Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer 1- (m-Acyloxyphenyl) -2-N-alkylamino- äthanol-(1) der allgemeinen Formel

Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der neuen 1- (m-Acyloxyphenyl) -2-N-alkylaminoäthanole- (1) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Aminoacetophenon der allgemeinen Formel

Wasser gelöst und durch Zugabe von Ammoniumhydroxyd schwach alkalisch gestellt. Die freigesetzte Base der Endverbindung wird in Essigester aufgenommen, mit Natriumsulfat getrocknet und eingedampft. Vom Rückstand kristallisiert in Essigester mit ätherischer Salzsäure das Hydrochlorid der Verbindung aus.
Ausbeute : 2, 74 g = 83, 2% d. Th. ; Fp. : 1200C (Umkristallisation aus Essigester).

- Analog werden erhalten : EMI2.2 (m-Stearyloxyphenyl)-2-N-äthylaminoäthanol- (1)-hydrochlorid, Fp. : 113 CPATENTANSPRUCH : Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer 1-(m-Acyloxyphenyl)-2-N-alkylaminoäthanole-(1) der allgemeinen Formel EMI2.3 worin Bi Alkyl mit 3 bis 19 Kohlenstoffatomen, ausgenommen tert. Butyl und B2 Methyl oder Äthyl bedeuten, sowie ihrer Salze mit pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Säuren, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass man ein Aminoacetophenon der allgemeinen Formel EMI2.4 worin Ei und R2 wie oben angegeben definiert sind, mit einem komplexen Metallhydrid geringerer Reduktionskraft reduziert und gewünschtenfalls erhaltene Basen in Säureadditionssalze überführt. **WARNUNG** Ende CLMS Feld Kannt Anfang DESC uberlappen**.
