技术领域
本发明涉及刹车片加工设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种刹车片压制机自动退料装置。
背景技术
刹车片是汽车刹车系统的关键安全零件,刹车片使用材料国内多使用NAO(无石棉有机物)或半金属,主要是由纤维、树脂、填充料、摩擦调节剂、粘合剂等混合料,在模具的模腔内放置预定重量的粉末状预混料后在压机上压制成型。在加工过程中,原材料供应量需要精确,既不能过多也不能过少,在压制成形后,需要将压制好的刹车片退出,进入下一个压制过程,现有的供料、压制、退料都是独立系统,极大地依赖于人工,使得劳动强度大,工作效率低,产品良品率也不高,不利于大批量的精细化生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种刹车片压制机自动退料装置,其结构科学,送料系统、压制系统、退料系统协同作业,尤其是利用机械爪完成退料、退模、换模等多个动作,整个过程自动化进行,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种刹车片压制机自动退料装置,其包括机架,所述机架设置有设置于压制机模筒下方的退料通道、将下模及其上的刹车片沿所述退料通道推出的推杆、夹持下模和刹车片的机械爪、刹车片传送带、退料台,所述机械爪通过可沿竖直方向、水平方向滑动的第一滑台与所述机架连接,所述机械爪位于所述退料台的上方,所述机械爪包括上爪手、下爪手和调整所述上爪手与下爪手之间间隙的爪手气缸,所述退料通道的高度与所述退料台的高度一致,所述刹车片传送带位于所述退料台与退料通道之间,所述刹车片传送带的顶面低于所述退料台的顶面。
优选的,所述下爪手为可插入下模下部的支撑杆,所述上爪手为与刹车片贴合的弧形板,所述爪手气缸的前端与所述上爪手连接。
优选的,所述下爪手的长度大于所述上爪手的长度。
优选的,所述退料台的侧面设置有理料装置,所述理料装置包括翻转支架、翻板、翻转气缸,所述翻板通过翻转轴与所述翻转支架铰接,所述翻转气缸的两端分别与所述翻板、翻转支架铰接,所述翻板的后侧设置有支撑板。
优选的,所述支撑板的两侧分别设置有挡板,所述挡板位于所述翻板与所述刹车片传送带之间的位置设置有开口。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,并不是把本发明的实施范围限制于此。
如图1-图9所示,本发明使用的压制机是用于将粉状的刹车片材料在一定温度下压制成弧形板状,如图3所示,压制机包括压力机、上模、模筒、若干片下模,其中模筒设置有若干个用于加热的热电偶和温度传感器。压力机为液压机,压力机的工作台上固定有模筒,上模位于模筒的上方,模筒设置有竖直方向的压制通道、水平方向的退料通道1,使用时,将一片下模放在压制通道的上端,压力机下行,上模将下模压入压制通道内然后退出,下模与压制通道形成一个腔体,利用送料系统将原料投入该腔体中,再将另一片下模放在压制通道的上端,重复以上过程,直至最下面的下模到达压制通道的底部,此时由于底部有支撑物,压制压力达到要求,可以将刹车片压制成型。开机时,为了避免前期压力不达标无法成形合格产品,可以只放入下模,不投入原料。刹车片压制成型后,通过底部的退料通道1将刹车片和其下方的下模沿水平方向退出压制通道。上述过程循环进行,从而连续压制刹车片。
上模为中间高两边低的圆拱形,其包括并列设置的两个或四个,所述模筒的数量与所述上模的数量相同,从而可以同时压制两个或四个刹车片,当然也可以为其他数量。为了避免下模倾斜卡模,下模的边缘与所述模筒内壁过盈配合,其无法自行下落,只能在上模的压力下下行,这也避免了物料从下模与模筒之间的间隙渗漏。
在本技术方案中,模筒的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,从而分别一次压制一个刹车片或压制多个刹车片,而投料斗可以为一个,也可以为多个,优选的,投料斗的数量与所述模筒的数量相同。
如图4-图9所示,为了实现退料自动化,需要实现多个功能:将压制好的刹车片取出;将刹车片下方的下模取出;将刹车片码放在成品区;将下模移动至模筒上端。为了方便,本方案将压制好的刹车片和其下方的下模同时取出,一起放在退料台5的接片支架9上,然后将刹车片与下模分离,再夹紧下模将其送至模筒上端,然后如此循环。
具体的,本实施例的刹车片压制机自动退料装置,包括机架,所述机架设置有设置于压制机的模筒下方的退料通道1、将下模及其上的刹车片沿所述退料通道1推出的推杆2、夹持下模和刹车片的机械爪3、刹车片传送带4、退料台5,所述机械爪3通过可沿竖直方向、水平方向滑动的第一滑台6与所述机架连接,所述机械爪3位于所述退料台5的上方,所述机械爪3包括上爪手31、下爪手32和调整所述上爪手31与下爪手32之间间隙的爪手气缸33,所述退料通道1的高度与所述退料台5的高度一致,所述刹车片传送带4位于所述退料台5与退料通道1之间,所述刹车片传送带4的顶面低于所述退料台5的顶面。
所述下爪手32为可插入下模下部的支撑杆,所述上爪手31为与刹车片贴合的弧形板,所述爪手气缸33的前端与所述上爪手31连接。
所述退料台5的侧面设置有理料装置7,所述退料台5的侧面设置有理料装置6,所述理料装置7包括翻转支架71、翻板72、翻转气缸73,所述翻板72通过翻转轴74与所述翻转支架71铰接,所述翻转气缸73的两端分别与所述翻板72、翻转支架71铰接,所述翻板72的后侧设置有支撑板75。

所述第一滑台6设置有升降电机61、升降导轨62、第一平移导轨63、第一步进电机64。
所述退料台5通过第二滑台8与所述机架连接,所述第二滑台8设置有第二平移导轨81、第二步进电机82,所述第二滑台3上方连接有接片支架9,所述刹车片传送带4固定设置于所述接片支架9的侧面。
本技术方案的机械爪3可以有两个夹紧单元,如图6所示,也可以有一个夹紧单元,如图7所示。所述刹车片传送带4可以位于所述退料台5与退料通道1之间,也可以将退料台5位于刹车片传送带4、退料通道1之间。例如,当刹车片传送带4位于所述退料台5与退料通道1之间,夹紧单元只有一个时,可以不设置转台34,由机械爪3夹紧刹车片和下模,移动至退料台,将其放置在接片支架9上,然后机械爪3松开继续沿原来的方向移动,从而离开下模,然后调整机械爪3的夹紧间隙,反方向移动,此时上爪手31抵触刹车片,从而将刹车片推至刹车片传送带4,然后机械爪3夹紧,即可仅夹紧下模,将其搬运至离开接片支架9。当然,也可以利用两个夹紧单元交替夹紧,并利用转台34进行转动,从而扩大其可以实现的功能。

1.刹车片压制机自动退料装置,其特征在于:包括机架,所述机架设置有设置于压制机模筒下方的退料通道(1)、将下模及其上的刹车片沿所述退料通道(1)推出的推杆(2)、夹持下模和刹车片的机械爪(3)、刹车片传送带(4)、退料台(5),所述机械爪(3)通过可沿竖直方向、水平方向滑动的第一滑台(6)与所述机架连接,所述机械爪(3)位于所述退料台(5)的上方,所述机械爪(3)包括上爪手(31)、下爪手(32)和调整所述上爪手(31)与下爪手(32)之间间隙的爪手气缸(33),所述退料通道(1)的高度与所述退料台(5)的高度一致,所述刹车片传送带(4)位于所述退料台(5)与退料通道(1)之间,所述刹车片传送带(4)的顶面低于所述退料台(5)的顶面;
所述下爪手(32)为可插入下模下部的支撑杆,所述上爪手(31)为与刹车片贴合的弧形板,所述爪手气缸(33)的前端与所述上爪手(31)连接;
所述退料台(5)的侧面设置有理料装置(7),所述理料装置(7)包括翻转支架(71)、翻板(72)、翻转气缸(73),所述翻板(72)通过翻转轴(74)与所述翻转支架(71)铰接,所述翻转气缸(73)的两端分别与所述翻板(72)、翻转支架(71)铰接,所述翻板(72)的后侧设置有支撑板(75);
所述第一滑台(6)设置有升降电机(61)、升降导轨(62)、第一平移导轨(63)、第一步进电机(64);
所述退料台(5)通过第二滑台(8)与所述机架连接,所述第二滑台(8)设置有第二平移导轨(81)、第二步进电机(82),所述第二滑台(3)上方连接有接片支架(9),所述刹车片传送带(4)固定设置于所述接片支架(9)的侧面;
所述机械爪(3)工作时,所述机械爪(3)夹紧刹车片和下模,移动至所述退料台(5),将其放置在所述接片支架(9)上,然后所述机械爪(3)松开继续沿原来的方向移动,从而离开下模,然后调整所述机械爪(3)的夹紧间隙,反方向移动,此时所述上爪手(31)抵触刹车片,从而将刹车片推至所述刹车片传送带(4),然后所述机械爪(3)夹紧,即可仅夹紧下模,将其搬运至离开所述接片支架(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刹车片压制机自动退料装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(75)的两侧分别设置有挡板(76),所述挡板(76)位于所述翻板(72)与所述刹车片传送带(4)之间的位置设置有开口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的刹车片压制机自动退料装置,其特征在于:所述机械爪(3)设置有转台(34),所述上爪手(31)、下爪手(32)和爪手气缸(33)与所述转台(34)连接。
