Abstract
,"DISPOSITIVO DE FORMAçãO EM PRENSA, MéTODO DE FORMAçãO EM PRENSA, PRODUTO DE PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR E MEIO DE ARMAZENAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de formação em prensa inclui: recurso de entrada de característica de material inserindo pelo menos uma das características do material dentre espessura da lâmina, força de rendimento, prova de 0,2 % de estresse, força de tração, alongamento, valor n, valor r, equação da relação de esforço-estresse, dureza, temperatura, aspereza de superfície, coeficiente de atrito ou espessura da película lubrificante, do material; detector de variável de estado medindo pelo menos uma variável de estado dentre reação do furador, temperatura do molde de metal, quantidade de distorção do molde de metal, quantidade de deformação da peça de trabalho e temperatura da peça de trabalho durante a formação; recurso de computação de condição de processamento computando pelo menos uma condição de processamento dentre velocidade de formação, força de sujeição do pedaço de metal ou temperatura do molde de metal das características do material inseridas pelo recurso de entrada de característica de material e as variáveis de estado durante a formação medidas pelo detector de variável de estado; e controlador de condição de processamento controlando pelo menos uma dentre velocidade de movimento do furador ou matriz, temperatura, ou força de sujeição do pedaço de metal de acordo com a condição de processamento computada pelo recurso de computação da condição de processamento.
