[0006] 其中八角:性辛温,理气止痛,温中散寒,是菜肴中必不可少的调味品;花椒:温中散寒,止泻温脾,家庭菜肴必用之品;肉桂:(桂皮)温肾助阳,温经通脉;茴香:辛温,理气和胃,祛寒止痛,是烧鱼的常用调料;丁香:辛温,香气浓烈,温肾助阳,温中止吐;草果:辛温,有特殊香味,是上好的调味品,被称为五香之一,又是常用的中药,用于胸脘胀闷,食少的治疗;甘草:性平味甘,补中益气,泻火解毒,润肺祛痰,缓解药性必备之药;白豆蘧:性温,开胃理气,醒脾消食,属芳香型调味品;肉豆蘧:辛、温,气浓香,固肠,温中行气,香料中的调味佳品;山奈:辛、苦、温,温中散寒,理气止痛;木香:有云木和广木两种,行气止痛,气味浓香;良姜:辛、温、发汗解表,温中止呕,化痰温肾散寒;白芷:辛、温、祛风散寒,发汗解表,是龙虾调味必备之品;草豆蘧:辛、温、燥湿健脾,温胃止吐;香叶:香气浓郁,有较强的防腐作用;荜茇:辛、热、温中散寒,下气,止痛,治心腹冷痛,呕吐吞酸;红豆蘧:性温、味辛,燥湿散寒,醒脾消食;陈皮:味辛、性温、归脾胃、肺经,理气和中,燥湿化痰;山楂:性酸,消食化积,散瘀行滞,对高血压高血脂有明显的降低作用;胡椒:辛温、热、温中散寒,增进食欲,助消化,家庭必备调味品,地方口味可用可不用;大豆:解鱼腥味,体现出肉味。
