首先,独立维修中心访问汽车经销商维修应用905。汽车经销商维修应用可以采取网站、web应用或被下载并安装在移动计算机130上的应用的形式。
接下来,独立维修中心注册技工账户1010。在此过程中,可以提示独立维修中心输入针对维修中心的传记信息、地理位置信息以及保险信息。然后提示独立修理中心输入所提供的一个或多个维修类型1015。此信息被发射到服务器720,在那里其被存储在修理车间表830中。
独立维修中心然后接收1020从车主730a发射的请求。独立维修中心然后具有预定时间段来给予提供维修1025。独立维修中心还可以从修理汽车表接收附加信息。
如果独立维修中心选择不提供维修,则提示其解释其基本理由1030。此信息被发射到服务器720,在那里其被存储在一个或多个表格中。
如果独立维修中心选择提供维修,则报价被发射1035给车主730a并在步骤920中被车主730a接收到。
车主730a可以选择接受或拒绝用以提供维修的报价925。
如果车主730a选择不接收来自独立维修中心的维修,则独立维修中心接收带有由车主730a在步骤930中输入的基本理由的警报。
如果车主730a选择接收来自独立维修中心的维修,则独立维修中心接收汽车的位置1035。来自独立维修中心的技工然后行进到汽车处。
技工然后使用移动计算机130来将汽车解锁1050。此过程在功能上与关于步骤450的解锁过程描述的解锁过程是同样的。一旦汽车被解锁,则警报被发射给车主730a并在步骤940中被接收。
技工然后能够使用与关于步骤460描述的那个类似的移动计算机130来启动汽车。技工然后将汽车运输到独立维修中心1060。一旦汽车用计算机150确定汽车已到达独立维修中心,则警报被发送给车主730a并其在步骤945中被接收到。为了确定汽车已到达独立维修中心,汽车用计算机150可以依赖于存储在服务器720中的表格中的一个或多个中的信息。
独立维修中心处的技工然后向汽车提供维修1070。来自独立维修中心的技工中的一个将汽车返回至其原始位置1080。技工可以基于由汽车用计算机150或移动计算机130提供的信息来确定原始位置。
一旦汽车被返回,技工就使用移动计算机130将汽车锁住1085。一旦汽车被定位,警报就被发送到汽车730a并在步骤950中被接收。
如果车主批准支付955,则支付被独立维修中心接收1090。
图11示出从汽车经销商110中的一个的角度的用于汽车经销商110维修所有者的汽车的过程。
汽车经销商110首先恳求独立维修中心进行注册1105。该恳求让独立维修中心760a...760n完成注册步骤1010。
汽车经销商110负责维护1110存储在服务器720中的表格,诸如在图11中描绘的那些。
汽车经销商110接收车主730a已请求维修的警报1115。此警报可以包含从存储在服务器720中的表格中的一个或多个检索的关于车主730a的信息。
接下来,汽车经销商110接收到独立维系中心760a...760n中的一个已给予其维修。随后,汽车经销商110接收报价在步骤925中被车主730a接受或拒绝的指示。

此外,在本文中描述的方法可以以被并入在计算机可读介质中以供计算机或处理器执行的计算机程序、软件或固件来实现。计算机可读介质的示例包括电子信号(通过有线或无线连接发射)和非暂时计算机可读存储介质。非暂时计算机可读存储介质的示例包括但不限于只读存储器(DOM)、随机存取储器(RAM)、寄存器、高速缓冲存储器、半导体存储器设备、磁介质诸如内部硬盘和可移动磁盘、磁光介质以及光学介质诸如CD-ROM盘以及数字通用盘(DVD)。可以使用与计算机程序相关联的处理器来以物理或虚拟化形式实现移动服务器、移动计算机或车辆计算机。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于销售汽车的系统,该系统包括:
服务器,其被通信耦合到因特网;
一个或多个移动计算机,其被通信耦合到因特网,其中,所述一个或多个移动计算机包括购买者设备;以及
多个车辆,其均包括被通信耦合到因特网的汽车用计算机,其中,所述多个车辆中的每个为所有者拥有;
其中,所述汽车用计算机:
向服务器发射相应车辆的汽车位置信息,
向服务器发射指示相应车辆可用于展示的展示指示,
响应于来自服务器的第一指令,确认潜在购买者的身份,
响应于来自服务器的第二指令,将相应车辆解锁,
响应于来自服务器的第三指令,开启相应车辆;
其中,所述服务器:
存储针对所述多个车辆中的每个的汽车位置信息,
存储针对所述多个车辆中的每个的展示指示,
基于从购买者设备接收到的第一请求发射第一指令,
基于从购买者设备接收到的第二请求发射第二指令,
基于从购买者设备接收到的第三请求发射第三指令,
基于观看每个相应汽车的潜在购买者的数目而向来自所述多个车辆的每个车辆的相应所有者奖励信用;
其中,所述购买者设备:
确定购买者设备的地理位置,
显示包括针对来自所述多个车辆的一个或多个车辆的汽车位置信息的指示符的地图,其中,所述展示指示基于购买者设备的地理位置而指示汽车可用于展示,
接收来自潜在购买者的识别在地图上显示的特定车辆的选择输入,
接收来自特定车辆的所有者的展示被允许的确认,
响应于来自潜在购买者的确认输入,向服务器发射第一请求,
响应于来自潜在购买者的解锁输入,向服务器发射第二请求,
响应于来自潜在购买者的试驾输入,向服务器发射第三请求。
2.权利要求1的系统,其中,针对一个或多个车辆的汽车位置信息的指示符使针对一个或多个车辆的位置信息模糊,并且
其中,所述购买者设备在来自所有者的确认之后,显露特定车辆的位置的真实指示符。
3.权利要求1的系统,其中,所述汽车用计算机对于相应车辆是集成的。
4.权利要求1的系统,其中,所述汽车用计算机是便携的,并且通过汽车通信端口被连接到相应车辆。
5.权利要求1的系统,其中,所述服务器进一步基于被允许的试驾的数目而奖励信用。
6.权利要求1的系统,其中,所述汽车用计算机进一步:
确定特定车辆可用于展示的持续时间,以及
将持续时间发射到服务器;并且
其中,所述服务器进一步:
存储针对所述多个车辆中的每个的持续时间,以及
基于每个相应汽车的相应持续时间而向来自所述多个车辆的每个车辆的相应所有者奖励信用。
7.权利要求1的系统,其中,所述服务器进一步:
接收来自潜在购买者的关于相应汽车的反馈输入,
存储来自潜在购买者的反馈输入,以及
基于来自潜在购买者的反馈输入而向来自所述多个车辆的每个车辆的相应所有者奖励信用。
8.权利要求1的系统,其中,特定车辆的所有者具有用以提供确认的预定时间段,并且
其中,所述服务器进一步在超过该预定时间段时从来自所述多个车辆的每个车辆的相应所有者扣除信用。
9.权利要求1的系统,其中,所述服务器进一步由于所有者拒绝的每个确认请求而从来自所述多个车辆的每个车辆的相应所有者扣除信用。
10.权利要求7的系统,其中,所述服务器进一步在接收到负面反馈时从来自所述多个车辆的每个车辆的相应所有者扣除信用。
11.一种用于销售汽车的方法,该方法包括:
分布多个汽车用计算机,其中,所述多个汽车用计算机中的每个被安装在车辆中;
接收针对所述多个汽车用计算机中的每个的汽车位置信息;
指示相应车辆可用于展示;
接收车辆类型的输入;
确定移动计算机的位置;
基于移动计算机的位置而显示针对可用于展示并且是所述车辆类型的一个或多个车辆的汽车位置信息的指示符的地图;
从在地图上显示的一个或多个车辆选择一个车辆;
请求所述一个车辆的展示;
接收来自所述一个车辆的所有者的展示被允许的确认;
使用所述一个车辆的相应汽车用计算机来确认潜在购买者的身份;
使用移动计算机将所述一个车辆的门解锁;
使用移动计算机开启所述一个车辆;
执行所述一个车辆的试驾;
使用移动计算机将所述一个车辆关掉;以及
基于展示的数目向所述一个车辆的所有者奖励信用。
12.权利要求11的方法,其中,针对一个或多个车辆的汽车位置信息的指示符使针对一个或多个车辆的位置信息模糊,并且所述方法还包括:
在来自所有者的确认之后,显露所述一个车辆的位置的真实指示符。
13.权利要求11的方法,其中,所述汽车用计算机中的一个或多个对于相应车辆是集成的。
14.权利要求11的方法,其中,所述汽车用计算机中的一个或多个是便携的,并且通过汽车通信端口被连接到相应车辆。
15.权利要求11的方法,还包括:
基于被允许的试驾的数目向所述一个车辆的所有者奖励信用。
16.权利要求11的方法,还包括:
确定所述一个车辆可用于展示的持续时间,以及
基于所述持续时间向所述一个车辆的所有者奖励信用。
17.权利要求11的方法,还包括:
接收来自潜在购买者的关于所述一个车辆的反馈输入,
基于来自潜在购买者的反馈输入而向所述一个车辆的所有者奖励信用。
18.权利要求11的方法,其中,所述一个车辆的所有者具有用以提供确认的预定时间段,并且所述方法还包括:
当超过所述预定时间段时从所述一个车辆的所有者扣除信用。
19.权利要求11的方法,还包括:
由于所有者拒绝的每个确认请求而从所述一个车辆的所有者扣除信用。
20.权利要求17的方法,还包括:
当接收到负面反馈时从所述一个车辆的所有者扣除信用。
