技术领域
本实用新型涉及送料机构技术领域,特别是涉及一种自动精确称量送料装置。
背景技术
刹车片是汽车刹车系统的关键安全零件,刹车片使用材料国内多使用NAO(无石棉有机物)或半金属,主要是由纤维、树脂、填充料、摩擦调节剂、粘合剂等混合料,在模具的模腔内放置预定重量的粉末状预混料后在压机上压制成型。在加工过程中,原材料供应量需要精确,既不能过多也不能过少,现有的加工设备一般通过人工将预混料抓到模具中,凭经验大致判断是否足够,准确度不高。在现有技术中其他领域存在的自动称量装置,不能直接用于刹车片压制供料装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种自动精确称量送料装置,其结构科学,可以快速地将料仓中的预混料送入电子秤料斗,并同时称量电子称料斗中预混料的重量,从而停止送料,精确控制电子秤料斗中预混料的重量。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种自动精确称量送料装置,其包括料仓、电子秤料斗、绞笼,所述料仓底部设置有出料口,所述料仓内部设置有将物料送至出料口的搅拌桨,所述绞笼位于所述料仓、电子秤料斗之间,所述绞笼的入口与所述出料口连通,所述绞笼的出口与所述电子秤料斗的上端连通,所述电子秤料斗设置有重量传感器,所述电子秤料斗的下部设置有送料口,所述送料口处设置有可转动的翻门。
优选的,所述料仓底部设置有两个出料口,所述料仓下方设置有两个电子秤料斗和两个绞笼。
优选的,所述料仓为圆柱形,所述搅拌桨包括若干片叶片,所述叶片中部下侧设置有漏料口,该漏料口位于所述出料口上方,所述叶片靠近所述料仓的底部。
优选的,所述电子秤料斗下方设置有料斗固定板,所述料斗固定板固定连接有翻门气缸,所述翻门气缸通过气缸杆摇臂与所述翻门连接。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明,并不是把本实用新型的实施范围限制于此。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的自动精确称量送料装置,其包括料仓1、电子秤料斗2、绞笼3,用于压制刹车片的预混料从料仓1的顶部投入,料仓1底部设置有出料口11,由于预混料较为蓬松,不易在重力作用下向下降落,料仓1内部设置有将物料送至出料口11的搅拌桨12,搅拌桨12由位于料仓1顶部的电机驱动,转动搅拌桨12时,预混料可以从出料口11离开料仓1,控制搅拌桨12的转动即可初步控制预混料是否送料。
本实用新型利用电子秤料斗2对预混料进行称量,通过绞笼3对预混料进行精确控制,绞笼3位于料仓1、电子秤料斗2之间,绞笼3的入口与料仓1的出料口11连通,绞笼3的出口与电子秤料斗2的上端连通,电子秤料斗2设置有重量传感器。需要注意的是,虽然绞笼3的出口与电子秤料斗2的上端连通,但两者并不刚性连接,而是留有间隙,即绞笼3的出口伸入电子秤料斗2的上端中,这样既可以保证预混料进入电子秤料斗2中,避免撒漏,也将两者分开,便于利用重量传感器对电子秤料斗2进行称量,控制绞笼3的速度,尤其是电子秤料斗2中预混料即将足量时,调低绞笼3的速度,慢慢进料,避免送料过多,从而实现精确称量送料。
进一步的,电子秤料斗2的下部设置有送料口21,送料口21处设置有可转动的翻门22,通过该送料口21将称量好的预混料送入模具中压制成刹车片,送料时,翻转翻门22,预混料即可落下,翻门22的面积与电子秤料斗2的横截面面积一致,称量时翻门22位于水平位置,称量后送料时翻门翻转90度,电子城料斗2中的预混料能够全部落下。
进一步的,所述料仓1底部设置有两个出料口11,所述料仓1下方设置有两个电子秤料斗2和两个绞笼3,利用该装置可以同时对两个模具进行供料,提高工作效率。
进一步的,所述料仓1为圆柱形,所述搅拌桨12包括若干片叶片13,所述叶片13中部下侧设置有漏料口,该漏料口位于所述出料口11上方,所述叶片13靠近所述料仓1的底部,叶片12在其长度范围内扫动料仓1内部,使得预混料项漏料口集中,然后通过出料口11进入绞笼3。
进一步的,所述电子秤料斗2下方设置有料斗固定板23,所述料斗固定板23固定连接有翻门气缸24,所述翻门气缸24通过气缸杆摇臂25与所述翻门22连接,利用翻门气缸24驱动翻门22翻转。。

1.自动精确称量送料装置,其特征在于:包括料仓(1)、电子秤料斗(2)、绞笼(3),所述料仓(1)底部设置有出料口(11),所述料仓(1)内部设置有将物料送至出料口(11)的搅拌桨(12),所述绞笼(3)位于所述料仓(1)、电子秤料斗(2)之间,所述绞笼(3)的入口与所述出料口(11)连通,所述绞笼(3)的出口与所述电子秤料斗(2)的上端连通,所述电子秤料斗(2)设置有重量传感器,所述电子秤料斗(2)的下部设置有送料口(21),所述送料口(21)处设置有可转动的翻门(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动精确称量送料装置,其特征在于:所述料仓(1)底部设置有两个出料口(11),所述料仓(1)下方设置有两个电子秤料斗(2)和两个绞笼(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动精确称量送料装置,其特征在于:所述料仓(1)为圆柱形,所述搅拌桨(12)包括若干片叶片(13),所述叶片(13)中部下侧设置有漏料口,该漏料口位于所述出料口(11)上方,所述叶片(13)靠近所述料仓(1)的底部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动精确称量送料装置,其特征在于:所述电子秤料斗(2)下方设置有料斗固定板(23),所述料斗固定板(23)固定连接有翻门气缸(24),所述翻门气缸(24)通过气缸杆摇臂(25)与所述翻门(22)连接。
