
步骤c,将步骤a的混合物添加至所述步骤b的混合物后,进行搅拌。
另外,本发明提供由所述水性表面处理剂的制备方法制备的水性表面处理剂。
发明效果
由本发明的水性表面处理剂制备方法制备的水性表面处理剂不会在人造革表面发生白化现象。
另外,相对于现有的油性表面处理剂,由本发明的水性表面处理剂制备方法制备的水性表面处理剂的防污性优秀的同时,还能大幅降低VOCs的产生,且涂布性优秀。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤a,向水性溶剂C中添加固化剂B后,进行搅拌;
步骤b,搅拌主剂A、有机硅化合物D以及添加剂;
步骤c,将步骤a的混合物添加至所述步骤b的混合物后,进行搅拌。
所述步骤a可以是向水性溶剂C中添加固化剂B后,在20-30℃或者23-26℃下搅拌40分钟-5小时或者1-3小时的步骤。当搅拌时间小于所述时间时,所述水性溶剂C和固化剂B没有充分搅拌,因此在其后的步骤b中与主剂A混合时未反应的固化剂B与所述主剂A急剧反应,从而发生电击(shocking)现象,表面交联密度和作业性降低,并且由于在这段时间内发生人造革表面发生白化现象,因此需充分搅拌。
所述白化现象是指在涂布所述水性表面处理剂后,人造革表面的中间出现白色点(dot)形状的白色缺陷。
另一方面,当向所述固化剂B添加水性溶剂C时,粘度急剧上升,从而降低表面交联密度的同时,耐光性、耐热性以及耐刮擦性降低,且人造革表面发生白化现象,因此优选向水性溶剂C添加固化剂C。
所述水性溶剂C可以是水或者醇或者水和醇的混合物。
另外,所述乙醇可以选自甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇等醇中的至少一种,由于包含所述醇,当混合构成水性表面处理剂的各成分时,可以确保反应的稳定性和水性表面处理剂的稳定性。
由于所述水性溶剂C,所述主剂A与不参与三维交联反应的固化剂能够形成彼此缠结的互穿聚合物网络结构(interpenetratingpolymer network),可减少由于使用有机溶而导致的由挥发性有机化合物(VOC)产生的有气味物质。
相对于100重量份的所述主剂A,可以包含1-25重量份、5-20重量份或者10-20重量份的所述水性溶剂C。
另外,所述步骤a中添加至所述水性溶剂C的所述固化剂B可在每分子中包含选自氮丙啶基、异氰酸酯基以及碳二亚胺基中的至少一种官能团。
具体地,具有所述氮丙啶基的化合物是指具有由两个碳原子及一个氮原子构成三元杂环的化合物,可以是选自3-(3-甲氧基苯基)-3-(三氟甲基)-二氮丙啶(3-(3-methoxyphenyl)-3-trifluoromethyl)-diaziridine)、3-(三氟甲基)-3-苯基二氮丙啶(3-(trifluoromethyl)-3-phenyldiaziridine)、丙烷-2,2-二基二苯-4,1-二基二氮丙啶-1-羧酸酯(propane-2,2-diyldibenzene-4,1-diyldiaziridine-1-carboxylate)、1,1'-(丁基磷酰基)二氮丙啶(1,1'-(butylphosphoryl)diaziridine)、氧乙烷-2,1-二基二氮丙啶-1-羧酸酯(oxydiethane-2,1-diyldiaziridine-1-carboxylate)、3,3-双(1,1-二氟己基)-[1,2]二氮丙啶(3,3-bis(1,1-difluoro-hexyl)-[1,2]diaziridine)、1-氮丙啶丙酸(1-Aziridinepropanoic acid)、2-甲基-2-[[3-(2-甲基-1-叠氮基)-1-氧代丙氧基]甲基]-1,3-丙二基酯(2-methyl-2-[[3-(2-methyl-1-aziridinyl)-1-oxopropoxy]methyl]-1,3-propanediylester)、2-乙基-2-[[3-(2-甲基-1-叠氮基)-1-氧代丙氧基]甲基]-1,3-丙二基酯(2-ethyl-2-[[3-(2-methyl-1-aziridinyl)-1-oxopropoxy]methyl]-1,3-propanediylester)、2-乙基-2-[[3-(2-甲基-1-叠氮基)-1-氧代丙氧基]甲基]-1,3-丙二基双(2-甲基-1-氮丙啶丙酸酯)(2-ethyl-2-[[3-(2-methyl-1-aziridinyl)-1-oxopropoxy]methyl]-1,3-propanediylbis(2-methyl-1-aziridinepropanoate))、季戊四醇三[3-(1-叠氮基)丙酸酯](pentaerythritol tris[3-(1-aziridinyl)propionate])、季戊四醇三(3-叠氮基丙酸酯)(pentaerythritol tris(3-aziridinopropionate))以及它们的组合中的至少一种化合物。
具有所述异氰酸酯基的化合物可以包括例如甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、萘二异氰酸酯、苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、赖氨酸异氰酸酯、环己烷二异氰酸酯、3-异氰酸根合甲基-3,5,5-三甲基环己基异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、亚甲基二苯基异氰酸酯、二甲苯二异氰酸酯、四甲基二甲苯二异氰酸酯、降冰片烯二异氰酸酯、三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯、聚苯基聚亚甲基聚异氰酸酯、包括碳二亚胺基的聚异氰酸酯、包括脲基甲酸酯基的聚异氰酸酯、包括异氰脲酸酯基的聚异氰酸酯以及它们的组合中的至少一种。
具有所述碳二亚胺基的化合物可以是聚碳二亚胺。
相对于100重量份的所述主剂A,可以包含1-25重量份、5-20重量份或者10-20重量份的所述固化剂B。当以小于所述范围包含时,由于未固化,从而降低耐光性、耐热性、耐刮擦性、耐磨损性、耐溶剂性以及耐水解性等物理性质,当以大于所述范围混合时,人造革表面发生白化现象或者柔性降低,因此可以在所述范围内混合。
所述步骤b可以是在20-30℃或者23-26℃下搅拌主剂A、有机硅化合物D以及添加剂的步骤。
所述主剂A如下。
主剂A-1
作为一例,本发明的水性表面处理剂所包含的主剂A可以是在每分子中具有选自羧基、羟基、氨基以及它们的组合中的至少一种官能团的聚氨酯分散于水性溶剂中而成的主剂A-1。
作为在所述聚氨酯中具有羧基的聚氨酯的制备方法,例如,可以列举将具有羧基的化合物作为原料在氨基甲酸酯化反应时所使用的方法。作为用作所述聚氨酯的原料的具有羧基的化合物,例如,可以列举2,2'-二羟甲基丙酸、2,2'-二羟甲基丁酸、2,2'-二羟甲基丁酸、2,2'-二羟甲基戊酸等。
另外,作为在所述聚氨酯中具有羟基的聚氨酯制备方法,例如,可以列举使过量的多元醇及/或乙二醇与聚异氰酸酯进行反应,以获得末端具有羟基的聚氨酯的方法等。作为用作所述聚氨酯的原料的具有羟基的化合物,例如,可以列举聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、聚缩醛多元醇、聚丙烯酸酯多元醇、聚酯酰胺多元醇、聚硫醚多元醇、聚丁二烯类等聚烯烃多元醇等。
另一方面,作为在所述聚氨酯中具有胺基的聚氨酯制备方法,例如,可以列举使异氰酸酯基末端的氨基甲酸酯预聚物与2-氨基乙醇、2-氨基乙基乙醇胺、二乙醇胺等氨基醇、氨基苯酚等进行反应,以获得具有胺基的聚氨酯的方法。
所述聚氨酯优选使用将耐热性及耐光性优秀的所述聚碳酸酯多元醇用作原料的聚碳酸酯类聚氨酯。
在本发明中,所述主剂A-1中聚氨酯含量可以是5-30重量%或10-25重量%。当主剂A-1内聚氨酯含量小于上述范围时,触感、耐刮伤性、耐光性、耐热性、耐磨性以及耐溶剂性会降低,当大于上述范围时,人造革表面会发生白化现象及外观污渍,因此,可以在上述范围内包含。
主剂A-2
作为另一例,所述主剂A可以是在主链中进一步包括丙烯酸酯的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯分散于水性溶剂中而成的主剂A-2。
所述主剂A-2中丙烯酸改性氨基甲酸酯含量可以是1-10重量%或2-8重量%。当主剂A-2中丙烯酸改性氨基甲酸酯含量小于上述范围时,耐污染性及触感不明显,当大于上述范围时,柔软性会降低,同时,触感干涩(Dry),因此,可以在上述范围内包含。
另一方面,所述主剂A-2能够使丙烯酸改性聚氨酯易于在水中分散,并可以进一步包含硅氧烷,以提高防污效果。
优选地,所述硅氧烷包括一个以上的甲基,从而能够确保防污效果,并确保与丙烯酸改性聚氨酯的优秀的相容性以及优秀的硬度。
所述主剂A-2可以包含0.01-2重量%或0.05-1.5重量%的所述硅氧烷。当小于上述范围时,防污效果会降低,当大于上述范围时,所述硅氧烷会转移至表面,导致人造革表面的光泽过度,同时,当用手揉捏人造革表面时,被沾染硅氧烷,因此,可以包含所述含量范围内的硅氧烷。
主剂A-3
作为另一例,本发明的主剂A能够将主剂A-1和主剂A-2混合使用。
所述主剂A-1与所述主剂A-2可以以1∶9~4∶6或2∶8~3∶7的重量比混合使用。当所述主剂A-1小于上述范围时,人造革的表面触感会不柔和,当所述主剂A-1大于上述范围时,防污效果会降低,因此,可以以上述范围包含。
所述步骤b中所述有机硅化合物D可以是将聚硅氧烷分散在水中的液态或者是珠状的硅氧烷,优选地,可以是分散在表面触感更加优秀的水中的液态。
所述液态的有机硅化合物内聚硅氧烷的含量可以是5-30重量%或者10-20重量%。
相对于100重量份的所述主剂A,可以包含1-15重量份、1-10重量份或者5-7重量份的所述有机硅化合物。
当所述有机硅化合物中聚硅氧烷含量以及与所述主剂混合的有机硅化合物的含量小于所述范围时,防污效果降低,当大于所述范围时,表面触感过度丝滑,虽然可以使异响(squeak)指数最小化,但无法满足适当水平的动摩擦系数而使乘坐感变差,因此可以在所述含量范围内使用。
更加详细地,所述异响指数作为人造革和人体,即与乘坐者摩擦所产生的噪音的数值,可以利用万能材料试验机(Universal Testing Machine)测量在将人造革试片分别上下层叠并以4.5Kg的砝码下压,并以100mm/min的速度拉拽时所需的力的偏差(△F)及平均力(Fa),并通过△F/Fa计算异响指数。
所述异响指数小于0.15或者0.14以下,满足所述范围,因此噪音小且触感柔软。
当大于所述范围时,噪音(noise)过大,并且伴随振动的摩擦现象的沾滑(stickslip)特性强,因此,所述异响指数可以在上述范围内。
所述动摩擦系数μ为物体与其他物体滑动接触并运动时,起到保持滑动性的作用,利用万能材料试验机将人造革试片分别上下层叠,并以4.5Kg(W)的砝码下压,可以测量300mm/min的速度拉动所需的平均力(Fa),从而通过Fa/W计算动摩擦系数。
所述动摩擦系数可以是0.2-0.5或者0.25-0.5。当小于所述范围时,不能起到保持滑动性的作用,乘坐感不佳,当大于所述范围时,由于人造革和乘坐者之间的摩擦而导致异响指数增加,因此所述动摩擦系数可在所述范围内。
另外,所述步骤b中所述添加剂可以是消泡剂或者流平剂。
水性表面处理剂相对于油性表面处理剂为高粘度,因此在涂布时,产生多数的气泡,所述消泡剂用于防止这一现象,可以从有机硅树脂、表面活性剂、石蜡或矿物油中选择并使用,但不限于此。
相对于100重量份的所述主剂A,可包含0.1-0.5重量份的所述消泡剂。当小于所述范围时,涂布所述水性表面处理剂时产生大量的气泡而使作业性降低,当大于所述范围时,物理性能降低,因而可使用所述范围内的消泡剂。
所述流平剂为了使表面涂布均匀而添加,可以从有机硅树脂或丙烯酸树脂中选择并使用,但不限于此。
相对于100重量份的所述主剂A,可以包含1-5重量份的所述流平剂。当小于所述范围时,涂布所述水性表面处理剂时表面涂布不均,当大于所述范围时,物理性质降低,因此可以使用所述含量范围内的流平剂。
另外,所述步骤b中,混合物可以进一步的混合选自氨基甲酸酯珠、丙烯酸珠以及氟化蜡中的至少一种的其他添加剂。
通过进一步包含所述其他添加剂,可以通过疏水性实现防污效果,降低所述水性表面处理剂的表面张力,从而可以进一步赋予滑动性。
在所述水性表面处理剂内可包含1-10重量%或者2-5重量%的所述其他添加剂。包含所述范围内的所述其他添加剂,从而可以降低水性表面处理剂上发生其他物质形成染料、染色的问题,且可以容易实现降低表面能量的效果。
另外,根据所述水性表面处理剂的作用,可以进一步包含选自表面活性剂、助溶剂、改性剂、淬灭剂、增光剂、增稠剂以及淬灭剂中的至少一种,对其种类及含量没有特别的限制。
所述步骤c可以是将所述步骤a的混合物和所述步骤b的混合物在20-30℃或者23-26℃下搅拌0.2-1小时或者0.3-0.8小时的步骤。
另外,本发明涉及通过所述水性表面处理剂的制备方法制备的水性表面处理剂。
通过上述制备方法制备的水性表面处理剂的粘度在25℃下可以是150-700cps或者200-600cps,当小于所述范围时,人造革的触感不柔软,且相对僵硬的同时,涂料溶液会流下,导致涂布效率降低,当大于上述范围时,无法进行凹版涂布,因此,可以具有上述范围内的粘度。相对于现有的油性表面处理剂,所述水性表面处理剂的粘度为高粘度,可以更好地涂布在表层的上部。
另外,通过上述制备方法制备的水性表面处理剂涂布在人造革基材的上部,并在110-150℃或者130-150℃下干燥80-120秒钟,从而可以蒸发水性溶剂以形成人造革表面。
当小于所述温度以及时间范围进行干燥时,水性溶剂无法蒸发并残留,导致因未固化而在人造革表面发生白化现象,同时,表面物性降低,当大于所述温度范围时,耐热性会降低,导致变色,因此,可以在上述范围内的温度及时间范围内进行干燥。
另外,通过上述制备方法制备的水性表面处理剂,向所述水性溶剂C中添加固化剂B并充分搅拌后,与所述主剂A混合,使未参加立体交联结合反应的固化剂在主剂A中聚氨酯之间彼此缠结并形成互穿聚合物网络(interpenetratingpolymer network),从而能够提高表面处理层的防污性及表面交联密度,还能够降低表面张力。
另外,与现有的油性表面处理剂相比,通过本发明的水性表面处理剂的防污性优秀,同时大幅降低VOCs的发生量。
另外,涂布通过上述制备方法制备的水性表面处理剂的人造革不会在表面发生白化现象。
以下,为了帮助对本发明的理解而提出优选实施例,但下述实施例仅用于举例说明本发明,本领域技术人员清楚在本发明的范围和技术思想范围内可以进行各种改变和修改,这种改变和修改自然也属于所附的权利要求书。
实施例
1.水性表面处理剂的制备
实施例1
a、首先,向20重量份的包含15重量份的水及5重量份的异丙醇的水性溶剂中添加5重量份的包含六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和聚异氰酸酯的固化剂,之后在25℃下搅拌1小时。
b、另外,将聚硅氧烷分散于水中而成的液态的有机硅化合物,具体为5重量份的包含75重量%的水和15重量%的聚硅氧烷的有机硅化合物、0.2重量份的消泡剂以及2重量份的流平剂添加到作为主剂的100重量份的包含50重量%的水和20重量%的聚氨酯的聚碳酸酯类聚氨酯树脂中。
c、接下来,将所述固化剂和水性溶剂的混合物添加到所述主剂和有机硅化合物以及添加剂的混合物中之后,在25℃下搅拌0.5小时,以制备水性表面处理剂。
实施例2
除了在所述步骤b中使用包含60重量%的水、7重量%的丙烯酸改性氨基甲酸酯以及0.15重量%的硅氧烷的聚碳酸酯类聚氨酯树脂作为主剂以外,以与实施例1相同的组成及制备方法制备水性表面处理剂。
实施例3
除了在所述步骤b中使用以2∶8的重量比混合所述实施例1的主剂与实施例2的主剂而成的聚碳酸酯类聚氨酯树脂作为主剂以外,以与实施例1相同的组成及制备方法制备水性表面处理剂。
比较例1
制备包含95重量%的作为主剂的氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯和5重量%的作为固化剂的亚甲基二环己基二异氰酸酯的油性表面处理剂。
参照例1
除了在所述步骤a中向水性溶剂中添加固化剂后,在25℃下搅拌0.5小时以外,以与实施例1相同的方法制备水性表面处理剂。
参照例2
除了在所述步骤a中向20重量份的水性溶剂中添加30重量份的固化剂以外,以与实施例1相同的方法制备水性表面处理剂。
参照例3
除了在所述步骤a中向固化剂中添加水性溶剂以外,以与实施例1相同的方法制备水性表面处理剂。
参照例4
除了在所述步骤a中先搅拌主剂和固化剂后,向该混合物中添加水性溶剂以外,以与实施例1相同的方法制备水性表面处理剂。
2.表面处理层的形成
将在所述1中制备的实施例1-3、比较例1以及参照例1-4的表面处理剂涂布在基材上后,在140℃下干燥90秒,从而制备基材上具有表面处理层的试片。
参照例5
除了将实施例1中制备的水性表面处理剂涂布在基材上后,在100℃下干燥以外,以与实施例1相同的方法制备表面处理层。
3.物性的测量
测量所述2中制备的实施例1-3、比较例1以及参照例1-5的试片的防污性、挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的产生量、表面交联密度、表面张力、粘度、气味以及是否发生白化现象,并示于下述表1中。
-防污性
将所述2中制备的试片安装到通用耐磨试验机(Universal wear Tester,Toyoseiki)之后,上部放上棉土试验布(Cotton Soil Test Cloth)碎片,并施加0.9Kg的恒定的负载。
此时,向橡胶隔膜(Rubber Diaphragm)施加0.14Kgf/cm2的压力,将所述试片污染500次,替换污染布之后,再将所述试片污染500次。
将被污染的所述试片放到色度计的开口部(Opening),安装绿光过滤器(Greenfilter),测量在试片中没有被污染的部分中的反射值。测量被污染的部分的中心与外缘之间的中间被研磨的部分的反射值(%),计算污染性的平均值(%)。
-挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的产生量
关于挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的产生量,准备上述制备的试片并将所述试片放入4L的玻璃容器即干燥器(desicator)进行密封,并在加热炉中加热2小时。之后,在25℃的实验室中放置1小时之后,打开所述干燥器的盖子约3㎝至4㎝,并收集从所述试片所发散的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs),通过测量仪器测量其产生量。
-表面交联密度
表面交联密度是测量不溶于沸腾的二甲苯或十氢萘的经交联的氨基甲酸酯的量,利用化学天平称至1mg的所述试片之后(m1),放到网上或由穿孔金属板制成的容器上。接下来,将所述容器浸入二甲苯或十氢萘中6-8小时。
之后,将带有残留物的容器从沸腾的溶剂中取出并冷却至室温后,进行干燥,将残留量(m2)称至1mg。
表面交联密度(%)G通过m2/m1×100进行计算。
-表面张力(多人测试)
参照图1及图2,利用具有20°至60°的特定张力的液体的笔(达恩笔)并将液体平铺于试片时,如果液体的张力大于试片的表面张力,则液体不会被涂抹,且液体会凝结并保持球形的形状,如果液体的张力小于试片的表面张力,则液体会扁平地扩散并且涂抹良好。
此时,测量液体100的内角(θ)。
角度越大,试片的表面张力越小。
-粘度
使用布氏粘度计来测量粘度。
首先,使所述表面处理剂的温度达到25℃,并将所述表面处理剂放入600ml以上的底部较宽的圆筒形容器之后,使64号轴(spindle)位于表面处理剂容器的中央。
接下来,缓缓地下降粘度计以浸渍到轴的标记位置之后,使轴以30RPM旋转,从而测量粘度。
-气味
根据感官测试方法,由3人以上组成小组,直接闻气味并进行评价。下表1示出基于直接感官评价的气味,从1至6共分为6个级别,数值越大,恶臭越严重。

-白化现象
白化现象是通过肉眼确认人造革表面(表面处理层)是否存在白色的点(dot)。

如上表2中所确认的,通过本发明的水性表面处理剂的制备方法制备的实施例1至3的水性表面处理剂不发生白化现象的同时,与应用了油性表面处理剂的比较例1的相比,防污性优秀,VOCs的产生量大幅降低,同时,气味不难闻,以高粘度良好地涂布在表层上部。另一方面,能够确认未充分搅拌水性溶剂和固化剂的参照例1、向固化剂添加水性溶剂的参照例3、先搅拌主剂和固化剂的参照例4发生白化现象,且表面交联密度降低。
另外,能够确认固化剂的混合量相对水性溶剂过多的参照例2也发生了白化现象。
另外,能够确认在基材上涂布水性表面处理剂后未充分干燥的参照例5发生白化现象,且表面交联密度降低。

1.一种水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤a,向水性溶剂C中添加固化剂B后,进行搅拌;
步骤b,搅拌主剂A、有机硅化合物D以及添加剂;
步骤c,将所述步骤a的混合物添加至所述步骤b的混合物中后,进行搅拌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤a是向水性溶剂C中添加固化剂B后,在20-30℃下搅拌40分钟-5小时的步骤。

5.根据权利要求1所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤a中,所述水性溶剂C和固化剂B分别以1-25重量份进行混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤b是将主剂A、有机硅化合物D以及添加剂在20-30℃下进行搅拌的步骤。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤b的主剂A是,在每分子中具有选自羧酸基、羟基、氨基以及它们的组合中的至少一种官能团的聚氨酯分散在水性溶剂中而成的主剂A-1。
8.根据权利要求7所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述聚氨酯为聚碳酸酯类聚氨酯。
9.根据权利要求7所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述主剂A-1中聚氨酯含量为5-30重量%。
10.根据权利要求1所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤b的主剂A是,主链中进一步包含丙烯酸酯的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯分散在水性溶剂中而成的主剂A-2。
11.根据权利要求10所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述主剂A-2中丙烯酸改性聚氨酯的含量为1-10重量%。
12.根据权利要求10所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述主剂A-2包含0.01-2重量%的硅氧烷。
13.根据权利要求1所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤b的主剂A以1:9-4:6的重量比混合使用主剂A-1以及主剂A-2,所述主剂A-1是在每分子中具有选自羧酸基、羟基、氨基以及它们的组合中的至少一种官能团的聚氨酯分散在水性溶剂中而成的,所述主剂A-2是主链中进一步包含丙烯酸酯的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯分散在水性溶剂中而成的。
14.根据权利要求1所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤b的有机硅化合物D是聚硅氧烷分散在水中的液态或者珠状,
所述液态的有机硅化合物中聚硅氧烷的含量为5-30重量%。
15.根据权利要求1所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤b中,相对于100重量份的所述主剂A,包含1-15重量份的有机硅化合物D。
16.根据权利要求1所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤b的添加剂为消泡剂或者流平剂。
17.根据权利要求16所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
相对于100重量份的主剂A,包含0.1-0.5重量份的所述消泡剂,
相对于100重量份的主剂A,包含1-5重量份的所述流平剂。
18.根据权利要求1所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤c是在20-30℃下搅拌0.2-1小时的步骤。
19.一种水性表面处理剂,其特征在于,
所述水性表面处理剂根据权利要求1至18中任一项所述的水性表面处理剂的制备方法制备。
20.根据权利要求19所述的水性表面处理剂,其特征在于,
所述水性表面处理剂的粘度在25℃下为150-700cps。
