Abstract
[목적] : 단시간에 효율 좋게, 또한 이성체의 생성을 극히 적도록 억제하여 E형 프로스타글란딘류를 제조한다.
[구성] : 식
[식중, R1및 R2는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고, R3는 수소원자, 저급알킬기, 알케일기 또는 아릴기를 나타내고, R4및 R5는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서 수소원자 또는 히드록시기의 보호기를 나타내고, A, R6및 R7는 반응에 관여하지 않은 임의의 기를 나타내고, B는 비닐렌기 또는 에티닐렌기를 나타낸다]로 표시되는 E형 프로스타글란딘류의 아릴에스테르를, 0가 또는 2가의 착체 또는 착염의 존재하에 염기 및 포름산으로 된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 식

- (1) 식[식중, R1및 R2는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고, R3는 수소원자, 저급알킬기, 알케닐기 또는 아릴기를 나타내고, R4및 R5는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서 수소원자 또는 히드록시기의 보호기를 나타내고, A, R6및 R7는 반응에 관여하지 않은 임의의 기를 나타내고, B는 비닐렌기 또는 에티닐렌기를 나타낸다]로 표시되는 E형 프로스타글란딘류의 아릴에스테르를, 0가 또는 2가의 팔라듐 착체 또는 착염의 존재하에 염기 및 포름산으로 된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 식(식중, A,B,R4,R5,R6및 R7는 전술한 바와 같다)로 표시되는 E형 프로스 타글란딘류의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
