技术领域
本发明涉及刹车片加工设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗。
背景技术
刹车片是汽车刹车系统的关键安全零件,随着汽车保有量逐年上升,作为汽车易损件的刹车片,其需求量随着汽车保有量的增加亦是不断的增加。刹车片使用材料国内多使用NAO(无石棉有机物)或半金属,主要是由纤维、树脂、填充料、摩擦调节剂、粘合剂等混合料,在模具的模腔内放置预定重量的粉末状预混料后在压机上压制成型。在加工过程中,原材料供应量需要精确,既不能过多也不能过少,在压制成形后,需要将压制好的刹车片退出,进入下一个压制过程。在压制过程中,需要将预混料投入模筒(模具)中,投入后的形状以与刹车片形状接近最佳,这样可以避免部分位置过高,阻止了上模下行,使得其他部分缺少材料,生产的刹车片为不合格产品。在专利名称“一种应用于刹车片生产的自动上料装置”(申请号201710817335.6)中记载,需要将主料放入模具型腔内,并进行摊平,另外,其技术方案也设置有摊平机构,为了更好的摊平,其还采用了分批次投料的方法。在投料过程中,由于预混料已经经过称量,如果其残留在料斗内,则之前的称量没有任何意义,而预混料质量较轻,如何使其既不发生泄漏,又不残留在料斗中是现有技术所没有的,其一般都有少量残留。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗,其可以使得原料(预混料)均匀落入模筒中,投料料斗内没有残留的预混料,从而实现预混料无泄漏无残留。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗,其包括矩形的料斗框,所述料斗框的底部沿四个侧面向下延伸设置有四个裙板,所述裙板包括两个对称设置的用于伸入模筒的固定裙板、两个对称设置的翻转裙板,所述料斗框和裙板表面光滑,所述料斗框的侧面设置有用于驱动所述翻转裙板向内翻转至水平位置的翻转驱动机构,两个所述翻转裙板翻转至水平位置后封住所述料斗框的底部,所述翻转裙板为平板状或弧形板状。
优选的,所述翻转裙板与所述料斗框铰接。
优选的,所述料斗框的顶部设置有进料口,所述进料口的面积小于所述料斗框是横截面面积。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,并不是把本发明的实施范围限制于此。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗,图1与图2的区别在于图1中有四个料斗框1,而图2中有两个料斗框1,可以根据投料的需要确定料斗框1的数量,并按照本实施例相应调整其他结构。其包括矩形的料斗框1,所述料斗框1的底部沿四个侧面向下延伸设置有四个裙板,所述裙板包括两个对称设置的用于伸入模筒的固定裙板21、两个对称设置的翻转裙板22,所述料斗框1和裙板表面光滑,优选使用金属板,可以使得预混料容易滑落,不粘连在料斗框1内。固定裙板21和翻转裙板22的形状优选为矩形,所述料斗框1的侧面设置有用于驱动两个所述翻转裙板22同时翻转的翻转驱动机构3,两个所述翻转裙板22翻转至水平位置后封住所述料斗框1的底部,且翻转裙板22可以从水平位置快速翻转至竖直位置,通过该结构,在水平位置时,可以支撑料斗框1内的预混料,向下翻转时,预混料落入模筒中的下模上,本发明尤其是利用该翻转结构,使得预混料落在下模上时,随着翻转的过程,预混料随之落下,从中间至边缘较为均匀地铺在下模上,使得不需要进行摊匀的操作。本发明的多处设计均是为了实现该效果,如料斗框1为矩形,且横截面积与模筒大致相同,固定裙板21可以伸入模筒中,从而对预混料进行导向,也避免预混料逸散,翻转裙板22快速翻转,可以随惯性撞到模筒内壁,使得投料料斗内没有残留的预混料,从而实现预混料无泄漏无残留。由于预混料较为蓬松,两个翻转裙板22位于水平位置时封住所述料斗框1的底部,预混料不会掉落。所述翻转裙板22为平板状或弧形板状。
进一步的,所述翻转裙板22与所述料斗框1通过合页铰接,该铰接处有铰接轴34,同一个翻转裙板22上的合页的铰接轴34不需要连接在一起,可以通过翻转裙板22本身传递动力。
进一步的,所述料斗框1的顶部设置有进料口11,所述进料口11的面积小于所述料斗框1是横截面面积,减小进料口11的面积,避免在投料料斗移动过程中预混料逸散,进一步的为了避免料斗框1内预混料集中在中部,还包括可振动的移动机械臂,所述料斗框1通过连接板4与所述移动机械臂连接。

Claims (8)
1.无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗,其特征在于:包括矩形的料斗框(1),所述料斗框(1)的底部沿四个侧面向下延伸设置有四个裙板,所述裙板包括两个对称设置的用于伸入模筒的固定裙板(21)、两个对称设置的翻转裙板(22),所述料斗框(1)和裙板表面光滑,所述料斗框(1)的侧面设置有用于驱动所述翻转裙板(22)向内翻转至水平位置的翻转驱动机构(3),两个所述翻转裙板(22)翻转至水平位置后封住所述料斗框(1)的底部,所述翻转裙板(22)为平板状或弧形板状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗,其特征在于:所述翻转裙板(22)与所述料斗框(1)铰接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗,其特征在于:所述料斗框(1)的顶部设置有进料口(11),所述进料口(11)的面积小于所述料斗框(1)是横截面面积。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗,其特征在于:还包括可振动的移动机械臂,所述料斗框(1)通过连接板(4)与所述移动机械臂连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗,其特征在于:所述料斗框(1)包括二个或四个。
6.根据权利要求2所述的无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗,其特征在于:所述翻转驱动机构(3)包括伸缩气缸(31)、推拉杆(32)、摇杆(33)、铰接轴(34)、连杆(35),所述推拉杆(32)沿竖直方向设置,所述推拉杆(32)的上端与所述伸缩气缸(31)的输出端连接,所述推拉杆(32)的下端设置有导槽,所述摇杆(33)的一端通过销钉与所述导槽滑动连接,所述摇杆(33)的另一端与所述铰接轴(34)固定连接,两个所述翻转裙板(22)的铰接轴(34)通过连杆(35)连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗,其特征在于:所述翻转裙板(22)为弧形板状,其位于水平位置时,所述翻转裙板(22)的上表面为向下凹陷的弧形。
8.根据权利要求4所述的无泄漏无残留的刹车片预混料投料料斗,其特征在于:所述料斗框(1)的外周环绕设置有支撑板,所述料斗框(1)通过所述支撑板与所述连接板(4)连接。
