Abstract

"AGENTE ABSORVENTE DE áGUA E PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DO MESMO E ESTRUTURA ABSORVENTE DE áGUA". A presente invenção refere-se a um novo agente absorvente de água, que exibe excelentes características no que refere-se aos efeitos de capacidade de absorção sob aplicação de uma carga (AAP), velocidade de permeação de líquido de camada de gel sob aplicação de uma carga (FRUP), condutividade de fluxo salino (SFC), propriedade de manutenção de formato e resistência à deformação provocada por uma bola (BBS) de um agregado de agente absorvente de água expandido e excelente persistência desses efeitos por um longo período de tempo. O agente absorvente de água que compreende um polímero obtido por um processo que inclui as etapas de polimerizar e depois reticular um monómero incluindo ácido acrílico e/ou um sal do mesmo, em que o agente absorvente de água é caracterizado por: (1) exibir uma capacidade de expansão livre não inferior a 23 g/g (GV), uma deformação de gel não superior a 12,5 cm sob aplicação de uma carga em um curto período de tempo (0,5 hrPT) e uma deterioração de deformação de gel não superior a 3,5 cm sob aplicação de uma carga no decorrer do tempo (<30>PT); (2) exibir uma capacidade de expansão livre não inferior a 23 g/g (GV), uma resistência à deformação provocada por uma bola não inferior a 80 gf (BBS) e uma deterioração da resistência à deformação provocada por uma bola não superior a 40% (DBBS); ou (3) exibir uma capacidade de expansão livre não inferior a 23 g/g (GV), uma capacidade de absorção não inferior a 20 g/g sob aplicação de uma carga de 4,9 kPa (AAP) e uma deformação de gel não superior a 12,5 cm sob aplicação de uma carga (16 hrPT).
