Description
Claims (24)
- 織物物品に1種以上の物質を供給するための複数のノズルと、これらノズルに沿って前記織物物品を搬送するためのコンベヤとを具備し、前記ノズルは、前記織物物品の搬送方向に対して横方向に延びている連続的な複数の列をなして配置されている改質装置を使用して、基体、特に織物物品をデジタル的に改質する方法であって、
前記織物物品を第1の列のノズルに沿ってガイドする工程と、
前記第1の列のノズルに沿って搬送された前記織物物品のペイント、プリント、コーテング、並びに仕上げの処理のうちの1つを、前記第1の列のノズルで行なう工程と、
続いて前記織物物品を第2の列のノズルに沿ってガイドする工程と、
前記第2の列のノズルに沿って搬送された前記織物物品のペイント、プリント、コーテング、並びに仕上げの処理の前記処理とは異なる処理を、前記第2の列のノズルで行なう工程とを具備する方法。 - 前記織物物品を前記第1の列のノズルでペイントすることと、次に、前記織物物品を前記第2の列のノズルでコーテングすることと、最後に、前記織物物品を第3の列のノズルで仕上げることとを有する請求項1の方法。
- 前記織物物品を前記第1の列のノズルでコーテングすることと、次に、前記織物物品を前記第2の列のノズルで仕上げることとを有する請求項1の方法。
- 前記織物物品を前記第1の列のノズルでプリントすることと、次に、前記織物物品を前記第2の列のノズルでコーテングすることと、最後に、前記織物物品を前記第3の列のノズルで仕上げることとを有する請求項1の方法。
- 連続してインクを射出し、マルチレベルで偏向可能な形式の装置に与えられている前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法であって、
ほぼ連続した流れで前記ノズルに物質を供給する工程と、
夫々の液滴を射出するように前記ノズル内の連続した流れを分断する工程と、
前記液滴を荷電若しくは放電する工程と、
電界を与える工程と、
前記液滴を偏向して、これら液滴が前記織物物品上の適切な位置に付着されるように、前記電界を変化させる工程とを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。 - 各ノズルに少なくとも毎秒100,000の液滴を発生させることを有する請求項5の方法。
- プリント、ペイント、コーテング、並びに仕上げの各処理で、連続して配置された2つ以上の列のノズルから物質を与えることを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- ランダムシーケンスで、少なくとも4列のノズル内に、シアン色の物質、マゼンタ色の物質、黄色の物質、黒色の物質を連続的に準備することを有する請求項7の方法。
- 少なくとも4列のノズル内に混合色の物質を準備することを有する請求項7の方法。
- 前記ペイントの処理工程は、前記織物物品の幅全体に渡って前記物質をほぼ均一に適用することを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記織物物品の処理は、前記織物物品のプリントと、ペイント、コーテング、並びに/若しくは仕上げとを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記プリントの処理工程は、前記織物物品に前記物質の1つ以上のパターンを与えることを有する請求項11の方法。
- 前記コーテングの処理工程は、前記織物物品の表面に、薄層の物質を与えることを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記仕上げの処理工程は、前に前記織物物品に与えられた物質の物理的特性を変化させることを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- 赤外線で前記織物物品を照射する処理工程を有する請求項14の方法。
- 第1の織物物品を複数の列のノズルに沿って連続的に搬送し、異なる列のノズルによって所定のランダムシーケンスで、異なる処理工程を果たすことと、第2の織物物品を複数の列のノズルに沿って搬送し、異なる列のノズルによって所定の他のシーケンスで異なる処理工程を果たすこととを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記コンベヤに前記織物物品を、相互移動を防止するように固定することを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記個々のノズルを中央制御部で方向付けることを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記織物の両面を改質するように、前記織物の両側に配置されたノズルに沿って前記織物を搬送することを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- 1つの処理操作で前記物質をペイントすることを有する前記すべの請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- 1つの処理操作で前記物質をコーテング並びに仕上げることを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- 1つの処理操作で前記物質をペイント、コーテング、並びに仕上げることを有する前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法。
- 前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の方法に従って織物物品を改質するための装置であって、前記織物に1種以上の物質を供給するための固定された複数のノズルと、これらノズルに沿って前記織物を搬送するためのコンベヤとを具備し、前記ノズルは、前記織物物品の搬送方向に対してに延びている連続的な複数の列をなして配置されている、装置。
- 請求項1ないし22のいずれか1の方法に従って製造された織物物品。
