背景技术
板栗是普及的植物食品,经现代科学研究及突践证明。板栗,薄菏油,练奶,及其他辅料组合制备而成的酱料,给人体带来许多益处。常常食用,不但感觉口味好,而且增加供给人体营养素。养颜,保健,治疾之药物疗效。纵观古今人们都在不断寻求各种营养,保健,治疾,可口的食品酱料。然而板栗,薄菏,练奶及各辅助材料制备而成的一种板栗酱料均属目前新创发明。
酱料,是调味食物的材料。根据统计,可以被称之为正统酱料的有450种之多。所谓正统酱料,就是人们在烹调时普遍使用的正规酱料。另外还有许多属于个人研究的偏方、特定品牌酱料,或是不常用但有特色的酱料,已超过1800种。中国人常用的酱料有:拌冷面酱、自制香辣刺激的辣椒、烧烤酱、鲍汁、传统芝麻酱、叉烧包酱料、豆豉酱、肉末麻辣酱、烤肉酱汁、蒜蓉酱、韩式辣椒酱、黑椒汁、甜辣酱、寿司醋、水餃煎餃沾醬、酸辣黄金酱、潮式酸辣酱等。

本发明的目的在于提供一种营养价值丰富、保健、口味甜润的板栗酱料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种板栗酱料,由下列各原料按重量百分比制备而成:板栗40%,红豆15%,炼奶10%,植物油10%,淀粉8%,辣椒3%,白砂糖5%,薄菏油5%,食盐2%、醋精2%。
本发明具有如下积极效果:由板栗,薄菏油,练奶,等各辅料组合而成,突出了甘甜,嫩滑,香,保健养颜价值高;可预防疾病;味美、甜润适口酱料。制作方法简易。

红豆富含淀粉,因此又被人们称为“饭豆”,它具有“津津液、利小便、消胀、除肿、止吐”的功能,被李时珍称为“心之谷”。赤小豆是人们生活中不可缺少的高营养、多功能的杂粮。为又称相思豆,煮熟后会变得非常柔软,而且有着不同寻常的甜味,风味相当强。红豆原产于中国,是一种一年生灌木的种子,由于具有医疗效用,所以在远东一带颇受重视,数千年来一直将它加入米饭及汤里食用。也由于它们的甜度,所以红豆在东方甜食里是一种常见的材料。
薄荷,又叫番薄荷、苏薄荷,为唇形科多年宿根性草本植物,喜好温暖湿润环境。薄荷是世界三大香料之一,号称“亚洲之香”,广泛应用于医药、化工、食品等领域,世界年消费量在万吨以上,且以每年5%~10%的速度增长。我国主要产地有江苏、江西、河北、四川等省。 薄荷以全草入药,亦可食用,主要用来提炼薄荷油和薄荷脑,二者是薄荷发挥作用的主要成分,也是区分不同薄荷品种的依据。在医药上,它广泛应用于祛风、防腐、消炎、镇痛止痒等药品中,如清凉油、风湿油等。《本草纲目》认为:薄荷味辛、性凉,无毒。长期做菜生吃或熟食,能祛邪毒,除劳气,解困乏,使人口气香洁。还可治痰多及各种伤风。此外,煎汤洗可治膝疮,榨汁服可去风热及口齿诸病,捣成汁含服去舌苔苦涩;用叶塞鼻,止出血。
牛奶的营养成份很高,牛奶中的矿物质种类也非常丰富,除了我们所熟知的钙以外,磷、铁、锌、铜、锰的含量都很多。最难得的是,牛奶是人体钙的最佳来源,而且钙磷比例非常适当,利于钙的吸收。种类复杂,至少有100多种,主要成份有水、脂肪、磷脂、蛋白质、乳糖、无机盐等。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种板栗酱料,由下列各原料按重量百分比制备而成:板栗40克,红豆15克, 炼奶10克,植物油10克,淀粉8克,辣椒3克,白砂糖5克,薄菏油5克,食盐2克、醋精2克。
原料用优质干燥红豆,在100度油温锅中炸熟至可碎,迅速捞出过滤余油。冷却后磨碎。
将选好上等的板栗去皮,洗净,蒸熟,取出搅拌成糊酱。再将上述原料加入充分混合搅拌,全部原料充分搅拌均匀。消毒杀菌、瓶装。 以此酱料拌食或做甜点为佳。
实施例2:一种板栗酱料,由下列各原料按重量百分比制备而成:板栗80克,红豆30克, 炼奶20克,植物油20克,淀粉16克,辣椒6克,白砂糖10克,薄菏油10克,食盐4克、醋精4克。制备方法同实施例1。
