Claims (12)

  1. 하나의 4급 아미노기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2,16-디아미노-3,17-산소화된 안드로스탄.
  2. 하기 일반식(I)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 화합물을 및 이것의 산부 가염.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 수소, 1내지 10개의 탄소원자를 가지는 알킬 또는 아르알킬기, 또는 상기 R1및 R2가 질소원자를 함께 취하면 헤테로사이클 아미노 라이칼을 형성하며 ; R3및 R4는 수소, 1내지 10개의 탄소원자를 가지는 알킬 또는 아르알킬기, 또는 상기 R1및 R2가 질소원자를 함께취하면 헤테로사이클 아미노 라다칼을 형성하며; R5는 수소 또는 1내지 12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 아실기이며 ; R6는 수소 또는 1내지 12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 아실기이며 ; R7은 1내지 8개의 탄소원자를 가지는 히드로카르빌기이며; 및 X-은 음이온이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 R1및 R2가 질소원자와 함께 취하면 헤테로사이클 아미노라이칼을 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 화합물.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 R3및 R4가 질소원자와 함께 취하면 헤테로사이클 아미노라디칼을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 R5는 수소 또는 1내지 4개의 탄소원자를 가지는 아실기인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  6. 제2항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 R6는 수소 또는 1내지 4개의 탄소원자를 가지는 아실기인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  7. 제2항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 R7은 1내지 4개의 탄소원자를 가지는 알킬 또는 알케닐기인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 실질적으로 상용 비-4급 및 비스-4급 화합물이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  9. 1-[(2,3,5, 16, 17)-3-아세틸옥시-17-(1-옥소프로폭시)-2-(1-피레리디닐)-안드로스탄-16-일]-1-메틸 피레리디늄 브로마이드.
  10. 하나의 아미노기를 갖는 216-디아미노-3, 17-산소화된 안드로스탄을 4급화하며, 이어서 필요하다면 수득한 화합물을 물과 반응시켜, 이것의 산부 가염으로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 화합물의 제조방법.
  11. 해당 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진자에게 자명한 방법을 상응 16-4급 화합물을 제조하기 위하여 하기 일반식(II)를 가지는 화합물과 일반식 RX(여기서, R7및 X는 제2항에서 정의한 것과 같다)를 반응시키고, 필요하다면, 여기서 얻은 화합물을 물과 반응시켜 이것의 산부 가염으로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항에 기재된 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R1내지 R6은 제2항에 정의한 바와 같다.
  12. 약학적 활성 성분으로써 제1항의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
