押力Pは、パッド42がロータ40に当たってから押しつけられる力である。ストローク値Sは、パッド42がロータ40に当たってからパッド42の裏金がストローク方向48に移動した距離であり、パッド42がロータ40に当接開始したときはゼロである。接触剛性Kは、パッド42がロータ40に当接開始したタイミングから導出され、パッド42がロータ40に当たったことは、押力検出部14の荷重センサによって検出される。このように、接触剛性Kは、パッド42がロータ40に押しつけられる押力情報と、パッド42がロータ40に押しつけられて変形する変形量を示すストローク情報とにより導出される。
Claims (4)
- ブレーキ装置のパッドを車輪のロータに向かって移動させて押しつけることにより、各車輪に制動力を付与する前記ブレーキ装置を制御するブレーキ制御装置であって、
制動実行時に前記パッドを前記ロータに押しつけた押力に関する押力情報を検出する押力検出部と、
制動実行時に前記パッドが前記ロータに押しつけられるストローク量に関するストローク情報を検出するストローク検出部と、
前記押力情報および前記ストローク情報にもとづいて前記ロータに接触する前記パッドの接触剛性を導出する接触剛性導出部と、
ブレーキの鳴きが発生する押力の範囲を示す鳴き領域と前記パッドの接触剛性との関係を示すマップを保持しており、前記接触剛性導出部によって導出された接触剛性から前記マップをもとに鳴き領域を導出し、導出した鳴き領域に含まれる押力を回避するように各車輪への制動力を配分する制動力配分部と、を有することを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記制動力配分部に保持されるマップにおいて、ある接触剛性に対する鳴き領域の押力範囲は、その接触剛性よりも大きな接触剛性に対する鳴き領域の押力範囲よりも、押力が小さくなる方向にシフトしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記ブレーキ装置は、モータの駆動によって前記パッドを前記ロータに向かってストロークさせるものであって、
前記押力検出部は、前記パッドの押力を検出する荷重センサ、または前記モータに供給する電流値を取得する電流値取得部の出力にもとづいて押力情報を検出し、
前記ストローク検出部は、前記パッドのストローク量を検出するストロークセンサ、または前記モータの回転角を検出する回転角検出部の出力にもとづいてストローク情報を検出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記制動力配分部は、前輪または後輪の少なくとも一方に所定の押力以下の押力を前記ロータに付与しないように各車輪への制動力を配分することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のブレーキ制御装置。
