Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE POLìMERO FOTOCRÈMICO E ARTIGO FOTOCRÈMICO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de polímero fotocrómico a qual inclui o produto de reação de pelo menos um material fotocrómico polimerizável e pelo menos um outro material copolimerizável tendo uma temperatura de transição vítrea menor que 23<198>C quando da polimerização. A composição de polímero fotocrómico é adaptada para proporcionar uma Meia-Vida de Esmaecimento reduzida no Teste de Performance de Polímero Fotocrómico quando comparada ao mesmo composto fotocrómico usado no produto de reação, mas livre de grupos polimerizáveis. Também são descritos os artigos fotocrómicos que incluem a composição de polímero fotocrómico.
