Abstract

a invenção se refere a um método aprimorado para produzir aerogel de sílica em forma de folha pura e flexível que tem supressão eficaz de transporte de calor radioativo em altas temperaturas e propriedade de isolamento térmico aumentado. a supressão de transporte de calor radioativo foi alcançada por produção in-situ de nanopartículas de dióxido de titânio em concentrações muito menores durante a gelificação de precursor de sílica, com área de superfície nanoporosa maior do que 300 m2/g e atua como um agente refletor de infravermelho. quando aerogel é submetido a calor durante isolamento de objeto aquecido, o mesmo se transforma automaticamente em material refletor de infravermelho. o dito aerogel de sílica pode ser incorporado na matriz de esteira de fibra inorgânica individualmente ou em duas ou mais camadas com a folha de esponja orgânica colocada entre as mesmas e costuradas entre si para formar uma folha de sanduíche para formar a folha flexível altamente isolante.
