Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA REVESTIR TECIDO DIGITALMENTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para digitalmente formar um revestimento em um tecido fibroso que apresenta aberturas de malha entre as fibras adjacentes. De acordo com o método, o tecido é alimentado continuamente ao longo de um percurso de tratamento que apresenta uma fileira de bocais de revestimento estáticos dispostos geralmente de modo transversal através do percurso. Os bocais de revestimento apresentam diâmetros de saída de mais de cerca de 70 mícrons e são supridos com um suprimento de substância de revestimento. Com o controle individual dos bocais, um fluxo substancialmente contínuo de gotículas da substância de revestimento é produzido e seletivamente direcionado para o tecido para formar um revestimento de pixels. Cada pixel cobre pelo menos quatro aberturas de malha e apresenta um diâmetro de mais de 100 mícrons.
