SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PRODUCIR ISOXAZOLIDINDIONA DE FORMULA 11, DONDE R ES UN HIDROCARBURO, QUE COMPRENDE REACCIONAR MeO2C-CH2-CH(-NH2)(-CO2H) CON R-COCl EN PRESENCIA DE UNA BASE INORGANICA Y UN SOLVENTE ACUOSO OBTENIENDO DERIVADO DE ASPARTATO R-C(=O)-NH-CH(-CO2H)-CH2-CO2Me QUE REACCIONA CON ANHIDRIDO ACETICO UTILIZANDO COMO CATALIZADOR DIMETILAMINOPIRIDINA EN PRESENCIA DE UNA BASE, SE CALIENTA Y DESCARBOXILA FORMANDOSE R-C(=O)-NH-CH(-COMe)-CH2-CO2Me; AGREGAR ACIDO p-TOLUENSULFONICO PARA PRODUCIR UN DERIVADO DE OXAZOILACETATO DE FORMULA 5, LUEGO REDUCIR EN PRESENCIA DE TETRAHIDROFURANO, DE UN AGENTE REDUCTOR NaBH4 Y UN AGENTE ACTIVADOR COMO METANOL PARA PRODUCIR UN DERIVADO OXAZOLILETANOL DE FORMULA 6 EL QUE REACCIONA CON CLORURO DE MESILO EN TOLUENO EMPLEANDO COMO CATALIZADOR TRIETILAMINA PARA PRODUCIR UN DERIVADO METANSULFONATO, EL QUE REACCIONA CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA 8, EN CARBONATO DE POTASIO Y UNA SAL DE AMONIO CUATERNARIO O TRIS[2-(2-METOXIETOXI)ETIL]AMINA PARA PRODUCIR UN DERIVADO DE BENCILIDENO DE FORMULA 9, EL QUE SE REDUCE EN ATMOSFERA DE HIDROGENO PRODUCIENDO UN DERIVADO DE ACIDO MALONICO, EL QUE REACCIONA CON HIDROXILAMINA EN PRESENCIA DE UNA BASE.
