背景技术
大多数的汽车雨刮装置或汽车雨刷可以分类为传统型雨刷(以下称为“传统刮片”)或梁型雨刷(以下称为“梁式刮片”)。传统刮片通常包括一细长的雨刮条;至少一个支架元件(也称为屈曲件(flexor));以及一框架结构,其带有一用于连接至一雨刮臂的连接装置、多个连杆机构以及多个爪部。支架元件在处于松弛状态下时通常呈直线形,且框架结构将来自雨刮臂的力分散在支架元件和雨刮条的长度上,同时使得支架元件和雨刮条弯曲并匹配车辆挡风玻璃的曲率。这在雨刮条和挡风玻璃之间形成了密封。框架结构的各种部件通常通过多个销子相互连接,这些销子插入穿过不同部件上对齐的孔,然后发生变形以建立不同部件之间恒久不变的枢转关系。
与传统刮片相比,梁式刮片缺少框架结构。相反,梁式刮片的支架元件在处于松弛状态下时是弯曲的,且连接装置直接连接至一个或多个支架元件。当梁式刮片挤压在挡风玻璃上时,该弯曲的支架元件使得雨刮条匹配挡风玻璃的曲率,并且基本将雨刮条的全长挤压在挡风玻璃上,以在雨刮条和挡风玻璃之间形成密封。梁式刮片通常还包括一个或多个扰流元件,当车辆在开动时,该扰流元件利用梁式刮片上的气流向支架元件和雨刮条施加下压力,以进一步挤压雨刷。
一些雨刷制造商已经开始制造并销售“混合动力刮片”,该“混合动力刮片”包括传统刮片和梁式刮片的某些特点。这种混合动力刮片通常包括一框架结构以及一覆盖该框架结构的扰流板形的盖片。这使得其他传统刮片具有梁式刮片的下压力的效果。正如传统刮片一样,典型混合动力刮片的框架结构包括多个通过多个变形销子彼此可枢转地相连的构件。然而,目前将这些构件以这种方式(即,在汽车的运行过程中,这些构件不会破裂)彼此连接而采用的工艺可能是费时和/或高成本的。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于清洁车辆挡风玻璃的雨刮装置。该雨刮装置包括一由柔性材料制成的细长的雨刮条,其用于密封抵压在挡风玻璃上;以及至少一个可挠曲的支架元件,其与雨刮条连接,以用于将该雨刮条偏置成预定的结构。一框架结构连接至该至少一个支架元件,并包括至少两个部件。其中一个部件具有一细长构件,另一个部件具有一开口,该开口的形状适于容纳该细长构件。细长构件或开口的壁上具有一弹性挡块,且细长构件和开口的壁中的另一个具有一凹部,该凹部的形状适于容纳该弹性挡块。细长构件设置在开口中,且弹性挡块容置在凹部内,从而使两个部件相连。这种连接非常牢固,并且使两个部件以这种方式相连,即,在车辆的运行过程中,它们不会彼此脱离。另外,还可以通过简单地推动细长构件直至弹性挡块与凹部卡接来手动或自动地实现这种连接。这种卡接会发出声响提示这两个部件之间已经建立了适当的连接。
根据本发明的另一个方面,该至少两个部件包括一主桥和一对尾端片子组件。该主桥包括一对开口,且每个开口的一个壁上具有凹部。每个尾端片子组件包括一呈连接件形式的细长构件,该连接件连接至一端盖以及一带有与支架元件连接的爪部的连杆机构。每个连接件包括一容置在主桥上的一个凹部中的弹性挡块。
根据本发明的又另一个方面,凹部与主桥的端部间隔开,从而无法从主桥的外部接近该弹性挡块。因此,尾端片子组件与主桥之间的连接是不可逆的且恒久不变的。这进一步确保了这些部件不会彼此脱离。
本发明的另一个方面是一种制造雨刮装置的方法。该方法包括将至少一个支架元件与一雨刮条连接的步骤,以将该细长的雨刮条偏置成预定的结构。该方法继续包括制备一框架结构的步骤,该框架结构包括至少两个部件,且其中一个部件具有一细长构件,另一个部件具有一开口,该开口的形状适于容纳该细长构件。细长构件或开口的壁上具有一弹性挡块,且细长构件和开口的壁中的另一个包括一形状与该弹性挡块相似的凹部。该方法继续进行将两个部件中的至少一个与该至少一个支架元件连接的步骤。然后该方法继续将一个部件的细长构件插入另一个部件的开口中,直至将弹性挡块与凹部卡接以使两个部件相连。该过程可以非常快速且低成本地完成。

每个尾端片子组件30的连杆机构34包括两组彼此间隔开的爪部54。这些爪部54通过V形桥56相连,该V形桥具有一对设置在其顶端的且相对而置的导柱53。如图5所示,导柱53插入连接件36上的一组孔40中,以建立连杆机构34与连接件36之间的枢转关系。U形连接件36的敞开的底部使得连杆机构34可以在两个方向上枢转。与端盖38上的保持元件48相似,爪部54与典型的支架元件24滑动连接(即,非固定的),从而将雨刮条22偏置抵压在挡风玻璃上,同时使得支架元件24和雨刮条22能够在纵长方向上相对于连杆机构34滑动。这一结构通过减少了支架元件24和雨刮条22在弯曲至匹配挡风玻璃的曲率时其中所产生的内部应力,从而提高了雨刷组件20的擦拭质量和耐久性。
仍然参见图5,连接件36的上壁40具有一纵长地位于两组孔40之间的弹簧式的弹性挡块58(或卡口)。该弹性挡块58仅在一侧连接至连接件36的周围部分,因此,弹性挡块58位于连接件36的类似于悬臂梁的部分的端部。连接件36由聚合材料(或其他任何弹性的、可挠曲的材料)制成,且该类似于悬臂梁的部分提供了弹力,以将弹性挡块58偏置进入预定的位置并使其从连杆机构34的上表面向上延伸。
现在参见图7,主桥28的每一端包括在纵向方向上延伸的大致呈正方形或矩形的开口。该开口的底部具有一对向内延伸的凸缘60,且该对凸缘60之间设置有一开口槽。如图8所示,该开口的顶部包括形状与连接件36上的弹性挡块58相似的凹部62,该凹部与主桥28的一端间隔开。为了将尾端片子组件30与主桥28连接,该尾端片子组件30的连接件36插入主桥28的开口中直至弹性挡块58与开口中的形状相似的凹部62卡接。图9中示出了弹性挡块58与凹部62在开口中的这种连接,且以下称为“卡口连接”。由于从主桥28外部不容易接近弹性挡块58,因此,主桥28与尾端片子组件30之间的卡口连接实际上是不可逆的且恒久不变的。这是重要的,因为在尾端片子组件30与主桥28之间的卡口连接可以快速建立的同时,这种开口连接同样也是牢固且能抵抗失效的。因此,卡口连接除了能节约成本以外,在车辆的运行过程中,尾端片子组件30与主桥28脱离的风险很小甚至没有这种风险。连接件36的一端倾斜,以将该连接件36导入主桥的开口中,从而更易于实现卡口连接。
主桥28上的凸缘60之间的开口槽的宽度小于连接件36的宽度,以使连接件36保持在该开口中,然而,该开口槽的宽度大于连杆机构34的宽度,以使该连杆机构34能够向下延伸穿过该开口槽,并能够相对于主桥28枢转。
现在参见图10,每个典型的支架元件24在插入雨刮条22的凹槽中之前先预成型为大致呈M形,即,在处于松弛的、无应力的状态下时,具有一对通过一面向上的弯曲部彼此隔开的面向下的弯曲部。这能起到使雨刮条22更均匀地挤压在弯曲的挡风玻璃上的作用。然而,应该理解的是,支架元件24在处于松弛状态下时,可以大致是直线形的,或者也可以具有任何合适的曲率或多种曲率的组合。
再参见图1,端盖38和主桥28的外表面大致呈扰流板形。这在车辆高速行驶时产生了下压力,以进一步将雨刮条22偏置抵压在挡风玻璃上,并提高了雨刮条22和挡风玻璃之间的密封性。在该典型的实施例中,该气动下压力基本上仅仅是由端盖38相对于主桥28自由枢转而施加在支架元件24和雨刮条22上的偏置力。
本发明的另一个方面是一种制造雨刮装置的方法。该方法包括将至少一个支架元件24与一雨刮条22连接的步骤,以将该雨刮条22偏置成预定的结构。该方法继续包括制备一框架结构26的步骤,该框架结构包括至少两个部件,且其中一个部件具有一细长构件,另一个部件具有一开口,该开口的形状适于容纳该细长构件。例如,在典型的实施例中,细长构件为尾端片子组件30的连接件36,而带有开口的部件为主桥28。连接件36包括一弹性挡块58,主桥28具有一凹部62,该凹部62的形状与弹性挡块58相似,并设置在开口内。然而,应该理解的是,弹性挡块58可以选择性地位于主桥28上,且凹部62可以位于连接件36上。该方法继续进行将两个部件中的至少一个与该至少一个支架元件24连接的步骤。该连接过程例如可以是在至少一个支架元件24上滑动尾端片子组件30的爪部54。然后该方法继续将连接件36插入主桥28的开口中,直至弹性挡块58与凹部62卡接,以使尾端片子组件30与主桥28相连。该方法可以非常简单且低成本地制造雨刮装置,同时还能确保主桥28与尾端片子组件30之间牢固且实际上永久的连接。
显然,根据上述教导,本发明的各种修改和变化都是可能的,而且,在所附权利要求范围内,本发明也可通过除了具体描述以外的方式实现。

Claims (4)

1.一种雨刮装置,其用于清洁车辆的挡风玻璃,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
一由柔性材料制成的细长的雨刮条,其用于密封抵压在该挡风玻璃上;
至少一个可挠曲的支架元件,其与所述细长的雨刮条连接,以将所述细长的雨刮条偏置成预定的结构;
一框架结构,其连接至所述至少一个支架元件;
所述框架结构包括一主桥以及一对尾端片子组件,其中,所述主桥带有一扰流板形的外表面,所述尾端片子组件连接至所述主桥的相对两端;
每个所述尾端片子组件包括一带有两组彼此间隔开的爪部的连杆机构、一端盖以及一连接件,所述连接件可枢转地连接至所述端盖与所述连杆机构,该连接件具有一弹簧式的弹性挡块,所述弹性挡块位于连接件的悬臂梁部分的端部并朝远离所述细长的雨刮条的方向突起;
所述主桥的所述相对两端的每端具有用于容纳所述尾端片子组件的所述连接件的开口,一凹部位于所述开口内;
所述尾端片子组件的所述连接件至少部分地容置在所述主桥的所述开口内,且所述弹性挡块设置在所述凹部内,以使所述连接件相对于所述主桥不旋转;以及
所述凹部被所述主桥的所述扰流板形的外表面覆盖,以使所述尾端片子组件与所述主桥不可拆卸。
2.如权利要求1所述的雨刮装置,其特征在于,每个凹部与所述主桥的所述两端间隔开。
3.如权利要求1所述的雨刮装置,其特征在于,所述主桥上的所述开口包括一狭槽,且其中所述连杆机构向下延伸穿过所述狭槽并朝着所述至少一个支架元件延伸。
4.一种制造雨刮装置的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
将至少一个支架元件与一雨刮条连接,以将该雨刮条偏置成预定的结构;
制备一框架结构,该框架结构包括一主桥以及一对尾端片子组件,其中,所述主桥带有一扰流板形的外表面,所述尾端片子组件连接至所述主桥的相对两端;每个所述尾端片子组件包括一带有两组彼此间隔开的爪部的连杆机构、一端盖以及一连接件,所述连接件可枢转地连接至所述端盖与所述连杆机构,该连接件具有一弹簧式的弹性挡块,所述弹性挡块位于连接件的悬臂梁部分的端部并朝远离细长的雨刮条的方向突起,所述主桥的所述相对两端的每端具有用于容纳所述尾端片子组件的所述连接件的开口,一凹部位于所述开口内;
将尾端片子组件与该至少一个支架元件连接;以及
将尾端片子组件的所述连接件至少部分地插入所述主桥的所述开口中,直至该弹性挡块与凹部卡接,以使连接件相对于所述主桥不旋转;以及
所述凹部被所述主桥的所述扰流板形的外表面覆盖,以使所述尾端片子组件与所述主桥不可拆卸。
