Abstract

INSTALAçãO DE FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA E PROCESSO PARA OPERAR UMAINSTALAçãO DE FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA Uma instalação de fundição contínua é equipada com, pelo menos, um robó para executar intervenções automatizadas ou controladas do processo na instalação de fundição contínua e acessar os dispositivos auxiliares atribuidos. Para assegurar um uso ideal do(s) robó(s) - uma pista (7) é atribuida à instalação de fundição contínua, - um mecanismo de deslocamento (10) é atribuído ao robó, e o mecanismo de deslocamento é guiado deslocavelmente sobre a pista, - pelo menos uma posição de parada (P~ 1~, P~ 2~) e pelo menos duas posições operacionais (E, E~ 1~, E~ 2, E~ 3~) são definidas para o robó sobre a pista, e áreas de trabalho (A~ 1~, A~ 2~, A~ 3~, A~ 4~) são atribuidas a cada posição operacional na instalação de fundição contínua, que somente podem ser alcançadas através dessa posição operacional, - a distância entre cada posição operacional do robó e a área operacional ou área de suprimento (V~ 1~, V~ 2~, V~ 3~) atribuida é fixada dentro da faixa mínima e máxima do braço de robó (15), e - o robó é equipado com um dispositivo transmissor e receptor de dados (20, 21) e esse é conectado por tecnologia de sinalização a um dispositivo controlador central ou a um computador de processo (19) da instalação de fundição contínua. Além disso, a invenção compreende um processo para operar uma instalação de fundição contínua, incluindo pelo menos um robó, que pode ser deslocado sobre uma pista entre uma posição de paradae , pelo menos, duas posições operacionais.
