Claims (5)
- 몸체(10)에 형성된 유입구(11)와 유출구(12) 사이에서 디스크(30)를 개폐되게 설치하고, 상기 디스크(30)의 하부에는 유체의 저항을 줄이는 원추형의 시트 고정판(35)을 고정설치하고, 상기 몸체의 상부에는 볼트(85)체결된 상하부캡하우징(110, 120)으로 이루어진 조절실(50)을 안치하되 상기 하부캡하우징(120)과 몸체(10)를 볼트체결하고, 상기 디스크(30)에 고정된 스템(33)은 조절실(50)을 관통설치되되 상기 조절실(50)의 내부에서 다이어프램(70)이 결합된 다이어프램 플레이트(60)를 고정설치하고, 상기 다이어프램으로 구획된 상부조절실(51)과 하부 조절실(52)에는 고정나사의 결합에 의해 개폐되는 에어홀(56)(57)을 형성하고, 상기 유입구(11)의 압력과 솔레노이드 밸브(2)를 통과한 유출구(12)의 압력을 압력 릴리프 파이로트 밸브(20)에서 비교한 유체가 상부조절실(51)로 유입되도록 하고, 상기 몸체(10)와 하부캡하우징(120) 및 상부캡하우징(110)을 결합시키는 볼트(85)에는 암나사부(87)가 형성된 희생양극(80)을 직접 결합하여 볼트에 발생되는 부식전류를 희생양극으로 전달되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지용 차단밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 희생양극(80)은 볼트에서 분리 안치하고, 단부에 결합단자(83)가 형성된 전선(82)을 이용해 상기 볼트와 희생양극을 연결하여 볼트에서 발생된 부식전류를 전선을 통해 희생양극에 전달되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지용 차단밸브.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 디스크(30)의 하부에 고정되는 원추형의 시트고정판(35)은 유입구(11)의 유체가 저항을 받지 않고 부딪히면서 유출구(12)로 이동되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지용 차단밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 희생양극(80)은 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 아연을 포함하여 이루어지고, 양극체에 내장되며, 양극체(81) 내의 공간에는 중량대비 석고 60 ~ 85 %, 벤토나이트 15 ~ 30%, 황산나트륨 2 ~ 10%로 혼합된 혼합물이 충전되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 부식방지용 차단밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전선(82)의 단부인 결합단자(83)에는 나사산을 형성하고, 상기 몸체와 상하부캡하우징을 결합하는 볼트의 머리에는 나사홈(86)을 형성하여 전선을 직접 나사홈에 나사결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 부식방지용 차단밸브.
