Abstract
Un método para producir un compuesto isoxazolidindiona que posee la formula (II) en donde R es un grupo hidrocarburo aromático opcionalmente sustituido, ungrupo hidrocarburo alicíclico opcionalmente sustituido, un grupo heterocíclico opcionalmente sustituido o un grupo heterocíclico condensado opcionalmentesustituido o una sal del mismo, dicho método comprende las etapas de: (a) hacer reaccionar el compuesto (I) o una sal del mismo con un compuesto de la formula(2) en donde R es igual al definido precedentemente, en la presencia de una base inorgánica en un solvente acuoso para producir un derivado aspartato de laformula (3) en donde R es igual al definido precedentemente, (b) hacer reaccionar este compuesto con anhídrico acético utilizandodimetilaminopiridina como uncatalizador en la presencia de una base, seguida por calentamiento para descarboxilacion para producir un compuesto de la formula (4) en donde R es igual aldefinido precedentemente, (c) agregar ácido p-toluensulfonico sinaislar este compuesto para producir un derivado oxazoilacetato de la formula (5) en donde Res igual al definido precedentemente, (d) haciendo reducir este compuesto en tetrahidrofurano en la presencia de NaBH4 como agente reductor y metanol comoagente activador para producir derivado oxazoliletanol de formula (6) en donde R es igual al definido precedentemente, (e) hacer reaccionar este compuesto concloruro de mesilo en tolueno en presencia de trietilamina como un catalizador de base para producir derivado metansulfonato de la formula (7) en donde R esigual al definido precedentemente, (f) hacer reaccionar este compuesto con un compuesto de la formula (8) en donde R1 es alquilo inferior, en la presencia decarbonato de potasio y una sal deamonio cuaternario o tris(2-(2-metoxietoxi)etil)amina como un catalizador para producir un derivado dencilideno de la formula(9) donde R y R1 son iguales a los definidos precedentemente, (g) reducir este compuesto bajo atmosfera de hidrogeno para producir un derivado ácido malonicode la formula (10) donde R y R1 son iguales a los definidos precedentemente, (h) hacer reaccionar este compuesto con hidroxilamina en la presencia de una base.
