Claims (7)

  1. 무수탄산나트륨 또는 탄산 칼륨의 존재하 50 내지 120℃의 온도에서 유기용제중에서 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아미드를 일반식(Ⅴ)의 (3-시클로헥센-1-일)-메틸 메탄술포네이트와 반응시키며, 선택적으로 얻어진 생성물을 염화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 N-(4-피페리디닐)-벤즈아미드 또는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 탄소원자수 1 내지 6의 알킬 또는 알케닐이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기용제는 아세토니트릴, 메틸 이소부틸 케톤, N,N-디메틸포름아미드, 톨루엔 또는 크실렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 선택적 염화는 유기 또는 무기산과 함께 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 선택적 염화는 용제로서의 메탄올 또는 에탄올 중에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염.
    상기식에서 R은 탄소원자수 1 내지 6의 알킬 또는 알케닐이다.
  6. 제5항에 기재된 화합물을 약학적으로 허용되는 담체 또는 희석제와 혼합하는 것으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
