Description

易开封容器和其制造方法及制造装置
本申请为在先申请(申请日:2006年2月5日,申请号:200610006834.9,发明名称:易开封容器和其制造方法及制造装置)的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及易开封容器、易开封容器的制造方法及易开封容器的制造装置。
背景技术
作为食品类的包装形式,广泛采用带盖的容器,这种带盖的容器备有容器主体和盖材,容器主体的开口部周缘上设有凸缘部,在将食品类收放在容器的内部后,对容器主体的凸缘部和盖材进行热密封,从而进行密封包装。
从安全地保存收放在容器内部的食品类的观点考虑,这种带盖的容器要对设置在容器主体上的凸缘部和盖材进行热密封,并要有不易剥离由这种热密封所形成的密封部的高密封性,同时还要有在对盖材进行开封的情况下,可简便地将该盖材从容器主体上剥离这一与密封性相反的所谓易开封性这种特性。
另一方面,在具备这种特性的带盖的容器(易开封容器)中,引起内容物泄漏是作为容器致命的问题,所以即使牺牲一些易开封性,也要将密封条件(密封温度、密封压力)设定得较高以不易剥离密封部,从而不使内容物泄漏到容器的外部,但其结果,产生成为不具备易开封性的容器的问题。
根据这种背景,在各方面对用于得到同时具有高密封性和易开封性的易开封容器的技术进行了探讨。例如,提供了如下的技术,即通过将容器主体的密封层和与其邻接的层剥离进行开封,并且在容器主体的凸缘部上设置切口,通过沿着该切口进行开封而将该密封层从容器主体上良好地断裂(例如文献1:特开昭63-78号公报)。而且,提供了如下的技术,即用凸型的密封盘对容器和盖材进行热密封,在密封部和非密封部的两侧形成树脂滞留部(例如文献2:特开平2-67125号公报)。另外,还提供了如下的技术,即将容器的密封层和该容器的密封层的下层之间作为开封面,仅在密封部和非密封部的内侧形成树脂滞留部(例如文献3:特开平2-233378号公报)。
但是,上述文献1所公开的技术由于在容器主体的凸缘部上进行切口加工或密封时的位置调整困难,所以操作性差,导致成本增加。
而且,上述文献2所公开的技术存在下述问题,即、当在两侧形成树脂滞留部时,也存在由于之后其他工序的热密封而破坏一侧的树脂滞留部的情况,在容器开封时,圈的外周部上形成的树脂滞留部的一部分伸展,其结果导致开封的外观变差。另外,即使在将容器的密封层和与其邻接的层之间作为密封部的开封面的情况下,也不会稳定地切断密封层,开封的外观变差。
而且,上述文献3所公开的技术在实际使用时存在下述问题,即、开封开始部的容器密封层不断裂,而且容器的密封层和其邻接层的剥离不能顺利地进行等,从而导致易开封性不充分,除此之外,若在开封时施加应力,则表面层伸展,开封的外观变差。另外,该结构的易开封性容器也存在开封开始困难的问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的主要目的在于提供能够以低成本制造、同时具有高密封性和易开封性的易开封容器、易开封容器的制造方法及易开封容器的制造装置。
本发明的易开封容器备有在开口部的周缘上配设凸缘部的容器主体、和覆盖上述开口部的盖材,该凸缘部上所显现的上述容器主体的表面层和上述盖材的密封层被环状热密封,其特征是,盖材可通过将上述容器主体的表面层和/或上述盖材的密封层凝集破坏而开封;在上述凸缘部所具有的密封部的内周缘附近形成有由上述容器主体的表面层、邻接于该表面层的层以及盖材的密封层的构成树脂构成的瘤状树脂滞留部。
由于本发明的易开封容器是将容器主体的凸缘部和盖材环状密封而成,所以可维持高密封性,并且由于盖材可通过容器主体的表面层和/或上述盖材的密封层凝集破坏而开封,所以与使容器主体的表面层和邻接于该表面层的层界面剥离的方式相比,初始开封强度也稳定,能够顺利地进行开封。
而且,由于在凸缘部所具有的密封部的内周缘附近形成有由容器主体的表面层、邻接于该表面层的层以及盖材的密封层的构成树脂构成的瘤状树脂滞留部,所以在凝集剥离进行到该树脂滞留部存在的部位时,由于该树脂滞留部的存在,剥离的应力沿将盖体从容器主体拉开的方向作用,盖材和容器主体的凸缘部的切断良好地进行,成为备有良好的开封性的易开封容器。
另外,由于通过形成该树脂滞留部,将盖材打开的应力(内压)朝向树脂滞留部的根部作用,所述内压在树脂滞留部中向与容易凝集破坏的面不同的方向方向作用,能够维持盖材在内压下不易打开(以下也称为「高密封性」)的性质。
在此,容器主体的表面层和/或盖材的密封层凝集破坏不仅是在开封时该表面层、或盖材密封层成为凝集破坏的层而被开封,而且也包含容器主体的表面层和盖材的密封层的都凝集破坏而开封的方式。
本发明的易开封容器的制造方法,所述易开封容器备有在开口部的周缘上配设凸缘部的容器主体,和覆盖上述开口部的盖材,该凸缘部上所显现的上述容器主体的表面层和上述盖材的密封层被环状热密封,盖材可通过将上述容器主体的表面层和/或上述盖材的密封层凝集破坏而开封,其特征是,将盖材重合在上述容器主体的凸缘部上表面上;从上述盖材的上部向上述凸缘部的上表面推压环状密封盘,所述环状密封盘在内周缘上进行倒角加工,而形成截面为曲面状的曲面部,且至少在一部分上具有外周缘比上述环状密封盘的前端稍迟地与盖材相接触的形状;在上述凸缘部的上述环状密封盘的内周缘相接触的位置附近,形成由上述容器主体的表面层、邻接于该表面层的层以及盖材的密封层的构成树脂构成的瘤状树脂滞留部,并且对上述凸缘部上所显现的上述容器主体的上述表面层和上述盖材的上述密封层进行热密封。
根据本发明的易开封容器的制造方法,由于可将树脂滞留部有选择地形成在与凸缘部的上述环状密封盘的内周缘相接触的位置附近,所以可维持所得到的容器的高密封性,通过选择在上述容器主体的表面层和/或上述盖材的密封层上因将盖材开封时的力的作用而凝集破坏的材料,盖材可容易地从容器主体的凸缘部开封(以下也称为「易开封性」)。
而且,通过选择在上述容器主体的表面层和/或上述盖材的密封层上因将盖材开封时的力的作用而凝集破坏的材料,能够防止盖材或容器的表面层等断裂,或开封时施加应力时表面层伸展而容器的开封外观变差的问题的产生。
另外,由于制造时环状密封盘的定位等不必特别精密,所以生产性也良好,能够以低成本提供高品质的易开封容器。
另外,关于环状密封盘,制成外周缘比上述密封盘的前端稍迟地与盖材相接触的形状,例如可列举出在环状密封盘的外周缘一侧配设截面为倾斜状的倾斜面部。
而且,本发明的易开封容器的制造方法,所述易开封容器备有在开口部的周缘上配设凸缘部的容器主体,和覆盖上述开口部的盖材,该凸缘部上所显现的上述容器主体的表面层和上述盖材的密封层被热密封,盖材可通过将上述容器主体的表面层和/或上述盖材的密封层凝集破坏而开封,将盖材重合在上述容器主体的凸缘部上表面上;从上述盖材的上部向上述凸缘部的上表面推压第1环状密封盘,所述第1环状密封盘在内周缘上进行倒角加工,而形成截面为曲面状的曲面部,且至少在一部分上具有外周缘比上述环状密封盘的前端稍迟地与盖材相接触的形状;在上述凸缘部的上述第1环状密封盘的内周缘相接触的位置附近,形成由上述容器主体的表面层、邻接于该表面层的层以及盖材的密封层的构成树脂构成的瘤状树脂滞留部,并且对上述凸缘部上所显现的上述容器主体的上述表面层和上述盖材的上述密封层进行热密封;进而,可用第2环状密封盘,以该环状密封盘不碰到上述树脂滞留部的方式推压上述树脂滞留部的外周侧,对上述容器主体的表面层和上述盖材的密封层进行热密封。
这样,通过由第1环状密封盘进行热密封后,进而用第2环状密封盘进行热密封,则在具有上述的效果的同时,由于容器主体的凸缘部上所显现的表面层和盖材的密封层完全熔接在一起,而能够防止夹杂物的混入。另外,这种情况下由第2环状密封盘进行的热密封不是为了确保密封性的,所以通常进行弱密封。弱密封通常是盖材与凸缘部的整个密封强度是3kgf以下、优选地是2.5kgf以下。
本发明的易开封容器的制造装置,所述易开封容器备有在开口部的周缘上配设凸缘部的容器主体、和覆盖上述开口部的盖材,其特征是,备有环状密封盘,对该凸缘部上所显现的容器主体的表面层和盖材的密封层进行热密封;上述环状密封盘在内周缘上进行倒角加工,形成截面为曲面状的曲面部,至少在一部分上具有外周缘比上述环状密封盘的前端稍迟地与盖材相接触的形状。
本发明的易开封容器的制造装置可将树脂滞留部有选择地设置在凸缘部上所存在的密封部的内周缘附近,所以能够制造高密封性的容器。作为密封盘的整周在内周缘上实施了倒角加工而形成截面为曲面状的曲面部的环状密封盘,可制成外周缘比上述环状密封盘的前端稍迟地与盖材相接触的形状,但仅使与容器的开封开始部相对应的环状密封盘的密封面为上述的形状也可以。在这种情况下,与上述的开封开始部以外的部分相对应的环状密封盘的密封面可以是用平坦的密封盘在内周缘和外周缘上实施相同的倒角加工,形成截面为曲面状的曲面部。在这些情况下,由于可使相同程度大小的树脂滞留部形成在上述开封开始部以外的部分上,所以具有更高的密封性,另一方面,由于容器的开封开始部是易开封的,所以从开封开始部以外的部分的开封性降低,作为容器整体也具有易开封性。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式加以说明
[第1实施方式]
(I)易开封容器1的构成:
图1A和图1B为表示本发明的易开封容器1的一形式(第1实施方式)的概略图,图1A表示被盖材3密封的状态,图1B表示从开封开始部4对盖材3进行了开封的状态。而且,图2为图1A和图1B的开封开始部4的剖视图。
容器主体2通过将盖材3相对于开口部24放置,对配设在容器主体2的开口部24周缘上的凸缘部25和盖材3进行热密封,而形成环状的密封部26(由图2中所示的环状密封盘7形成的密封部262和由环状密封盘7a形成的密封部261)。如图1A所示,易开封容器1的内部为密封状态。
另一方面,在对密封状态的易开封容器1进行开封时,如图1B(及后述的图6和图7)所示,只要在设置在易开封容器1的角部上的开封开封开始部4上将盖材3上拉(图1B的箭头方向),即可将易开封容器1简便地开封。
(I-1)容器主体2的构成:
图1A、图1B及图2所示的易开封容器1备有容器主体2,该容器主体2为由表面层22、表面下层22、基材层23这三层构成的层叠体。
而且,该容器主体2是具有规定深度的大致长方形的托盘状,具有大致长方形的开口部24,在该开口部24的周缘上,向外侧伸出地配设有凸缘部25。
在此,本实施方式中,如后述的图6所示,容器主体2的表面层21通过凝集破坏的凝集剥离而开封。
可构成表面层21的树脂例如可列举出将丙烯酸乙烯酯马来酐共聚物或苯乙烯接枝丙稀树脂的至少一种混合在聚丙烯类树脂中而得到的树脂组成物。在这种情况下,丙烯酸乙烯酯马来酐共聚物或苯乙烯接枝丙稀树脂可以是优选地相对于聚丙烯类树脂100重量份添加10~50重量份,特别优选地添加15~40重量份。
而且,构成容器主体2的表面下层22是在表面层21之下与该表面层21邻接配置的层,作为构成材料,例如采用聚丙烯类树脂,聚乙烯类树脂等烯烃类树脂或聚苯乙烯,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等聚酯类树脂等材料,以及这些材料的混合材料。
另外,构成容器主体2的基材层23是显现在容器主体2的外部上的层,作为构成材料,使用聚丙烯类树脂,聚乙烯类树脂等烯烃类树脂或聚苯乙烯类树脂,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等聚酯类树脂等材料,以及这些材料的混合材料的单层或层叠体,而且,为了赋予气障性可使用例如乙烯乙烯醇共聚物、尼龙、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚亚二氯乙烯(PVDC)等树脂材料或形成气障层的树脂等,所述气障层通过铝蒸镀等形成。
(I-2)盖材3的构成:
盖材3在本实施方式中是由显现在易开封容器1的外部上的外层32、和与容器主体2的表面层21热密封的密封层31构成的层叠体。
与容器主体2的表面层21热密封的盖材3的密封层31,在容器主体2的表面层21凝集破坏而剥离的开封状态下,作为构成该表面层21的树脂采用上述的树脂组成物的情况下,可采用无规则聚丙烯(RPP)或块状聚丙烯(BPP)、直链状低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、聚乙烯等。
而且,构成盖材3的外层32可使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜,双轴拉伸尼龙薄膜(O-Ny)等。
另外,在容器主体2上采用这种表面层21,盖材3上采用密封层31,并对两者进行热密封的情况下,两层21、31熔接,而在开封时,抗应力弱的容器主体2的表面层21凝集剥离,良好地进行开封。
(I-3)树脂滞留部6的形成:
本实施方式的易开封容器1如图2所示,在凸缘部25上所具有的密封部的内周缘附近(图2的X位置)上,容器主体2的表面下层22、表面层21以及盖材3的密封层31在容器主体2的开口部24的方向上被挤出而形成瘤状的树脂滞留部6。
如图2所示,树脂滞留部6是由容器主体2的表面层21的树脂滞留部61、表面下层22的树脂滞留部62以及盖材3的密封层31的树脂滞留部63聚积而形成的,但通过在容器主体2的表面层21被凝集剥离的开封形式的易开封容器1上形成这样的树脂滞留部6,除了作为包装容器而备有高的密封性之外,采用凝集剥离的开封形式而以良好的状态维持易开封性,并且简便地进行该树脂滞留部6的盖材3和容器主体2的凸缘部25的切断,同时通过使内压形成的应力所施加的方向与凝集破坏形成的容易开封的方向不同,而实现密封性的提高。
而且,在本发明中,对于在容器的凸缘部25上表面上所存在的环状的密封部的内周缘附近(图2的X位置)整周上具有上述的树脂滞留部6,只具有容器的开封开始部上所存在的环状的密封部26的外周缘平整、或者比内周缘附近X上所存在的树脂滞留部6小的树脂滞留部,在容器主体2的开始部4以外的部分、上述环状的密封部26的外周缘整周上也存在大小与内周缘附近X上所存在的上述树脂滞留部6大致相同的未图示的树脂滞留部,具有上述树脂滞留部的容器1,在高密封性、易开封性以及防止盖材3从开封开始部4以外开封上是优良的。
在此,在制造易开封容器1时,要将容器主体2的凸缘部25和盖材3熔接而使易开封容器1为密封状态,虽然要通过使盖材3重合在容器主体2的凸缘部25上,从该盖材3的上表面推压加热状态的密封盘而实施热密封,但如上所述,要在开封开始部4的密封部内周缘附近X上形成瘤状的树脂滞留部6,例如可采用下述的方法。
图3为表示制造本实施方式的易开封容器1时的开封开始部4的密封工序的示意图。
容器主体2的凸缘部25和盖材3的热密封如图3所示,是通过使盖材3与容器主体2的凸缘部25重合,从该盖材3的上部沿着图3中箭头的方向推压加热状态的环状密封盘7而实施的,这样一来,容器主体2的凸缘部25上所显现的表面层21和盖材3的密封部31熔接。
而且,图4为表示热密封时的环状密封盘7和凸缘部25的状态的局部剖视图,图5为环状密封盘7的局部放大剖视图。
为了制造本实施方式的易开封容器1而使用的环状密封盘7是在内周缘上实施倒角加工,而外周缘比环状密封盘7的前端(图5的前端73)较迟地抵接盖材3的形状的环状密封盘7,具体地说,经由边界A(环状密封盘7的前端73也存在),在外周缘一侧形成截面呈倾斜状的倾斜面部71,而且在内周缘一侧进行倒角加工而连续地形成曲面状的曲面部72。
其中,形成在环状密封盘7的外周缘一侧的倾斜面部71上的、如图5所示相对于凸缘部25从内周缘向外周缘形成的角度(θ)因环状密封盘7的宽度H而不同,但以2~20°为好,优选地设定为3~15°。
如果该倾斜面部71的角度小于2°,则即使在热密封时推压的情况下,上述的图2所示的树脂滞留部6也容易形成在密封部26的外周缘附近,得到的容器1在开封时密封部26外侧阻力加大,难以顺利地进行易开封容器1的开封。另一方面,如果倾斜面部71的角度超过20°,则边界A的周边将不平坦而变尖,存在密封或开封时盖材3被切断的情况,有损于易开封性。
而且,环状密封盘7上,作为施加在形成于内周缘一侧的曲面部72上的倒角加工,因环状密封盘7的宽度H而不同,但优选地倒角R为0.2mm~0.5HmmR,为0.3mm~0.4HmmR则更好。如果该R小于0.2mmR,则边界A的周边将不平坦而变尖,存在密封时或开封时盖材3等被切断的情况。另一方面,如果倒角R超过0.5HmmR,则环状密封盘7的截面变尖,盖材3等有可能在密封或开闭时被切断。
在此,相对于环状密封盘7,这些倾斜面部71和曲面部72优选地形成为边界A相对于环状密封盘7的截面宽度方向靠近内侧(靠近内周缘)。若边界A相对于环状密封盘7的截面宽度方向位于内侧,则相应地在环状密封盘7的内周缘一侧形成曲面部72,在该密封盘7的外周缘一侧形成倾斜面部71,并且在热密封时,可靠地使前端73比环状密封盘7的外周缘一侧先与盖材3相接触(环状密封盘7的外周缘比前端72稍迟地与盖材3接触)。其结果,在相对于先接触的密封盘7的内周缘一侧处于内侧的开口部24一侧有选择地形成树脂滞留部6,先接触的内周缘一侧的开口部24一侧(内侧),有选择地形成树脂滞留部6。
而且,在本发明中,若采用具有下述形状的环状密封盘,即,在与容器1的开封开始部4以外的部位相对应的、环状密封盘7的内周缘、外周缘的整周上实施上述倒角加工,而形成截面为曲面状的曲面部72,与容器1的开封开始部4相对应的环状密封盘7的部位在内周缘上实施倒角加工,而形成截面为曲面状的曲面部72,外周缘比环状密封盘7的前端72稍迟地与盖材3相接触的形状,则能够制造高密封性、易开封性以及防止盖材3从开封开始部4以外开封的性能优良的容器,在这一点上是优选的。
另外,由于环状密封盘7一体地形成如图1A和图1B所示的周状的热密封部26,所以可使其成为上述倾斜面部71和曲面部72环状地连续形成的环状密封盘(密封环),而且,也可使其为仅在易开封容器1的与开封开始部4相对应的部位上形成该倾斜面部71和曲面部72的环状密封盘(密封环)。
要采用图4和图5所示形状的环状密封盘7,对容器主体2的凸缘部25和盖材3进行热密封,则如图4所示,首先,将环状密封盘7上与倾斜面部71和曲面部72的边界A相对应的前端73与盖材3相接触,然后,将形成在该边界A的内周缘一侧的曲面部72朝向盖材3的内侧进行推压,而且将形成在边界A的外周缘一侧的倾斜面部71朝向盖材3的外侧进行推压。这样一来,容器主体2的表面层21和与该表面层21邻接的表面下层22的树脂成分从上述边界A的下部向容器主体2的内侧挤出,在凸缘部25与环状密封盘7的内周缘相接触的位置附近、即容器主体2的密封部26的内周缘附近X上形成隆起的瘤状树脂滞留部61、62,而且,随着盖材3的密封层31也形成树脂滞留部63,在其形成了树脂滞留部6的状态下,将容器主体2的凸缘部25上显现的表面层21和盖材3的密封层31热密封,两者熔接在一起。
在此,作为密封条件和密封温度,虽然可根据热密封的材料的种类等而适当决定,但通常可以是160℃~240℃。同样,密封压力可以是10~50kg/cm2(100~500kPa)。
另外,仅通过环状密封盘7的热密封,则夹杂物可能容易从外周缘一侧进入。为了防止这一情况,在这种情况下,通过环状密封盘7形成上述的瘤状树脂滞留部6,并且在将盖材3的密封层31热密封在凸缘部25的表面层21上后,采用其他的环状密封盘(图2中的环状密封盘7a),以该环状密封盘不抵接在树脂滞留部6上(或者不强力地破坏树脂滞留部6)、而抵接在环状密封盘7的外周侧上的方式进行推压,对容器主体2的表面层21和盖材3的密封层31进行热密封即可。上述其他的环状密封盘7a的密封面可以是平滑的,但为了无损易开封性,为滚花刀等可局部接合的面也可以。
(I-4)易开封容器1的开封:
图6为表示本实施方式的易开封容器1的初始开封状态的剖视图,图7为表示该易开封容器1完全开封后的状态的剖视图。
另外,此处所说的「初始开封状态」是指凝集剥离后的剥离面未到达树脂滞留部6的状态。
如上所述,为了将通过对容器主体2的凸缘部25和盖材3进行热密封而得到的本实施方式的易开封容器1从开封开始部4开封,如图6所示,在沿着图6中的箭头方向对盖材3施加力F的情况下,进行容器主体2的表面层21的凝集剥离。
而且,在该凝集剥离到达了树脂滞留部6后,表面层21的凝集剥离沿着与在该表面层21邻接的表面下层22上形成的树脂滞留部62的形状进行。
而且,在表面层21的凝集剥离到达密封部的内周缘附近(也成为切断位置)X时,通过使容器主体2的表面层21的树脂滞留部61随着盖材3的密封层31上形成的树脂滞留部63的形状被切断,从而容易进行易开封容器1的容器主体2与盖体3的开封。
(I-5)本实施方式的效果:
根据上述的第1实施方式,能够具有以下的效果。
(1)易开封容器1由于是在开口部24的周缘上配设凸缘部25,且该容器主体2的凸缘部25和盖材3被环状热密封,所以维持高的密封性,并且由于容器主体2的表面层21凝集破坏,盖材3可以开封,所以与使容器主体2的表面层21和邻接于该表面层21的表面下层22界面剥离的方式相比较,初始开封强度也稳定,而顺利地进行开封。而且,开封时,能够防止处于树脂滞留部6上的表面层21伸展,容器1的开封外观变差的问题的产生。
(2)而且,由于在凸缘部25的密封部内周缘附近X上形成有由容器主体2的表面层21、邻接于该表面层21的表面下层22以及盖材3的密封层31的构成树脂构成的瘤状树脂滞留部6,所以能够确保高密封性。
(3)作为易开封容器1的制造方法,是相对于凸缘部25的上表面,推压在内周缘上形成曲面状的曲面部72、在外周缘一侧形成倾斜面部71的环状密封盘,在凸缘部25的密封部内周缘附近X上形成由容器主体2的表面层21、邻接于该表面层21的表面下层22以及盖材3的密封层31的构成树脂构成的瘤状树脂滞留部6,并且对容器主体2的表面层21和盖材3的密封层31进行热密封,从而能够高效率地提供备有上述(1)、(2)的效果的易开封容器1。
(4)而且,由于作为用于在热密封的同时形成瘤状树脂滞留部6的环状密封盘7,采用相对于凸缘部25的上表面,在内周缘上形成曲面状的曲面部72,在外周缘一侧形成倾斜面部71的密封盘,所以特别能够使树脂滞留部6选择性地形成在密封部26的内周缘附近X上,而不是相反地形成在外周侧附近。而且,在热密封时,用于防止了因上述树脂滞留部6在根部附近的容器外周侧将盖材3的密封层31和/或容器主体2的表面层21切断,所以能够避免盖材3在中途断开而损害易开封性的问题。
(5)另外,由于在制造时环状密封盘7的定位等不用很准确,所以能够以低成本提供生产率高、品质好的易开封容器1。
[第2实施方式]
上述第1实施方式的易开封容器1表示在容器主体2和盖材3开封时,容器主体2的表面层21凝集剥离而被开封的情况。
与其相比,第2实施方式的易开封容器1a如图8和图9所示,是在容器主体2和盖材3开封时,盖材3的密封层31凝集剥离这一点上与第1实施方式不同。
另外,在本实施方式中,对于与上述第1实施方式相同的结构以及相同的部件赋予相同的附图标记,而省略或简化其说明。
图8为表示本实施方式的易开封容器1a初始开封的状态的剖视图,图9为表示该易开封容器1a完全开封后的状态的剖视图。
如图8和图9所示,要使构成易开封容器1a的盖材3的密封层31凝集破坏而使盖材3剥离,则可以采用苯乙烯接枝丙烯树脂粘接性聚烯烃树脂等作为构成密封层31的材料。
而且,作为容器主体2的表面层21,可使用聚丙烯类树脂,聚乙烯类树脂等聚烯烃类树脂或其混合物类。
在将这种密封层31用于盖材3,将表面层21用于容器主体2,并对两者进行热密封的情况下,两层21、31熔接,另一方面,在开封时,抗应力弱的盖材3的密封层31凝集破坏,良好地进行开封。
在从开封开始部4对本实施方式的易开封容器1a进行开封时,如图8所示,沿着图8中箭头方向相对于盖材3施加力F后,进行盖材3的密封层31的凝集剥离。而且,在开封到达树脂滞留部6时,该密封层31的凝集剥离沿着在与该密封层31热密封的容器主体2的表面层21上所形成的树脂滞留部61的形状进行。
在盖材3的密封层31的凝集剥离到达密封部的内周缘附近(也成为切断位置)X后,通过切断密封层31的树脂滞留部63,易开封容器1a的容器主体2和盖材3的开封容易进行。
根据该第2实施方式,能够具有与第1实施方式所起到的效果大致相同的效果。
[实施方式的变形]
另外,以上说明的方式是表示本发明的一种方式,本发明并不仅限于上述实施方式,在备有本发明的结构、能够实现目的以及效果的范围内的变形或改进当然也包含在本发明的内容中。而且,关于实施本发明时的具体结构以及形状等,在能够实现本发明的目的以及效果的范围内,为其他的结构或形状等也没有问题。本发明并不仅限于上述的各实施方式,在能够实现本发明的目的的范围内的变形或改进也包含在本发明中。
例如,在上述的实施方式中,在第1实施方式中示出了容器主体2的表面层21凝集剥离的方式,在第2实施方式中示出了盖材3的密封层31凝集剥离的方式,但在本发明中,也包含开封时容器主体2的表面层21和盖材3的密封层31这两层凝集破坏而进行开封的情况。另外,即使在容器主体2的表面层21和表面下层22为同一部件的情况下,由于上述同一部件可与盖材3的密封层31热密封,在对盖材3进行开封时,盖材3的密封层31凝集破坏的情况下,由于有望获得上述本发明的效果,所以也包含在本发明中。
在这种情况下,若用图6~图9描述,则表面层21和表面下层22虽看上去象不同的层,但却是相同的部件,为了便于说明,将表面下层22的凝集破坏的部分(凸缘部25的表面))表示为表面层21。
而且,凝集剥离的容器主体2的表面层21或盖材3的密封层31的构成材料除了上述的实施方式所示的例子之外,例如也可以是表面层21使用聚丙烯和乙撑甲基丙烯酸共聚物或乙撑四环十二烯共聚物的混合物类,密封层31使用饱和共聚聚酯类树脂。
另外,在实施本发明的易开封容器的制造方法,制造图1A、图1B以及图2所示结构的易开封容器时,根据情况的不同,除了在与环状密封盘7的内周缘所接触的位置相对应的部分上所形成的树脂滞留部6之外,也有在与该密封盘7的外周缘所接触的位置相对应的部分上形成树脂滞留部的情况。与形成在外周缘上的树脂滞留部相比,形成在内周缘上的树脂滞留部较大,所以维持了良好的易开封性和高密封性。
除此之外,本发明的实施中的具体的结构以及形状等可以是在能够实现本发明的目的的范围内的其他结构等。
【实施例】
以下,举出实施例以及比较例对本发明进行进一步的详细说明,但本发明并不受这些实施例等记载的内容限制。
[实施例1]
采用以下的材料以及方法,制造出整体形状如图1A以及图1B所示、并且开封开始部的截面结构如图2所示的本发明的易开封容器。
(1)容器主体2的制造:
通过共挤压成形,成形出由以下的表面层21/表面下层22/基材层23构成的、厚度为600μm的层叠体。
(容器主体2的构成)
表面层21:聚丙烯(以质量百分比计为70%)+丙烯酸乙烯酯马来酐共聚物(以质量百分比计为30%)(20μm)
表面下层22:聚丙烯(以质量百分比计为80%)+聚乙烯(以质量百分比计为20%)(100μm)
基材层23:聚丙烯(150μm)/粘接性树脂(5μm)/乙撑乙烯醇(EVOH)(30μm)/粘接性树脂(5μm)/聚丙烯(300μm)的层叠体
然后,采用该层叠体,通过助压模塞真空成形,成形出130mm×150mm×30mm的带凸缘的容器主体2。另外,该容器主体2具有相对于开口部24宽度为15mm的凸缘部25,形成为大致长方形的托盘状。
将下述构成的多层薄膜作为盖材3放置在这样所得到的容器主体2的开口部24周缘的凸缘部25上,采用下述的密封条件,而且,使用图5所示的倾斜面部71和曲面部72形成在整周上的环状密封盘(密封环)作为密封盘,将盖材3热密封在容器主体2的凸缘部25上,制造出本发明的易开封容器1。
另外,如果使用这种结构的容器主体2和盖材3,则开封时进行通过容器主体2的表面层21的凝集破坏而进行剥离的凝集剥离。
(盖材3的构成)

另外,如果使用这种结构的容器主体2和盖材3,则与实施例1相同,开封时进行通过容器主体2的表面层21的凝集破坏而进行剥离的凝集剥离。

[实施例3]
在实施例3中,除了容器主体2的结构和盖材3的结构为下述之外,采用与实施例1相同的方法,制造出本发明的易开封容器1。
另外,如果使用这种结构的容器主体2和盖材3,则开封时进行通过盖材3的密封层31的凝集破坏而进行剥离的凝集剥离。

[实施例4]
在实施例4中,除了取代使用环状地连续形成有倾斜面部71和曲面部72的密封环,而采用下述的密封环,即仅相对于与开封开始部4相对应的部分形成图5所示形状的倾斜面部71和曲面部72,其他部分没有倾斜面部、而是备有在内周缘和外周缘进行了与实施例1同样的倒角加工的曲面部72,除此之外采用与实施例1相同的方法,制造出本发明的易开封容器1。
[比较例1]
在比较例1中,除了采用截面形状为与盖材相接触的面在整周上是平滑的密封环之外,采用与实施例1相同的方法,制造出易开封容器。
另外,在使用这种形状的环状密封盘(密封环)进行了热密封的情况下,在易开封容器的凸缘部所在的密封部的内周缘附近不形成瘤状的树脂滞留部。
[比较例2]
在比较例2中,作为环状密封盘,使用下述结构的环状密封盘,即截面形状为在外周缘一侧形成与实施例1(图5)中使用的环状密封盘的内周缘一侧相同形状的曲面部,在内周缘一侧形成与实施例1中使用的环状密封盘的外周缘一侧相同形状的倾斜面部,除此之外,采用与实施例1相同的方法,制造出易开封容器。
另外,在使用这种形状的环状密封盘(密封环)进行热密封的情况下,在易开封容器的密封部内周缘附近不形成树脂滞留部,另一方面,在凸缘部的密封部外周缘附近形成树脂滞留部。
[比较例3]
在比较例3中,除了容器主体的结构为下述之外,采用与实施例1相同的方法,制造出易开封容器。
另外,对这种结构的容器主体的凸缘部和盖材进行了热密封的易开封容器的开封是通过容器主体的表面层和表面下层剥离的界面剥离而实施的。
(容器主体的构成)
表面层:聚乙烯(70μm)
表面下层:聚丙烯(以质量百分比计为80%)+聚乙烯(以质量百分比计为20%)(100μm)
基材层:聚丙烯(150μm)/粘接性树脂(5μm)/乙撑乙烯醇(EVOH)(30μm)/粘接性树脂(5μm)/聚丙烯(300μm)的层叠体
[试验例1]
以下述的基准对如上所述得到的实施例1~4以及比较例1~3的开封强度、密封强度、内压强度以及开封时的开封外观进行比较和评价,其结果示于表1。
(开封强度)
如图10A所示,将容器1的角部(开封开始部)切断成宽度为15mm的形状,作为试验样品,采用自动纪录式拉伸试验机,在135°剥离、300mm/min的条件下对该样品从凸缘部的外侧(凸缘部外周缘一侧)向内侧(容器主体的开口部一侧)(图10A中的箭头方向)进行测定,试验在n=6下进行。
而且,关于实施例4,将不是开封开始部的任意的位置(非开封部)也作成样品,同样地进行了测定。
(密封强度)
如图10B所示,将容器1的四边切断成宽度为15mm的形状而作为样品,采用自动纪录式拉伸试验机,在180°剥离、300mm/min的条件下从凸缘部的内侧向外侧(图10B中的箭头方向),进行测定,试验在n=12下进行。
(内压强度)
以1.0±0.1升/min向易开封容器中注入加压空气,测定该容器破裂时的压力(MPa)。试验在n=5下进行。
(开封外观)
以目测评价开封后的开封开始部的外观。评价内容分三阶段进行,
即,开封开始部的外观整体良好的情况为「良」,开封开始部的外观一部分差的情况为「局部差」,开封开始部的外观整体差的情况为「差」。

如表1所示,实施例1~实施例3的易开封容器的开封强度适度,易开封性优良,而且,从凸缘部的内侧向外侧(图10B中的箭头方向)的密封强度也较大,而且,内压强度也较高,具有高密封性。
因此,可确认实施例1~实施例3的易开封容器是兼备易开封性和高密封性的容器。另外,实施例1~实施例3的易开封容器的开封外观也基本上良好。
另一方面,在密封部的内周缘附近未形成瘤状树脂滞留部的比较例1的密封强度显著较小,而且,内压强度也较小,不具有高密封性。
而且,在密封部的外周缘附近形成树脂滞留部的比较例2的密封强度较小,而且,内压也较小,高密封性也不好。另外,比较例2的易开封容器的开封外观也不好。
因此,易开封容器的开封是通过将容器主体的表面层和表面下层的界面剥离的界面剥离而实施的比较例3的开封强度较大,易开封性不好,而且开封外观也差。
因此,比较例所得到的易开封容器不兼备易开封性和高密封性,与实施例所得到的、兼备高密封性和易开封性的本发明的易开封容器相比较差。

Claims (21)

1.一种易开封容器,备有在开口部的周缘上配设凸缘部的容器主体、和覆盖上述开口部的盖材,该凸缘部上所显现的上述容器主体的表面层和上述盖材的密封层被环状热密封,其特征在于,
上述盖材可通过将上述容器主体的表面层及上述盖材的密封层的至少一个凝集破坏而开封;
在上述凸缘部所具有的密封部的内周缘附近形成有由上述容器主体的表面层、邻接于该表面层的层以及上述盖材的密封层的构成树脂构成的瘤状树脂滞留部,
至少在与开封开始部相对应的部分,将上述树脂滞留部有选择地形成在上述密封部的内周缘附近,
上述密封部从上述凸缘部的内周缘附近侧朝向外周缘附近侧向上倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易开封容器,其特征在于,
至少在与开封开始部相对应的部分,将上述树脂滞留部有选择地仅形成在上述密封部的内周缘侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易开封容器,其特征在于,
上述树脂滞留部在上述开封开始部以外处形成在上述密封部的内周缘附近以及上述密封部的外周缘附近。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易开封容器,其特征在于,
上述开封开始部中的有选择地形成于上述密封部的内周缘附近的上述树脂滞留部在上述容器本体外周侧的根部附近弯曲。
5.根据权利要求1所述的易开封容器,其特征在于,
在上述凸缘部的比上述树脂滞留部靠外周侧,上述容器主体的表面层和上述盖材的密封层熔接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的易开封容器,其特征在于,
上述容器主体的表面层以及上述盖材的密封层在从上述凸缘部的外周缘侧到内周缘侧的范围中没有被切断。
7.一种易开封容器的制造方法,所述易开封容器备有在开口部的周缘上配设凸缘部的容器主体、和覆盖上述开口部的盖材,该凸缘部上所显现的上述容器主体的表面层和上述盖材的密封层被环状热密封,上述盖材可通过将上述容器主体的表面层以及上述盖材的密封层的至少一个凝集破坏而开封,其特征在于,
将上述盖材重合在上述容器主体的凸缘部上表面上;
从上述盖材的上部向上述凸缘部的上表面推压环状密封盘,所述环状密封盘在内周缘上进行倒角加工而形成截面为曲面状的曲面部,且至少在一部分上具有外周缘比上述环状密封盘的前端稍迟地与上述盖材相接触的形状;
在上述凸缘部的上述环状密封盘的内周缘相接触的位置附近,形成由上述容器主体的表面层、邻接于该表面层的层以及上述盖材的密封层的构成树脂构成的瘤状树脂滞留部,并且对上述凸缘部上所显现的上述容器主体的上述表面层和上述盖材的密封层进行热密封,
在形成上述树脂滞留部时,至少在与开封开始部相对应的部分,将上述树脂滞留部有选择地形成在上述凸缘部的上述环状密封盘的内周缘相接触的位置的附近,
在形成上述树脂滞留部时,在密封部处形成从上述凸缘部的内周缘附近侧朝向外周缘附近侧的向上倾斜。
8.根据权利要求7所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
在形成上述树脂滞留部时,至少在与开封开始部相对应的部分,将上述树脂滞留部有选择地仅形成在上述凸缘部的上述环状密封盘的内周缘相接触的位置的附近。
9.根据权利要求7所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
在形成上述树脂滞留部时,在上述开封开始部以外处将上述树脂滞留部形成在上述密封部的内周缘附近以及上述密封部的外周缘附近。
10.根据权利要求7所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
上述环状密封盘至少在一部分上具有外周缘比上述环状密封盘的前端稍迟地与上述盖材相接触的倾斜面部,所述曲面部和所述倾斜面部连续地形成。
11.根据权利要求7所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
在上述凸缘部的比上述树脂滞留部靠外周侧,将上述容器主体的表面层和上述盖材的密封层热密封。
12.根据权利要求10所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
在设上述环状密封盘的宽度为H时,上述曲面部的倒角为0.2(mmR)以上0.5×H(mmR)以下,
上述倾斜面部的相对于上述凸缘部而从上述内周缘向着上述外周缘形成的角度为2°以上20°以下。
13.根据权利要求10所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
上述曲面部与上述倾斜面部的边界相对于上述环状密封盘的截面宽度方向靠近上述内周缘。
14.根据权利要求7所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
在从上述凸缘部的外周缘侧到内周缘侧的范围中,不切断地对上述容器主体的表面层以及上述盖材的密封层进行热密封。
15.一种易开封容器的制造方法,所述易开封容器备有在开口部的周缘上配设凸缘部的容器主体、和覆盖上述开口部的盖材,该凸缘部上所显现的上述容器主体的表面层和上述盖材的密封层被环状地热密封,上述盖材可通过将上述容器主体的表面层以及上述盖材的密封层的至少一个凝集破坏而开封,其特征在于,
将上述盖材重合在上述容器主体的凸缘部上表面上;
从上述盖材的上部向上述凸缘部的上表面推压第1环状密封盘,所述第1环状密封盘在内周缘上进行倒角加工而形成截面为曲面状的曲面部,且至少在一部分上具有外周缘比上述环状密封盘的前端稍迟地与上述盖材相接触的形状;
在上述凸缘部的上述环状密封盘的内周缘相接触的位置附近,形成由上述容器主体的表面层、邻接于该表面层的层以及上述盖材的密封层的构成树脂构成的瘤状树脂滞留部,并且对上述凸缘部上所显现的上述容器主体的上述表面层和上述盖材的密封层进行热密封;
进而,用第2环状密封盘,以该第2环状密封盘不碰到上述树脂滞留部的方式推压上述树脂滞留部的外周侧,对上述容器主体的表面层和上述盖材的密封层进行热密封,
在形成上述树脂滞留部时,至少在与开封开始部相对应的部分,将上述树脂滞留部有选择地形成在上述凸缘部的上述第1环状密封盘的内周缘相接触的位置的附近,
在形成上述树脂滞留部时,在密封部处形成从上述凸缘部的内周缘附近侧朝向外周缘附近侧的向上倾斜。
16.根据权利要求15所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
在形成上述树脂滞留部时,至少在与开封开始部相对应的部分,将上述树脂滞留部有选择地仅形成在上述凸缘部的上述第1环状密封盘的内周缘相接触的位置的附近。
17.根据权利要求15所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
上述第1环状密封盘至少在一部分上具有外周缘比上述第1环状密封盘的前端稍迟地与上述盖材相接触的倾斜面部,所述曲面部和所述倾斜面部连续地形成。
18.根据权利要求15所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
利用上述第2环状密封盘推压在上述凸缘部的比上述树脂滞留部靠外周侧,将上述容器主体的表面层和上述盖材的密封层热密封。
19.根据权利要求17所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
在设上述第1环状密封盘的宽度为H时,上述曲面部的倒角为0.2(mmR)以上0.5×H(mmR)以下,
上述倾斜面部的相对于上述凸缘部而从上述内周缘向着上述外周缘形成的角度为2°以上20°以下。
20.根据权利要求17所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
上述曲面部与上述倾斜面部的边界相对于上述第1环状密封盘的截面宽度方向靠近上述内周缘。
21.根据权利要求15所述的易开封容器的制造方法,其特征在于,
在从上述凸缘部的外周缘侧到内周缘侧的范围中,不切断地对上述容器主体的表面层以及上述盖材的密封层进行热密封。
