背景技术
通常被称为“锤击由壬”的螺纹管接头通常包括阳型接头,螺纹蝶型螺母和阴型接头。这些锤击由壬通常构成用于油气勘探和生产作业的系统的一部分。一个例子是水力压裂(或“压裂”)系统,其将流体泵送到井口(wellhead)以便在井孔延伸通过的地层中传播压裂(facture),井口是井孔的表面终端。当在压裂系统中使用时,螺纹蝶型螺母可承受高应力,这可能导致裂纹在蝶型螺母的螺纹部分附近传播。这些裂纹往往会导致锤击由壬的失效。因此,需要解决一个或多个前述问题或其他问题的装置。

在示例性实施例中,沿着本体35的轴向长度40延伸的凸耳80a,80b和80c增加了蝶型螺母22、150、160、170、175、180、185和190和锤击由壬10的耐久性。另外,长度等于或基本等于本体35的轴向长度40(在10%以内)的凸耳80a,80b和80c增加了在锤击由壬10被组装期间,大锤或其他工具可与蝶型螺母22、150、160、170、175、180、185和190接触的表面面积。此外,凸耳80a,80b,80c(每一个被描述为沿着本体35的轴向长度40延伸的外表面)的厚度和形状可以增加在蝶型螺母22、150、160、170、175、180、185和190疲劳之前的循环次数,或者可能延长疲劳寿命。
在一个示例性实施例中,锤击由壬10可用于各种尺寸以及用于高至20,000psi或甚至30,000psi的工作压力。在一个示例性实施例中,锤击由壬10提供压力密封的正向密封并且可用于标准服务和酸性气体模型。在示例性实施例中,锤击由壬10用于连接各种钻井服务应用中的两个流动管线部件,例如连接水力压裂系统内的两个流动管线部件。然而,锤击由壬10可以与固井车,各种不同的歧管(固定的等),各种不同的拖车(例如导弹,歧管)以及高压设备(例如水力压裂系统中的设备)一起使用系统。

Claims (22)
1.一种锤击由壬,所述锤击由壬包括:
螺纹阴型接头;
阳型接头;
螺纹蝶型螺母,所述螺纹蝶型螺母围绕所述螺纹阴型接头和所述阳型接头中的每一个同心地布置以将所述螺纹阴型接头连接到所述阳型接头;
其中所述螺纹蝶型螺母包括:
具有限定在第一和第二端表面之间的轴向长度的本体,所述本体具有在第一和第二端表面之间延伸的外表面;
从所述第一端表面到所述第二端表面沿轴向延伸穿过所述本体的通道,其中所述通道限定所述本体的内表面;
第一内肩部,所述第一内肩部由所述本体的内表面形成并限定所述通道的一部分;
内螺纹连接部,其由所述内表面形成,从所述第一端表面并朝向所述第一内肩部延伸;和
从所述本体的外表面径向延伸的沿周向隔开的多个凸耳;并且
其中所述本体具有在所述本体的所述内表面与所述本体的所述外表面之间限定的变化壁厚,且在所述第一内肩部处的变化壁厚大于在所述第一端表面处的变化壁厚;
其中所述内螺纹连接部具有全根部半径;且
其中所述多个凸耳中的第一凸耳沿着所述本体的轴向长度延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锤击由壬,
其中在所述第一内肩部处的变化壁厚大于在所述第一端表面处的变化壁厚使得本体的刚度增加;
其中具有全根部半径的所述内螺纹连接部减少了施加在所述内螺纹连接部上的应力的量;且
其中所述多个凸耳中的所述第一凸耳沿着所述本体的轴向长度延伸,增加了所述螺纹蝶型螺母的耐用性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锤击由壬,其中所述第一内肩部处的变化壁厚为大约0.75英寸,并且所述第一端部表面处的变化壁厚为大约0.6英寸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锤击由壬,
其中所述本体的外表面限定外周和外径;
其中所述多个凸耳中的第一凸耳限定沿着与所述本体的所述外周相切的线测量的宽度;且
其中所述本体的外径与所述第一凸耳的宽度的比率在大约2.5至大约5.5之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的锤击由壬,
其中所述本体的外径约为七英寸;且
其中所述第一凸耳的宽度大约为两英寸,使得所述本体的外径与所述第一凸耳的宽度之比为约3.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的锤击由壬,
其中所述螺纹蝶型螺母还包括由所述本体的内表面形成的第二内肩部;且
其中所述第二内肩部限定所述通道的另一部分,且轴向地定位在所述内螺纹连接部与所述第一内肩部之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的锤击由壬,其中所述蝶型螺母的内螺纹连接部被配置成与所述螺纹阴型接头的相应外螺纹连接部相接合,以将所述螺纹阴型接头连接到所述阳型接头。
8.一种用于锤击由壬的蝶型螺母,该蝶型螺母包括:
本体,所述本体具有在第一和第二端表面之间限定的轴向长度,该本体具有在所述第一和第二端表面之间延伸的外表面;
通道,其从所述第一端表面到所述第二端表面沿轴向延伸穿过所述本体,其中所述通道限定所述本体的内表面;
第一内肩部,其由所述本体的内表面形成并限定所述通道的一部分;
内部螺纹连接部,其由所述本体的内表面形成并限定所述通道的另一部分,其中所述内螺纹连接部从所述第一端表面并朝向所述第一内肩部延伸;和
从本体的外表面径向延伸的沿周向隔开的多个凸耳;
其中:
所述本体具有在所述本体的内表面与所述本体的外表面之间限定的变化壁厚,其中在所述第一内肩部处的变化壁厚大于在所述第一端表面处的变化壁厚;
所述内螺纹连接部具有全根部半径;或
所述多个凸耳中的第一凸耳沿着所述本体的轴向长度延伸。
9.根据权利要求8所述的蝶型螺母,其中所述内螺纹连接部具有全根部半径。
10.根据权利要求9所述的蝶型螺母,其中具有全根部半径的所述内螺纹连接部减少了施加在所述内螺纹连接部上的应力的量。
11.根据权利要求8所述的蝶型螺母,其中所述多个凸耳中的第一凸耳沿着所述本体的轴向长度延伸。
12.根据权利要求11所述的蝶型螺母,其中沿着所述本体的轴向长度延伸的所述第一凸耳增加了所述蝶型螺母的耐用性。
13.根据权利要求8所述的蝶型螺母,其中所述本体具有在所述本体的内表面与所述本体的外表面之间限定的变化壁厚,其中在所述第一内肩部处的变化壁厚大于在所述第一端表面处的变化壁厚。
14.根据权利要求13所述的蝶型螺母,其中在所述第一内肩部处的变化壁厚大于在所述第一端表面处的变化壁厚,使得所述本体的刚度增加。
15.根据权利要求8所述的蝶型螺母,
其中所述本体的外表面限定外周和外径;
其中所述多个凸耳中的第一凸耳沿着所述本体的轴向长度延伸;
其中所述多个凸耳中的第一凸耳限定沿着与所述本体的外周相切的线测量的宽度;且
其中所述本体的外径与所述第一凸耳的宽度之比在约2.5至约5.5之间。
16.根据权利要求15所述的蝶型螺母,
其中所述本体的外径为约七英寸;且
其中所述第一凸耳的宽度为约两英寸,使得所述本体的外径与所述第一凸耳的宽度之比为约3.5。
17.根据权利要求8所述的蝶型螺母,
其中所述蝶型螺母的内螺纹连接部适于接合阴型接头的相应外螺纹连接部,以将所述阴型接头连接到阳型接头并且至少部分地形成所述锤击由壬。
18.根据权利要求8所述的蝶型螺母,其中在所述第一内肩部处的变化壁厚为约0.75英寸,并且在所述第一端部表面处的变化壁厚为约0.6英寸。
19.根据权利要求11所述的蝶型螺母,其中所述内螺纹连接部具有全根部半径。
20.根据权利要求19所述的蝶型螺母,其中所述本体具有在所述本体的内表面与所述本体的外表面之间限定的变化壁厚,其中在所述第一内肩部处的变化壁厚大于在所述第一端表面处的变化壁厚。
