Claims (6)

  1. 벤질알코올 1 내지 5%, 분산제 2.5 내지 35% 및 겔-형성제로서, a) 약 30몰의 에텔렌옥사이드를 함유한 세틸스테알릴 알코올 10 내지 30% 또는 b) 폴리아크릴산, 폴리메타아크릴산 및/또는 염 1 내지 5%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 아졸유도체와 통상적인 제형보조제를 함유하며 유효화합물의 방출을 증진시키는 항진균성 겔 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유효화합물로서 하기 구조식의 클로트리마졸을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 겔 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유효화합물로 하기 구조식의 비포나졸을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 항진균성겔 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유효화합물로서 하기구조식의 롬바졸을 함유함을 특징으로하는 항진균성 겔 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 항진균성 아졸유도체를 0.05내지 1%(0.1 내지 1%가 바람직하다)함유함을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 겔 조성물.
  6. 한 종류이상의 아졸유도체, 벤질알코올 1 내지 5%, 분산제 2.5내지 35% 및 겔-형성제로서, a)약 30몰의 에틸렌옥사이드를 함유한 세틸스테아릴 알코올 10내지 30% 또는 b)폴리아크릴산, 폴리메타아트릴산 및/또는 염 1내지 5%로 이루어진 혼합물을 질소대기하에 110℃에서 용해시킨 후, 수상과 혼합한 다음, 서서히 교반하면서 25℃로 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하여, 벤질알코올 1내지 5%, 분산제 2.5내지 35%, 및 겔-형성제로서, a) 약 30몰의 에틸렌옥사이드를 함유한 세틸스테아릴알코올 10내지 30% 또는 b)폴리아크릴산, 폴리메타아크릴산 및/또는 염 1 내지 5%를 함유하고, 이졸유도체와 통상적인 제형보조제를 함유하며, 유효화합물의 방출을 증진시키는 항진균성 겔 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
