Abstract
Description
特許文献1には、1個の操作キーを有する操作手段(1点式スイッチ)と、複数の動作指示信号のうち、操作キーの操作変化に応じて定まる種類の動作指示信号を形成して出力する動作指示信号形成手段とを有し、操作キーの現段階の操作変化ではどの種類の動作指示信号を形成し得るかを報知する報知手段を有するものが記載されている。
しかしながら、1点式スイッチのリモコン装置からの操作指示信号に対応して動作するように構成されている開閉制御システムにおいては、3点式スイッチのリモコン装置を接続し、その操作指示信号に従って開閉制御システムを動作させようとしても、3点式スイッチのリモコン装置の操作指示信号に対応した開閉停の動作を実行させることができなかった。
これは、1点式信号の入力に応じて、開-停止-閉-開-停止-閉-・・・というように巡回的に開閉体手段の動作を制御し、開動作中に感知信号を入力した場合はそのまま開動作を維持し、閉動作中に感知信号を入力した場合は反転開動作を実行するという一般的な制御手段の動作に関するものである。
これは、制御手段に供給される電流を検出し、電流の検出状態ONと検出状態OFFに基づいて、開閉体手段が動作中か停止中かを判断し、下限位置の検出状態ONと検出状態OFFに基づいて、開閉体手段の開閉位置を判断し、3点式スイッチからの開閉停の各操作信号の入力時に、その操作信号に対応した動作を開閉体手段が実行するように1点式信号及び感知信号を制御手段に出力するようにしたものである。

ステップS41では、1点式スイッチの入力が有りか否かの判定を行い、有り(yes)の場合は次のステップS42に進み、入力無し(no)の場合はステップS50に進む。

ステップS49では、ステップS47で閉動作中と判定されたので、シャッターカーテン2の閉動作を停止し、その後開動作を開始させる、いわゆる反転開の動作を実行させて、リターンする。
ステップS51では、シャッターカーテン2が動作中か停止中(否)かの判定を行い、動作中(yes)の場合はステップS53に進み、停止中(no)の場合はリターンする。
ステップS52では、前のステップS51で動作中であると判定されたので、動作が開動作中なのか否かの判定を行い、開動作中(yes)の場合はリターンし、閉動作中(no)の場合はステップS53に進む。

無線回路21は、3点式リモコンスイッチ8及び携帯通信端末9に無線接続され、3点式リモコンスイッチ8及び携帯通信端末9の開ボタン、停止ボタン、閉ボタンの操作に対応した操作信号を受信し、所定の処理を実行する制御手段である。
また、携帯通信端末9を無線回路21に接続する方式として、汎用の携帯通信端末9に内蔵されている近距離無線通信インターフェイス(例えば、Wi-Fi、赤外線通信、ブルートゥース(登録商標)など)を採用し、この通信インターフェイスを介して携帯通信端末9を無線回路21に接続し、携帯通信端末9をリモコンスイッチとして利用できるようにする。携帯通信端末9は、アプリケーションソフトの起動によって開閉停制御用の3点式リモコンスイッチとして機能する、例えば、携帯電話、PHS(Personal Handy-phone System)、スマートフォン、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)等の携帯通信端末9をアプリケーションソフトによって3点式リモコンスイッチとして機能させる。
センサ信号発生用スイッチ24は、光電センサ6,7が光路8内で人や物体(自動車)を感知した場合に、光電センサアンプ6b,7bのスイッチング機構によって出力される感知信号と同じセンサ信号をシャッター開閉機制御装置15に出力するものである。
ステップS61では、3点式スイッチからの操作信号が停止操作信号か否かの判定を行い、停止操作信号(yes)の場合は次のステップS62に進み、そうでない(no)場合はステップS64に進む。
ステップS65では、電流センサ25の電流検出状態がON(電流検出ON)であって、且つ、シャッターカーテン2の位置が下限位置に存在しない、すなわち下限リミットスイッチ22の下限検出状態がOFF(下限リミットOFF)であるか否かの判定を行い、判定結果がyesの場合は次のステップS66に進み、noの場合はステップS67に進む。
ステップS70では、電流センサ25の電流検出状態がOFF(電流検出OFF)であって、且つ、シャッターカーテン2の位置が下限位置に存在しない、すなわち下限リミットスイッチ22の下限位置状態がOFF(下限リミットOFF)であるか否かの判定を行い、判定結果がyesの場合は次のステップS71に進み、noの場合はリターンする。
シャッター状態が中間停止中又は開限停止中のときに、1点式スイッチが操作された場合には「1点式入力」の項目に示すように、図4のステップS45の閉動作が実行される。シャッター状態が開動作中のときは、図4のステップS48の停止動作が実行される。シャッター状態が閉動作中のときは、図4のステップS49の反転開動作が実行される。シャッター状態が閉限停止中のときは、図4のステップS45の閉動作が実行される。シャッター状態が閉限停止から開動作に移行した直後のときは、図4のステップS48の停止動作が実行される。シャッター状態が閉動作から閉限停止直後のときは、図4のステップS49の反転開動作が実行される。
また、シャッターカーテンの先端部にGPSを取り付け、GPSの位置情報に基づいてシャッター下端等からの高さ位置(開閉位置)や動作状態を判断してよい。

前記開口部の所定領域に存在する物体等を感知し、感知信号を出力する感知手段と、
1点式スイッチの操作に応じた1点式信号を出力する1点式操作子手段と、
前記1点式信号及び前記感知信号の入力に応じて、前記開閉体手段の動作を電動にて制御する制御手段とを備える開閉制御システムにおいて、
3点式スイッチの操作に応じた開閉停の操作信号を出力する3点式操作子手段と、
前記開閉停の操作信号を入力した時点における前記開閉体手段の開閉位置及び動作状態に基づいて、前記操作信号に対応した動作を前記開閉体手段が実行するように前記1点式信号及び前記感知信号を前記制御手段に出力するアダプタ手段を備えたことを特徴とする開閉制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の開閉制御システムにおいて、
前記制御手段は、前記開閉体手段の停止中に前記1点式信号を入力した時に、その停止位置が開限位置又は中間位置にある場合は前記開閉体手段を閉動作し、前記停止位置が閉限位置にある場合は前記開閉体手段を開動作し、
前記開閉体手段の動作中に前記1点式信号を入力した時に、開動作中の場合は前記開閉体手段の開動作を停止し、閉動作中の場合は前記開閉体手段の開動作を停止後に開動作を開始し、
前記開閉体手段の動作中に前記感知信号の入力が有った時に、開動作中の場合はそのまま開動作を維持し、閉動作中の場合は前記開閉体手段を停止後に開動作を開始することを特徴とする開閉制御システム。 - 請求項2に記載の開閉制御システムにおいて、
前記アダプタ手段は、
前記制御手段に供給される電流を検出し、電流を検出した場合に検出状態ONを、電流を検出しない場合に検出状態OFFを出力する電流検出手段と、
前記開閉体手段が下限位置にあることを検出し、下限位置にある場合に検出状態ONを、下限位置にない場合に検出状態OFFを出力する下限位置検出手段とを備え、
前記電流検出手段の検出状態がOFFであって、前記下限位置検出手段の検出状態がOFFの時に、前記3点式スイッチから閉操作信号を入力した場合は前記1点式信号を前記制御手段に出力し、
前記電流検出手段の検出状態がONであって、前記下限位置検出手段の検出状態がOFFの時に、前記3点式スイッチから停操作信号を入力した場合は前記感知信号を出力し、その後に前記1点式信号を前記制御手段に出力し、

3点式スイッチを備えた3点式操作子手段の操作に応じた開閉停の操作信号を入力した場合に、前記開閉停の操作信号を入力した時点における前記開閉体手段の開閉位置及び動作状態に基づいて、前記操作信号に対応した動作を前記開閉体手段が実行するように前記1点式信号及び前記感知信号を前記制御手段に出力することを特徴とする開閉制御方法。 - 請求項4に記載の開閉制御方法において、
前記制御手段は、前記開閉体手段の停止中に前記1点式信号を入力した時に、その停止位置が開限位置又は中間位置にある場合は前記開閉体手段を閉動作し、前記停止位置が閉限位置にある場合は前記開閉体手段を開動作し、
