技术领域
本发明涉及刹车片加工设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种多工位式刹车片自动压制机。
背景技术
刹车片是汽车刹车系统的关键安全零件,刹车片使用材料国内多使用NAO(无石棉有机物)或半金属,主要是由纤维、树脂、填充料、摩擦调节剂、粘合剂等混合料,在模具的模腔内放置预定重量的粉末状预混料后在压机上压制成型。在加工过程中,原材料供应量需要精确,既不能过多也不能过少,在压制成形后,需要将压制好的刹车片退出,进入下一个压制过程,现有的供料、压制、退料都是独立系统,极大地依赖于人工,使得劳动强度大,工作效率低,产品良品率也不高,不利于大批量的精细化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种多工位式刹车片自动压制机,其结构科学,送料系统、压制系统、退料系统协同作业,尤其是利用机械爪完成退料、退模、换模等多个动作,整个过程自动化进行,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种多工位式刹车片自动压制机,包括机架,所述机架设置有送料系统、压制系统、退料系统;
所述压制系统包括压力机、上模、模筒、若干片下模,所述模筒设置有竖直方向的压制通道、水平方向的退料通道,所述上模包括并列设置的两个、四个、六个或者八个,所述模筒的数量与所述上模的数量相同;
所述送料系统设置有将称重后的物料投入所述压制通道的投料斗;
所述退料系统包括将所述下模及其上的刹车片沿所述退料通道推出的推杆、夹持所述下模和刹车片的机械爪、刹车片传送带、退料台,所述机械爪通过移动机构与所述机架连接,所述机械爪包括两个夹紧单元、驱动所述两个夹紧单元交换位置的转台,所述夹紧单元包括上爪手、下爪手、驱动所述上爪手上下移动的爪手气缸,所述两个夹紧单元包括将压制后的下模和刹车片从退料通道移动至退料台的第一夹紧单元、将退料台上刹车片与下模分离后夹紧下模移送至压制通道的第二夹紧单元。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,并不是把本发明的实施范围限制于此。
如图所示,本实施例的多工位式刹车片自动压制机,包括机架,该机架可以为一个整体,也可以根据各个系统的需要分开设置,图1中的机架分开设置,用于分别设置送料系统1、压制系统2、退料系统3,各个系统的机架分别为机架A、机架B、机架C。
其中,压制系统2是用于将粉状的刹车片材料在一定温度下压制成弧形板状,如图3所示,压制系统2包括压力机21、上模22、模筒23、若干片下模24,其中模筒23设置有若干个用于加热的热电偶和温度传感器。压力机21为液压机,压力机21的底座即为机架B,压力机21的工作台上固定有模筒23,上模22位于模筒23的上方,模筒23设置有竖直方向的压制通道231、水平方向的退料通道232,使用时,将一片下模24放在压制通道231的上端,压力机21下行,上模22将下模24压入压制通道231内然后退出,下模24与压制通道231形成一个腔体,利用送料系统将原料投入该腔体中,再将另一片下模24放在压制通道231的上端,重复以上过程,直至最下面的下模24到达压制通道231的底部,此时由于底部有支撑物,压制压力达到要求,可以将刹车片压制成型。开机时,为了避免前期压力不达标无法成形合格产品,可以只放入下模24,不投入原料。刹车片压制成型后,通过底部的退料通道232将刹车片和其下方的下模24沿水平方向退出压制通道231。上述过程循环进行,从而连续压制刹车片。所述上模22包括并列设置的两个、四个、六个或者八个,所述模筒23的数量与所述上模22的数量相同,从而可以同时压制多个刹车片,其最佳的实施方式是只有一排多个,从而便于送料、退料,如果有两排,送料和退料时需要将各机构更深地伸入压力机,使得结构复杂。
上模22为中间高两边低的圆拱形,其包括并列设置的两个或四个,所述模筒23的数量与所述上模22的数量相同,从而可以同时压制两个或四个刹车片,当然也可以为其他数量。为了避免下模24倾斜卡模,下模24的边缘与所述模筒23内壁过盈配合,其无法自行下落,只能在上模22的压力下下行,这也避免了物料从下模24与模筒23之间的间隙渗漏。
如图1、图4所示,所述送料系统设置于所述压制系统2的一侧,所述送料系统1设置有将称重后的物料投入所述压制通道231的投料斗11。所述送料系统包括将所述投料斗11沿水平方向送入所述上模22与所述模筒23之间的上滑轨机构、驱动推杆31沿水平方向往返移动的下滑轨机构。上滑轨机构如图6所示,其侧面设置有供沿上下垂直移动的导槽,上滑轨机构为两段式丝杠传动结构,利用丝杠传动精确控制投料斗11的位置,采用两段式结构可以弥补传送距离的不足。该结构也可以使用滑轨导向,从而获得更长的行程。
投料斗11是本技术方案的一个重要改进点,如图7所示,所述投料斗11包括矩形的料斗框111,所述料斗框111的底部设置有两个等面积的可翻转的矩形翻转板,所述料斗框111的侧面设置有翻转驱动机构。具体的,该投料斗11通过上滑轨机构与机架连接,其可以竖直上下运动、水平运动,该投料斗11的上方设置有与电子秤13连接的进料口,料斗框111有四个侧板,其中两个侧板较短,其底部与矩形翻转板铰接,另两个侧板较长,通过电机控制翻转板向内转动至投料斗11的底部形成底板,从而承接原料,当需要将原料投入模筒23时,投料斗11移动至模筒23上方后下行,两个较长的侧板伸入模筒23中,避免原料逸散,快速翻转翻转板,使得原料均匀落在模筒23内,该技术方案可以令原料撒落均匀,不同位置厚度基本相同,不需要再进行摊匀,从而避免刹车片厚薄不匀。
进一步的,如图4、图5、图11所示,所述送料系统1设置有料仓12、电子秤13和用于将料仓12内物料送入电子秤13的绞笼14,料仓12侧面设置有可以上下移动的上料斗,电子秤13可以精确称量原料,将原料定量送入投料斗11中,电子秤13设置有传感器,利用传感器检测的重量信号控制绞笼是否送料。
如图8、图9、图10所示,退料系统3是本技术方案功能实现的一个核心技术,为了实现自动化,退料系统3需要实现多个功能:将压制好的刹车片取出;将刹车片下方的下模24取出;将刹车片码放在成品区;将下模24移动至模筒23上端。为了方便,本方案将压制好的刹车片和其下方的下模24同时取出,一起放在退料台34上,然后将刹车片与下模24分离,再夹紧下模24将其送至模筒23上端,然后如此循环。具体的,所述退料系统3包括将所述下模24及其上的刹车片沿所述退料通道232推出的推杆31、夹持所述下模24和刹车片的机械爪32、刹车片传送带33、退料台34,所述机械爪32通过移动机构与所述机架连接,所述机械爪32包括两个夹紧单元、驱动所述两个夹紧单元交换位置的转台321,所述夹紧单元包括上爪手322、下爪手323、驱动所述上爪手上下移动的爪手气缸324,所述两个夹紧单元包括将压制后的下模24和刹车片从退料通道232移动至退料台34的第一夹紧单元、将退料台34上刹车片与下模24分离后夹紧下模24移送至压制通道231的第二夹紧单元。其中,第一夹紧单元将一组刹车片和下模24移动至退料台34,然后机械爪32平移,第二夹紧单元的上爪手322略微下行从而推动退料台34上另一组刹车片和下模24中的刹车片移动,使其与下模24分离,同时,第一夹紧单元的上爪手322上行从而松开与刹车片和下模24分离,然后第二夹紧单元夹紧已经与刹车片分离的下模24,然后机械爪32上行,转台321转动,第二夹紧单元夹紧下模24,机械爪32移动至压制通道231的上端,从而将一片下模24放在该位置,用于后续被上模22压入压制通道231内。重复上述动作,即可实现上述需要的多个功能,实现加工的自动化。
进一步的,如图3、图10所示,为了便于机械爪抓紧,将下模24的底部设置为圆弧形,使得下模24与退料通道232、退料台34之间均留有间隙,下爪手323为可插入所述下模24下部间隙的支撑杆,所述上爪手322为与刹车片贴合的弧形板。
所述刹车片传送带33包括纵向传送带和横向传送带,纵向传送带的传送方向与退料台34的延伸方向一致,横向传送带的方向与纵向传送带的方向垂直,然后将刹车片进行打包包装,本实施例中的纵向传送带为往返运动的丝杠结构,其将横向传送带整体沿纵向往返运动,从而使得既能够在纵向输送刹车片,也可以在横向输送刹车片。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (6)
1.多工位式刹车片自动压制机,其特征在于:包括机架,所述机架设置有送料系统(1)、压制系统(2)、退料系统(3); 所述压制系统(2)包括压力机(21)、上模(22)、模筒(23)、若干片下模(24),所述模筒(23)设置有竖直方向的压制通道(231)、水平方向的退料通道(232),所述上模(22)包括并列设置的两个、四个,所述模筒(23)的数量与所述上模(22)的数量相同,所述模筒(23)设置有加热装置,所述下模(24)的边缘与所述模筒(23)内壁过盈配合,所述送料系统(1)设置有将称重后的物料投入所述压制通道(231)的投料斗(11); 所述退料系统(3)包括将所述下模(24)及其上的刹车片沿所述退料通道(232)推出的推杆(31)、夹持所述下模(24)和刹车片的机械爪(32)、刹车片传送带(33)、退料台(34),所述机械爪(32)通过移动机构与所述机架连接,所述机械爪(32)包括两个夹紧单元、驱动所述两个夹紧单元交换位置的转台(321),所述夹紧单元包括上爪手(322)、下爪手(323)、驱动所述上爪手上下移动的爪手气缸(324),所述两个夹紧单元包括将压制后的下模(24)和刹车片从退料通道(232)移动至退料台(34)的第一夹紧单元、将退料台(34)上刹车片与下模(24)分离后夹紧下模(24)移送至压制通道(231)的第二夹紧单元,所述下爪手(323)为可插入所述下模(24)下部的支撑杆,所述上爪手(322)为与刹车片贴合的弧形板;
所述送料系统(1)设置于所述压制系统(2)一侧,所述送料系统包括将所述投料斗(11)沿水平方向送入所述上模(22)与所述模筒(23)之间的上滑轨机构、驱动所述推杆(31)沿水平方向往返移动的下滑轨机构;
退料时,第一夹紧单元将一组刹车片和下模(24)移动至退料台(34),然后机械爪(32)平移,第二夹紧单元的上爪手(322)略微下行从而推动退料台(34)上另一组刹车片和下模(24)中的刹车片移动,使其与下模(24)分离,同时,第一夹紧单元的上爪手(322)上行从而松开与刹车片和下模(24)分离,然后第二夹紧单元夹紧已经与刹车片分离的下模(24),然后机械爪(32)上行,转台(321)转动,第二夹紧单元夹紧下模(24),机械爪(32)移动至压制通道(231)的上端,将一片下模(24)放在该位置,后续被上模(22)压入压制通道(231)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多工位式刹车片自动压制机,其特征在于:模筒(23)内间隔叠放有多个下模(24)和刹车片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多工位式刹车片自动压制机,其特征在于:所述刹车片传送带(33)包括纵向传送带和横向传送带。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多工位式刹车片自动压制机,其特征在于:所述送料系统(1)设置有料仓(12)、电子秤(13)和用于将料仓(12)内物料送入电子秤(13)的绞笼(14)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多工位式刹车片自动压制机,其特征在于:所述投料斗(11)包括矩形的料斗框(111),所述料斗框(111)的底部设置有两个等面积的可翻转的矩形翻转板,所述料斗框(111)的侧面设置有翻转驱动机构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多工位式刹车片自动压制机,其特征在于:所述投料斗(11)的数量与所述模筒(23)的数量相同。
