Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
大多数的汽车雨刮装置或汽车雨刷可以分类为传统型雨刷(以下称为“传统刮片”)或梁型雨刷(以下称为“梁式刮片”)。传统刮片通常包括一细长的雨刮条;至少一个支架元件(也称为屈曲件(flexor));以及一框架结构,其带有多个连杆机构和爪部。支架元件在处于松弛状态下时通常呈直线形,且框架结构将来自雨刮臂的力分散在支架元件和雨刮条的长度上,同时使得支架元件和雨刮条弯曲并匹配车辆挡风玻璃的曲率。这在雨刮条和挡风玻璃之间形成了密封。
与传统刮片相比,梁式刮片缺少框架结构。相反,梁式刮片的支架元件在处于松弛状态下时是弯曲的。当梁式刮片挤压在挡风玻璃上时,该弯曲的支架元件使得雨刮条匹配挡风玻璃的曲率,并且基本将雨刮条的全长挤压在挡风玻璃上,以在雨刮条和挡风玻璃之间形成密封。梁式刮片通常还包括一个或多个扰流元件,当车辆在开动时,该扰流元件利用梁式刮片上的气流向支架元件和雨刮条施加下压力,以进一步挤压雨刷。
一些雨刷制造商已经开始制造并销售“混合动力刮片”,该“混合动力刮片”包括传统刮片和梁式刮片的某些特点。这种混合动力刮片通常包括一框架结构,但是该框架结构被一扰流板形的盖片覆盖,该扰流板形的盖片使得其他传统刮片具有梁式刮片的下压力的效果。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于清洁车辆挡风玻璃的雨刮装置。该雨刮装置包括一由柔性材料制成的细长的雨刮条,其用于密封抵压在挡风玻璃上;以及至少一个支架元件,其在相对的两个端部之间延伸。该至少一个支架元件连接至该细长的雨刮条,以将该细长的雨刮条偏置成预定的结构。该雨刮装置还包括一框架结构,其具有多个与至少一个支架元件连接的爪部,并包括至少两个端盖,该端盖可滑动地支撑至少一个支架元件的端部。当该至少一个支架元件处于松弛状态下时至少其端部是弯曲的,以使该雨刮条偏置抵压在挡风玻璃上,且端盖可枢转地连接至框架结构的至少邻近的部分。
在运行过程中,当端盖相对于框架结构的至少邻近的部分自由枢转时,雨刮条的两端通过一个或多个弯曲的支架元件偏置抵压在挡风玻璃上,以密封抵压于挡风玻璃。雨刮条的其余部分可以通过框架元件的除端盖以外的元件或者支架元件的其它弯曲部偏置抵压于挡风玻璃,或者通过这两种方式的组合抵压于挡风玻璃。
根据本发明的另一个方面,框架结构进一步包括一大致在两个端盖之间的主桥,其中,端盖可相对于该主桥枢转。主桥和端盖的外表面均大致呈扰流板形,以当车辆高速行驶时,产生挤压支架元件的气动下压力,从而进一步将雨刮条偏置抵压在挡风玻璃上,以改善雨刮条和挡风玻璃之间的密封性。该气动下压力基本上仅仅是由端盖施加在支架元件和雨刮条上的偏置力,即,当车辆静止时,由端盖施加在支架元件以及雨刮条上的偏置力近似为零。

具体实施方式
参见附图,其中,相似的标记表示了所有附图中相应的部分,图1中主要示出了混合动力雨刮装置(或混合动力雨刷组件20)的典型实施例。该典型的雨刷组件20包括由柔性和弹性材料(例如橡胶)制成的雨刮条22,其用于密封抵压在车辆的挡风玻璃上,并用于去除挡风玻璃上的雨、雪、冰或其他元素。该典型的雨刮条22包括一对相对而置的凹槽,该凹槽基本延伸了雨刮条22的整个纵向长度,并且容置了一对支架元件24(也称为屈曲部),以将雨刮条22偏置成预定的结构。该支架元件24由柔性和弹簧状材料(例如弹簧钢)的薄带制成。支架元件24优选地完全可滑动地设置在凹槽内,或者仅在一处位置与雨刮条22锁合连接,从而使雨刮条22的剩余部分可以在纵长方向上相对于支架元件24滑动。这些结构中的任何一个在雨刮条22弯曲至匹配挡风玻璃(未示出)的曲率时都具有释放雨刮条22内部应力的效果,从而提高雨刷组件20的擦拭质量和耐久性。
该典型的雨刷组件20还包括一框架结构26,该框架结构结合至支架元件24,并将来自于雨刮臂(未示出)的力分布在部分雨刮条22上,以将该部分雨刮条22密封抵压在挡风玻璃上。如图2的局部分解图中最佳所示,该典型的框架结构26包括一主桥28以及一对用于连接至主桥32的相对两端的尾端片子组件30。一连接装置32设置在主桥28的大致中心的位置,并用于连接至雨刮臂的一端。应该理解的是,连接装置32可以是用于与不同类型的雨刮臂(包括例如,钩形雨刮臂、针型雨刮臂或卡口型雨刮臂等)连接的一系列不同的设计。
现在参见图3,示出了一个尾端片子组件30的分解图。该典型的尾端片子组件30包括一连杆机构34、一连接件36以及一端盖38(或端罩)。该典型的连接件36的横截面大致呈U形,并具有一上壁以及一对侧壁。该侧壁包括两组彼此间隔开的孔40,且上壁具有一位于两组孔40之间的弹簧式挡块42(或卡口)。该弹簧式挡块42用于与形状与其相似并设置在主桥28内的凹部44(图7中示出)卡接,以将尾端片子组件30与主桥28相连。
如图所示,端盖38的一端具有向下延伸的凸缘部46以及一对大致呈L形的保持元件48,该保持元件48用于局部包住并支撑支架元件24(图1中示出),而不限制支架元件24在纵长方向上相对于端盖38或框架结构26的其余部分的运动,即,该保持元件48并不夹紧、铆紧或以其他方式固定在支架元件24上。一向外延伸并带有一对相对而置的导柱52的凸舌50设置在端盖38的与向下延伸的凸缘部46相对的一端。如图4所示,凸舌50上的导柱52插入连接件36上的一组孔40中,以建立端盖38与连接件36之间的枢转关系。同样地,端盖38还可相对于主桥28枢转。连接件36的敞开的底部使得端盖38可向下枢转,且连接件36的上壁起到了限制端盖38向上枢转的停止点的作用。
每个尾端片子组件30的连杆机构34包括两组彼此间隔开的爪部54。这些爪部54通过V形桥56相连,该V形桥具有一对设置在其顶端的反向延伸的导柱53。如图5所示,导柱53插入连接件36上的一组孔40中,以建立连杆机构34与连接件36之间的枢转关系。连接件36的敞开的底部使得连杆机构34可以在两个方向上枢转。与端盖38上的保持元件48相似,爪部54与典型的支架元件24滑动连接(即,非固定的),从而将雨刮条22偏置抵压在挡风玻璃上,同时使得支架元件24和雨刮条22能够在纵长方向上相对于连杆机构34滑动。这一结构通过减少了支架元件24和雨刮条22在弯曲至匹配挡风玻璃的曲率时其中所产生的内部应力,从而提高了雨刷组件20的擦拭质量和耐久性。
再参见图1,在典型的雨刷组件20中,支架元件24和雨刮条22相对于框架结构26的运动被端盖38上的凸缘部46限制,且该凸缘部46邻近支架元件24和雨刮条22的端部。特别地,支架元件24和雨刮条22仅可以在一定范围内相对于框架结构30滑动,该范围由尾端片子组件30的凸缘部46建立。因此,雨刷组件20被配置为可防止雨刮条22或支架元件24从框架结构26上脱离。
现在参见图8,每个支架元件24在插入雨刮条22的凹槽中之前先预成型,以形成弯曲的端部58。特别地,支架元件24的至少端部58向下凹地弯曲,以将雨刮条22的两端偏置抵压在车辆挡风玻璃上。因此,在框架结构26的连杆机构34上的爪部54与支架元件24的弯曲端部58之间,雨刮条22的全长偏置抵压在挡风玻璃上,以在雨刷组件20和挡风玻璃之间形成密封。支架元件24的曲率优选地通过滚轧成形工艺形成,其中,至少一个轧辊挤压在支架元件24上,以使支架元件24的材料塑性变形,从而使支架元件24退出轧辊时具有一曲率。该力可以例如通过将至少一个轧辊连接至一凸轮而变化,其中,凸轮使得支架元件24形成具有弯曲段和笔直段,还形成具有不同曲率段。支架元件24的端部58的曲率优选这样选择,即,雨刮条22基本均匀地挤压在挡风玻璃上,以使该雨刮条22基本均匀地密封抵压在挡风玻璃上。具有较大半径的曲率使得雨刮条22与挡风玻璃之间的密封较弱,而具有较小半径的曲率则使得雨刮条22与挡风玻璃之间的密封较强。
再参见图1,端盖38和主桥28的外表面大致呈扰流板形。这在车辆高速行驶时产生了下压力,以进一步将雨刮条22偏置抵压在挡风玻璃上,并提高了雨刮条22和挡风玻璃之间的密封性以及擦拭质量。在该典型的实施例中,该气动下压力基本上仅仅是由端盖38相对于主桥28自由枢转而施加在支架元件24和雨刮条22上的偏置力,即,由端盖38的重力而使支架元件24和雨刮条22上产生的任何偏置并不明显。
显然,根据上述教导,本发明的各种修改和变化都是可能的,而且,在所附权利要求范围内,本发明也可通过除了具体描述以外的方式实现。
Claims (13)
1.一种雨刮装置,其用于清洁车辆的挡风玻璃,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
一由柔性材料制成的细长的雨刮条,其用于密封抵压在该挡风玻璃上;
至少一个支架元件,其在相对的两个端部之间延伸,并与所述细长的雨刮条连接,以将所述细长的雨刮条偏置成预定的结构;
一框架结构,其包括多个在所述两个端部之间与所述支架元件连接的爪部,以用于将部分所述雨刮条偏置抵压在该挡风玻璃上,该框架结构还包括至少两个端盖,该端盖可滑动地支撑所述至少一个支架元件的所述端部;
所述框架结构还包括一主桥以及一对连接至所述主桥的相对两端的尾端片子组件,其中,所述端盖位于所述尾端片子组件中,每个所述尾端片子组件包括一连杆机构、所述端盖以及一连接件,该连接件将所述连杆机构和所述端盖与所述主桥相连;以及
其中,所述端盖可枢转地连接至所述框架结构的至少邻近的部分,且当所述至少一个支架元件处于松弛状态下时至少其所述端部是弯曲的,以使所述雨刮条偏置抵压在该挡风玻璃上。

7.如权利要求6所述的雨刮装置,其特征在于,每个所述端盖进一步包括一向下延伸的凸缘部,该凸缘部紧邻所述雨刮条和所述至少一个支架元件的邻近端设置,以建立用于限制所述至少一个支架元件和所述雨刮条在所述纵长方向上相对于所述框架结构运动的范围。
8.如权利要求1所述的雨刮装置,其特征在于,所述每个尾端片子组件的连接件包括多组用于容置所述端盖和所述连杆机构上的导柱的孔,以建立所述端盖与所述连接件之间以及所述连杆机构与所述连接件之间的枢转关系。
9.如权利要求8所述的雨刮装置,其特征在于,每个所述连接件的横截面呈U形,并具有一对侧壁和一上壁。
10.如权利要求9所述的雨刮装置,其特征在于,所述连接件上的所述孔位于所述侧壁上。
11.如权利要求9所述的雨刮装置,其特征在于,每个所述连接件包括一位于其上壁上的用于与所述主桥卡接的弹簧式挡块。
12.如权利要求9所述的雨刮装置,其特征在于,每个所述端盖包括一凸舌,该凸舌向外延伸并具有所述导柱,以建立所述端盖与所述连接件之间的所述枢转关系。
13.如权利要求1所述的雨刮装置,其特征在于,当所述至少一个支架元件处于所述松弛状态下时,该至少一个支架元件在所述弯曲的端部之间呈直线形。
