Claims (10)

  1. 화합물을 1차 pH와 화합물의 pka보다 적어도 2pH단위 이상까지 올리기 위해 충분한 염기 존재하에서 물에 용해하고, 이와 함께 캡슐물질과 캡슐물질과의 상호작용 없이 캡슐물질의 공착에 효과적인 그러나 불충분한 양이 존재하는 전해질을 같이 용해하여(a), 교반하고 작은 입자로서 화합물의 공침과 캡슐물질의 공착을 일으키는 2차 pH까지 용액의 pH를 감소시키는데 효과적인 적정제로 용액을 적장하고(b). 캡슐물질을 겔화시키는(c), 단계를 포함하며, 2차 pH에서보다 1차 pH에서 높은 물에 대한 용해도를 갖은 약한 산성 유기화합물의 캡슐화 과정.
  2. 화합물을 1차 pH와 화합물의 pka보다 적어도 2pH단위 이하까지 올리기에 충분한 산 존재하에서 물에 용해하고, 이와 함께 캡슐물질과 캡슐물질과의 상호작용 없이 캡슐물질의 공착에 효과적인, 그러나 불충분한 양이 존재하는 전해질을 같이 용해하여(a), 교반하고 작은 입자로서 화합물의 공침과 캡슐 물질의 공착을 일으키는 2차 pH까지 용액의 pH를 증가시키는데 효과적인 적정제로 용액을 적정하고(b), 캡슐 물질을 겔화시키는(c), 단계를 포함하며, 2차 pH에서보다 1차 pH에서 높은 물에 대한 용해도를 갖는 약한 염기성 유기화합물의 캡슐화 과정.
  3. 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 화합물이 약학적으로 활성이 있는 화합물인 과정.
  4. 2항 있어서, 화합물이 에틸알콜을 포함하는 소듐설페이트 용액에 용해된 설파디아진이며 캡슐물질이젤라틴 용액인 과정.
  5. 3항에 있어서, 1차 pH가 산성 pH인 과정.
  6. 1항 또는 2항 있어서, 습윤제가 (a)단계에 사용되는 과정.
  7. 1항 또는 2항 있어서, 필요하다면, (b)단계에서 온도가 조절되는 과정.
  8. 1항에 있어서, 약학적으로 활성의 화합물이 바캄피실린, 글리세오훌빈, 인도메타신, 소듐설파디아진, 엘트로마이신, 티오피린, 살리실산, 아세틸살리실산, 크로로즈옥사존, 리도카인과 알라프로크레이트로부터 선택된 화합물인 과정.
  9. 1항에 있어서 캡슐물질이 젤라틴, 메틸셀루로오즈, 소듐카르복시메틸셀루로오즈, 셀루로오즈아세테이트프탈레이트와 폴리비닐피롤리돈으로부터 선택된 물질인 과정.
  10. 4항에 있어서, 화합물 캡슐물질, 습윤제, 전해질의 비율은 약 (0.1-6) : (0.1-4) : (0.1-10) : (0.4-48)이다.
