Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE COMPOSTO DE ISOXAZOLIDINADIONA"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um novo método para a produção de um composto da fórmula [11] em que R é um grupo hidrocarboneto aromático opcionalmente substituído, um grupo hidrocarboneto alicíclico opcionalmente substituído, um grupo heterocíclico opcionalmente substituído ou um grupo heterocíclico condensado opcionalmente substituído, o qual é útil como agente terapêutico para diabetes. O método da presente invenção é um método industrialmente utilizável que possibilita a produção eficiente do composto alvo [11] a partir de L-aspartato de <225>-metila via um composto intermediário importante [6] em que R é conforme definido acima, em elevado rendimento.
