Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "método e dispositivo para estimação em tempo real da pressão aplicada e do ruído em um elemento de freio, em particular uma pastilha de freio". trata-se de um método em que um elemento de freio (1) é sensorizado por meio de pelo menos um sensor piezocerâmico (15) disposto entre um elemento de suporte metálico (11) e um bloco (14) de material de atrito de um elemento de freio, dito sensor completamente embutido no bloco de material de atrito; um sinal de tensão elétrica (st) gerado por pelo menos um sensor piezocerâmico, sem a necessidade de uma fonte de alimentação elétrica, é captado por um circuito elétrico (18) que é integrado no elemento de suporte metálico, e o sinal elétrico é processado em tempo real na forma de amostras de duração de tempo iguais por unidade de tempo do sinal detectado processando-se sucessivamente em tempo real cada amostra da amostra de duração de tempo igual do sinal aplicando-se um algoritmo selecionado a partir do grupo: uma sequência de integrações de valores de tensão na amostra realizada em um intervalo de tempo na ordem de milissegundos; amostra de dados de tensão de fft; integral das amostras de dados de tensão. 1/1
