发明内容
本发明为解决有机保温材料防火性能差的问题,提供一种防火层的有机保温材料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种防火保温材料,其特殊之处是,在有机保温材料颗粒的表面装有难燃材料层。
当将这样的一些带有难燃材料层的有机保温材料颗粒挤压加工成型材以后,在有机保温材料颗粒之间形成格挡,大大减少了保温材料颗粒之间的直接接触面;如遇火焰,保温材料颗粒之间难燃材料层格挡就会阻止火焰的蔓延。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述的技术方案,可以实现一种结构简单、加工便利,防火效果极好的保温材料。
