Abstract
본 발명은 하기 화학식(2)의 아민을 수성 매질중에서 하기 화학식(3a)의 모노알데히드 또는 하기 화학식(3b)의 디알데히드 및 히드로시안산 또는 알칼리 금속 시아나이드와 반응시킨 후 중간체의 분리없이 수성 매질 중에서 연속해서 하기 화학식(4)의 알킬화제로 4급화 시킴으로써 하기 화학식(1)의 4급 글리신 니트릴을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
식 중, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며, 각각 1 내지 30개의 탄소원자를 가진 지방족, 지환족 또는 아르지방족 기이고, R1및 R2는 또한 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께 포화 또는 불포환된 5원 또는 6원의 이환고리를 형성할 수 있는데, 이들 고리는 부가의 이종 원자를 포함할 수 있고 벤조-결합될 수 있으며 알킬 측기를 가질 수 있고, 또한 R2는 수소일 수도 있고; R3은 C1-알킬 내지 C4-알킬 또는 벤질이고; R4는 수소, 하나 이상의 비-인접 산소원자에 의해 차단될 수 있는 C1-알킬 내지 C20-알킬, 또는 식의 라디칼이고; R5는 화학 결합 또는 C1-알킬렌 내지 C6-알킬렌 결합이고; R6은 수소 또는 C1-알킬 내지 C20-알킬이고; Xθ는 반대 이온이며; X는 이탈기이다.

Claims (4)
- 하기 화학식(2)의 아민을 수성 매질중에서 하기 화학식(3a) 모노알데히드 또는 하기 화학식(3b)의 디알데히드 및 히드로시안산 또는 알칼리 금속 시아나이드와 반응시킨 후 중간체의 분리없이 수성 매질 중에서 연속해서 하기 화학식(4)의 알킬화제로 4급화 시킴으로써 하기 화학식(1)의 4급 글리신 니트릴을 제조하는 방법;식 중, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며, 각각 1내지 30개의 탄소원자를 가진 지방족, 지환족 또는 아르지방족 기이고, R1및 R2는 또한 이들이 결합된질소원자와 함께 포화 또는 불포화된 5원 또는 6원의 이환고리를 형성할 수 있는데, 이들 고리는 부가의 이종 원자를 포함할 수 있고 벤조-결합될 수 있으며, 알킬 측기를 가질 수 있고, 또한 R2는 수소일 수도 있고; R3은 C1-알킬 내지 C4-알킬 또는 벤질이고; R4는 수소, 하나이상의 비-인접 산소원자에 의해 차단될 수 있는 C1-알킬 내지 C20-알킬, 또는 식의 라디칼이고; R5는 화학 결합 또는 C1-알킬렌내지 C6-알킬렌 결합이고; R6은 수소 또는 C1-알킬 내지 C20-알킬이고; Xθ는 반대 이온이며; X 는 이탈기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R4가 수소인 화학식(1)의 4급 글리신 니트릴의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 화학식(4)의 알킬화제가 니메틸 설페이트, 디에틸 설페이트, 메틸 또는 에틸 할라이드, 디메틸 카르보네이트, 디에틸 카르보네이트, 메틸 토실레이트, 에틸 토실레이트, 메틸 메실레이트, 에틸 메실레이트 또는 벤질 할라이드인 화학식(1)의 4급 글리신 니트릴의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식(2)의 아민의 반응과 4급화 반응을 순수한 수용액 또는 혼합물을 기준으로 하여 30중량%이하의 수-혼화성 유기 용매와 물의 혼합물중에서 수행하는 화학식(1)의 4급 글리신 니트릴의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
