技术领域
本实用新型涉及刹车片加工设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于刹车片压制模下模的夹持装置。
背景技术
刹车片是汽车刹车系统的关键安全零件,刹车片使用材料国内多使用NAO(无石棉有机物)或半金属,主要是由纤维、树脂、填充料、摩擦调节剂、粘合剂等混合料,在模具的模腔内放置预定重量的粉末状预混料后在压机上压制成型。在加工过程中,原材料供应量需要精确,既不能过多也不能过少,在压制成形后,需要将压制好的刹车片退出,进入下一个压制过程,现有的供料、压制、退料都是独立系统,极大地依赖于人工,使得劳动强度大,工作效率低,产品良品率也不高,不利于大批量的精细化生产。
特别是刹车片热压成型过程中,人工取料、分模、上模,劳动强度高、效率低、不安全等制约了行业的发展,同时,机械手在机械行业的广泛应用,显现其强大优势和领先趋势。因此,在刹车片热压成型中引入机械手,对降低劳动强度、提高劳动效率,以及更进一步实现生产自动化有着重要意义。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种用于刹车片压制模下模的夹持装置,其结构科学,可以方便的夹持刹车片压制下模,完成多个动作,便于提高刹车片自动化压制,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于刹车片压制模下模的夹持装置,其包括爪手架,所述爪手架的侧面沿竖直方向设置有伸缩气缸,所述伸缩气缸的前端固定连接有上爪手,所述爪手架设置有导槽,所述上爪手的根部通过所述导槽与所述爪手架滑动连接,所述上爪手的下方设置有可伸入刹车片下模下方的下爪手,所述下爪手的根部与所述爪手架固定连接,所述上爪手的下侧为与刹车片上表面对应的弧形,所述下爪手为杆状。
优选的,所述下爪手的长度大于所述上爪手的长度。
优选的,所述爪手架的上方设置有可转动的摆台,所述爪手架带动伸缩气缸、上爪手、下爪手随所述摆台转动。
优选的,所述爪手架的两侧分别设置有一组夹持单元,每组所述夹持单元包括一个所述伸缩气缸、上爪手、下爪手。
优选的,两组所述夹持单元对称设置。
优选的,所述爪手架左侧的夹持单元高于右侧的夹持单元。

如图1所示,本实施例的用于刹车片压制模下模的夹持装置,其包括爪手架1,爪手架1的作用是连接伸缩气缸2、上爪手4、下爪手5等零部件,本实施例中,其为一个竖直设置的平板,伸缩气缸2通过气缸固定板与爪手架1连接,伸缩气缸2位于爪手架1的侧面,且伸缩气缸2沿竖直方向设置,所述伸缩气缸2的前端固定连接有上爪手4,所述爪手架1设置有导槽11,所述上爪手4的根部通过所述导槽11与所述爪手架1滑动连接,所述上爪手4的下方设置有可伸入刹车片下模下方的下爪手5,所述下爪手5的根部与所述爪手架1固定连接,所述上爪手4的下侧为与刹车片上表面对应的弧形,所述下爪手5为杆状,伸缩气缸2可以驱动上爪手4上下滑动,从而与下爪手5配合抓紧刹车片下模及下模上方的刹车片。该结构科学简单,极大地提高了夹持的稳定性和夹持速度,从而可以提高自动化水平,降低劳动强度。
进一步的,所述下爪手5的长度大于所述上爪手4的长度,使得下爪手5可以提前伸入下模的下方,或延迟退出下模的下方,从而在上爪手4没有夹紧时,可以对下模提供一定的支撑力。
进一步的,所述爪手架1的上方设置有可转动的摆台3,所述爪手架1带动伸缩气缸2、上爪手4、下爪手5随所述摆台3转动,通过摆台3的转动,可以利用本夹持装置夹持下模后进行移动、旋转等操作,进而配合其他机构实现更多功能。
进一步的,所述爪手架1的两侧分别设置有一组夹持单元,每组所述夹持单元包括一个所述伸缩气缸2、上爪手4、下爪手5,两组夹持单元可以分别工作,从而提高工作效率,特别是,两组夹持单元可以相互配合实现更多功能,如一组夹持单元夹持下模和刹车片进行退料,而另一组夹持单元夹持下模将其送入模筒进行下一次压制。
两组所述夹持单元可以对称设置,也可以不对称设置,在图1中,所述爪手架1一侧的夹持单元高于另一侧的夹持单元,这是为了利用一侧的夹持单元夹持下模和刹车片后,其整体上升离开下模和刹车片,然后夹持装置移动,利用较长的夹持单元底部推动刹车片,从而将下模与刹车片分离。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于刹车片压制模下模的夹持装置,其特征在于:所述下爪手(5)的长度大于所述上爪手(4)的长度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于刹车片压制模下模的夹持装置,其特征在于:所述爪手架(1)的上方设置有可转动的摆台(3),所述爪手架(1)带动伸缩气缸(2)、上爪手(4)、下爪手(5)随所述摆台(3)转动。
