Abstract

"FORMULAçãO TERAPêUTICA, FORMA DE DOSAGEM ORAL, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE PELO MENOS UMA PEQUENA CONTA, E, PEQUENA CONTA". Formulação terapêutica na forma de uma pequena conta adequada para administração oral e adaptada para proporcionar a liberação imediata e sustentada do material terapêutico. Cada pequena conta compreende um núcleo interno extrusado e feito em esfera contendo pelo menos um medicamento, por exemplo, uma vitamina com liberação lenta, uma camada externa contendo pelo menos um medicamento, por exemplo, uma vitamina com liberação rápida e um revestimento para liberação controlada entre o núcleo interno e a camada externa, revestimento esse que controla a liberação do medicamento do núcleo interno.
