技术领域
本发明涉及刹车片加工设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种刹车片压制机单爪式下模循环机构。
背景技术
刹车片是汽车刹车系统的关键安全零件,刹车片使用材料国内多使用NAO(无石棉有机物)或半金属,主要是由纤维、树脂、填充料、摩擦调节剂、粘合剂等混合料,在模具的模腔内放置预定重量的粉末状预混料后在压机上压制成型。在加工过程中,原材料供应量需要精确,既不能过多也不能过少,在压制成形后,需要将压制好的刹车片退出,进入下一个压制过程,现有的供料、压制、退料都是独立系统,极大地依赖于人工,使得劳动强度大,工作效率低,产品良品率也不高,不利于大批量的精细化生产,尤其是模具压制后需要将其移出,然后将其与刹车片分离,再将模具放入模筒,下模和刹车片的重量较重,劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种刹车片压制机单爪式下模循环机构,其利用机械爪完成退料、退模、模具与刹车片分离等多个动作,整个过程自动化进行,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种刹车片压制机单爪式下模循环机构,其包括将下模及其上的刹车片从模筒下方推出的推杆、退料台,所述退料台设置有第一滑台、第二滑台,所述第二滑台位于所述第一滑台的上方,所述第一滑台设置有第一平移导轨、第一步进电机,所述第一滑台上方连接有接片支架、刹车片传送带,所述第二滑台设置有升降电机、升降导轨、第二平移导轨、第二步进电机,所述第二滑台下方连接有机械爪,所述机械爪包括转台,所述转台下方设置有夹紧单元,所述夹紧单元包括上爪手、下爪手、驱动所述上爪手上下移动的爪手气缸。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,并不是把本发明的实施范围限制于此。
如图1-图6所示,本实施例的刹车片压制机单爪式下模循环机构,是刹车片压制机的一个部件,如图1、图2所示,中部为刹车片压制装置,右侧为送料装置,左侧为退料装置,本发明的下模循环机构包括送料装置下部设置的推杆1用于将压制后的下模和其上的刹车片从模筒下方退出,图3中画有模筒下方的出口,进而利用下模循环机构的其他装置,如退料台2、机械爪7实现如下功能:先将下模和其上的刹车片夹紧,移动至退料台2,然后将下模与刹车片分离,再将下模移动至模筒上方,进行下一轮压制,从而实现了下模的循环利用。
具体的,本发明包括推杆1、退料台2,所述退料台2设置有第一滑台3、第二滑台4,第一滑台3和第二滑台4均可以沿图中左右方向水平移动,所述第二滑台4位于所述第一滑台3的上方,所述第一滑台3设置有第一平移导轨31、第一步进电机32,所述第一滑台3上方连接有接片支架5、刹车片传送带6,第一滑台3采用导轨+丝杠的结构,第一平移导轨31包括两个线导轨,第一步进电机32驱动接片支架5、刹车片传送带6随第一滑台3移动,其中接片支架5靠近推杆1。当下文所述的机械爪7夹紧下模和刹车片移动到接片支架5上方时,转动180°,然后下行至接片支架5,上爪手72上行松开,第一滑台3向远离机械爪7的方向移动,直至机械爪7与下模完全分离,然后上爪手72下行至上爪手72、下爪手73之间的间距大于下模的厚度、小于下模与刹车片的厚度之和,然后第一滑台3向机械爪7的方向移动,此时上爪手72抵触刹车片,使得刹车片与下模分离落在刹车片传送带6上,然后上爪手72下行夹紧下模,机械爪7上行并转动180°,再平移至图3中的模筒上方、上模下方,放下下模,机械爪7后退然后移动至模筒下端夹紧另一个下模和刹车片,进入下一个循环。
为实现上述过程,所述第二滑台4设置有升降电机41、升降导轨42、第二平移导轨43、第二步进电机44,使得第二滑台4可以升降、平移。所述第二滑台4下方连接有机械爪7,所述机械爪7设置有转台71,转台71下方设置有夹紧单元,夹紧单元可以有两个,本技术方案只需要一个夹紧单元。所述夹紧单元包括上爪手72、下爪手73、驱动所述上爪手72上下移动的爪手气缸74。
进一步的,如图6所示,所述下爪手73为可插入下模下部的支撑杆,所述上爪手72为与刹车片上表面贴合的弧形板,便于夹紧下模,且可以自定位夹紧在下模的中部。
进一步的,所述接片支架5为截面形状为U字形的导板,所述接片支架5的开口向上,所述接片支架5的底部开设有宽度大于所述机械爪7底部宽度的凹槽,避免机械爪7与接片支架5碰撞摩擦。
进一步的,所述第二滑台4升降的高度大于模筒的高度,使得其能够将下模放置到模筒上端。
本发明使用的刹车片压制机,是用于将粉状的刹车片材料在一定温度下压制成弧形板状,包括压力机、上模、模筒、若干片下模,其中模筒设置有若干个用于加热的热电偶和温度传感器。压力机的工作台上固定有模筒,上模位于模筒的上方,模筒设置有竖直方向的压制通道、水平方向的退料通道,使用时,将一片下模放在压制通道的上端,压力机下行,上模将下模压入压制通道内然后退出,下模与压制通道形成一个腔体,利用送料系统将原料投入该腔体中,再将另一片下模放在压制通道的上端,重复以上过程,直至最下面的下模到达压制通道的底部,此时由于底部有支撑物,压制压力达到要求,可以将刹车片压制成型。上述过程循环进行,从而连续压制刹车片。
上模为中间高两边低的圆拱形,其包括并列设置的两个或四个,模筒的数量与所述上模的数量相同,从而可以同时压制两个或四个刹车片,当然也可以为其他数量。为了避免下模倾斜卡模,下模的边缘与所述模筒内壁过盈配合,其无法自行下落,只能在上模的压力下下行,这也避免了物料从下模与模筒之间的间隙渗漏。
在本技术方案中,模筒的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,从而分别一次压制一个刹车片或压制多个刹车片。
为了便于机械爪7抓紧,将下模的底部设置为圆弧形,使得下模与退料通道退料台之间均留有间隙。

1.刹车片压制机单爪式下模循环机构,其特征在于:包括将下模及其上的刹车片从模筒下方推出的推杆(1)、退料台(2),所述退料台(2)设置有第一滑台(3)、第二滑台(4),所述第二滑台(4)位于所述第一滑台(3)的上方,所述第一滑台(3)设置有第一平移导轨(31)、第一步进电机(32),所述第一滑台(3)上方连接有接片支架(5)、刹车片传送带(6),所述第二滑台(4)设置有升降电机(41)、升降导轨(42)、第二平移导轨(43)、第二步进电机(44),所述第二滑台(4)下方连接有机械爪(7),所述机械爪(7)包括转台(71),所述转台(71)下方设置有夹紧单元,所述夹紧单元包括上爪手(72)、下爪手(73)、驱动所述上爪手(72)上下移动的爪手气缸(74)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刹车片压制机单爪式下模循环机构,其特征在于:所述下爪手(73)为可插入下模下部的支撑杆,所述上爪手(72)为与刹车片上表面贴合的弧形板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的刹车片压制机单爪式下模循环机构,其特征在于:所述接片支架(5)为截面形状为U字形的导板,所述接片支架(5)的开口向上,所述接片支架(5)的底部开设有宽度大于所述机械爪(7)底部宽度的凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的刹车片压制机单爪式下模循环机构,其特征在于:所述第二滑台(4)升降的高度大于模筒的高度。
