負極に用いられる負極用活物質としては、例えば、金属リチウム、リチウムを吸蔵及び放出可能な金属化合物(金属単体、酸化物、リチウムとの合金など)や炭素材料が知られており、特にコークス、人造黒鉛、天然黒鉛が実用化されている。
また、電池用非水電解液としては、エチレンカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネート、ジメチルカーボネート、エチルメチルカーボネートなどのカーボネート類の混合溶媒(非水溶媒)に、LiPF6、LiBF4、LiN(SO2CF3)2、LiN(SO2CF2CF3)2のようなLi電解質を混合した溶液が用いられている。
例えば、電池の保存特性を改善できる電池用非水電解液として、モノフルオロリン酸リチウム及びジフルオロリン酸リチウムの少なくとも一方を添加剤として含有する電池用非水電解液が知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
そしてこれまで、ジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法として種々の方法が開発されてきている。例えば、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムと二酸化ケイ素とを非水溶媒中で反応させる方法(例えば、特許文献2参照)、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムとヘキサメチルジシロキサンのようなSi-O-Si結合を有する化合物とを反応させる方法(例えば、特許文献3参照)が開示されている。
また、ジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法として、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムと、リチウムのリンオキソ酸塩及びリンのオキソ酸無水物とを反応させる方法が開示されている(例えば、特許文献4参照)。

ここで、上記特定炭化水素溶媒、即ち、炭素数6~12の炭化水素溶媒は、LiPF6と、リンの酸化物(A)及びリン酸のリチウム塩(B)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種とを混合するための媒体(以下、「原料混合媒体」ともいう)である。
以下では、ジフルオロリン酸リチウムを「LiPO2F2」、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムを「LiPF6」とも表記する。
かかる効果が奏される理由は明らかではないが、上記第1原料混合物を得る工程において、特定炭化水素溶媒を用いて、予めLiPF6と、リンの酸化物(A)及びリン酸のリチウム塩(B)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種(以下、単に「原料」ともいう)とを混合することにより、原料が均一に混合されやすく、その結果、反応工程での反応が効率よく進行するためと考えられる。
一方、特定炭化水素溶媒の代わりに、炭化水素構造を持たない溶媒(例えば、アセトン、トリエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、又はアセトニトリル)を用いると、上記反応工程において反応が阻害される場合がある。
したがって、本開示の製造方法によれば、反応が効率よく進行するため、LiPO2F2の収率が向上すると考えられる。
第1原料混合物を得る工程は、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPF6)と、リンの酸化物(A)及びリン酸のリチウム塩(B)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、炭素数6~12の炭化水素溶媒と、を混合することにより、第1原料混合物を得る工程である。
P2O5は、従来公知の方法で製造される固体(例えば粉体)を使用することができる。
リン酸のリチウム塩(B)は、従来公知の方法で製造される固体(例えば粉体)を使用することができる。
炭素数6~12の脂肪族炭化水素溶媒としては、例えば、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、オクタン、ノナン、デカン等が挙げられる。これらは直鎖状であっても分岐していてもよい。
炭素数6~12の芳香族炭化水素溶媒としては、例えば、ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン(オルト、メタ、パラ)、エチルベンゼン、ブチルベンゼン、ペンチルベンゼン、ヘキシルベンゼン、ヘプチルベンゼン、プロピルベンゼン、イソプロピルベンゼン(キュメン)、シクロヘキシルベンゼン、テトラリン、メシチレン等が挙げられる。上記芳香族炭化水素溶媒のアルキル基は、直鎖状であっても分岐していてもよい。
炭素数6~12の脂環族炭化水素溶媒としては、例えば、メチルシクロペンタン、シクロヘキサン、メチルシクロヘキサン、シクロヘプタン、シクロオクタン、シクロノナン等が挙げられる。
中でも、特定炭化水素溶媒としては、LiPO2F2の収率を向上させる観点から、テトラリン、トルエン、ヘキサン、及びシクロヘキサンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の溶媒であることが好ましい。
第2原料混合物を得る工程は、得られた第1原料混合物に含まれる特定炭化水素溶媒の少なくとも一部を除去することにより、第2原料混合物を得る工程である。
即ち、第2原料混合物を得る工程では、第1原料混合物に含まれる特定炭化水素溶媒を、ウェットケーキの形態の第2原料混合物が得られる程度まで除去することが好ましい。
本開示の製造方法において、反応工程は、第2原料混合物を反応させることにより、ジフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPO2F2)を含む粗生成物を製造する工程である。
ここで、「第2原料混合物を反応させる」とは、第2原料混合物中のヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPF6)に対し、第2原料混合物中の、リンの酸化物(A)及びリン酸のリチウム塩(B)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を反応させることを意味する。
(前記反応式において、x、y、z、及びnは化学量論係数を表し、x及びnは各々独立に1以上の整数を表し、y及びzは各々独立に0又は1以上の整数を表す。ただし、x、y、z、及びnは下記式(1)~下記式(4)を満たす。

また、上記反応では、本開示の効果を奏する範囲において、原料の純度の測定誤差及び計量誤差による原料モル比の変動を許容することができる。
ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPF6)に対し、メタリン酸リチウム(LiPO3)、リン酸トリリチウム(Li3PO4)、ピロリン酸テトラリチウム(Li4P2O7)、トリリン酸ペンタリチウム(Li5P3O10)、テトラリン酸ヘキサリチウム(Li6P4O13)、及び五酸化二リン(P2O5)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を反応させることにより、上記粗生成物を製造する工程であることも好ましい。
反応工程がこの態様である場合、前述の第1原料混合物を得る工程における「リンの酸化物(A)及びリン酸のリチウム塩(B)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種」は、LiPO3、Li3PO4、Li4P2O7、Li5P3O10、Li6P4O13、及びP2O5からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むことが好ましい。
反応工程が上記態様である場合、前述の反応式を満足していなくてもよいが、満足することがより好ましい。
ここで、P2O5はリンの酸化物(A)に該当し、LiPO3、Li3PO4、Li4P2O7、Li5P3O10、及びLi6P4O13はリン酸のリチウム塩(B)に該当する。
(態様1):LiPF6と、P2O5と、LiPO3以外のリン酸のリチウム塩(B)との反応

反応工程Aは、上記態様1、2の反応を経て粗生成物を製造する工程である。
即ち、反応工程Aは、
ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPF6)に対し、リン酸トリリチウム(Li3PO4)、ピロリン酸テトラリチウム(Li4P2O7)、トリリン酸ペンタリチウム(Li5P3O10)、及びテトラリン酸ヘキサリチウム(Li6P4O13)からなる群から選ばれる1種を含む化合物と、五酸化二リン(P2O5)とを反応させることにより、上記粗生成物を製造する工程である。
中でも反応工程Aとしては、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPF6)に対し、リン酸トリリチウム(Li3PO4)と、五酸化二リン(P2O5)とを反応させることにより、上記粗生成物を製造する工程であることが好ましい。
本開示の製造方法における反応工程が反応工程Aである場合、前述の第1原料混合物を得る工程における「リンの酸化物(A)及びリン酸のリチウム塩(B)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種」は、Li3PO4、Li4P2O7、Li5P3O10、及びLi6P4O13からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、P2O5と、を含むことが好ましく、Li3PO4とP2O5とを含むことがより好ましい。
(態様A1):3LiPF6+2P2O5+2Li3PO4→9LiPO2F2

なお、態様A1~A4の反応では、原料モル比を調整することにより、それぞれ、Li3PO4以外のリン酸のリチウム塩、Li4P2O7以外のリン酸のリチウム塩、Li5P3O10以外のリン酸のリチウム塩、Li6P4O13以外のリン酸のリチウム塩を1種以上反応させてもよい。
反応工程Bは、上記態様3の反応を経て粗生成物を製造する工程である。
即ち、反応工程Bは、
ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPF6)に対し、メタリン酸リチウム(LiPO3)を反応させることにより、上記粗生成物を製造する工程である。
反応工程が反応工程Bである場合、前述の第1原料混合物を得る工程における「リンの酸化物(A)及びリン酸のリチウム塩(B)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種」は、LiPO3を含むことが好ましい。
(態様B):LiPF6+2LiPO3→3LiPO2F2
また、反応工程では、第2原料混合物を、例えば撹拌機構を備えた反応器を用いて、混合しながら反応を行ってもよい。
また、上記反応を密閉した反応系内で行う場合、反応系内を窒素、アルゴン等の不活性雰囲気として又は減圧状態として上記反応を行ってもよい。
また、上記反応を密閉した反応系内で行う場合、上記反応は、酸素を含む密閉系で行ってもよい。酸素を含む密閉系については、後述の参考形態を参照することができる。
反応温度が100℃以上であると、反応が効率よく進行しやすい。
反応温度が350℃以下であると、LiPO2F2が分解しにくく、主生成物であるLiPO2F2以外の生成物(即ち、副生成物)の生成が抑制されやすい。
本開示の製造方法が、溶解工程及び取り出し工程を含む場合には、粗生成物(不純物を含むLiPO2F2)を効果的に精製でき、純度が高められたLiPO2F2を取り出すことができる。
以下、溶解工程及び取り出し工程について説明する。
上記溶解工程は、粗生成物を精製溶媒に溶解させることにより、溶液を得る工程である。
精製溶媒としては粗生成物を溶解できるものであれば特に限定されないが、LiPO2F2に対する良溶媒(以下、「溶媒(X)」という)と、LiPO2F2に対する貧溶媒(以下、「溶媒(Y)」という)との混合溶媒を用いることが好ましい。これにより、LiPO2F2が精製溶媒中に溶解しやすくなり、粗生成物を溶解させた溶液からLiPO2F2を取り出しやすくなる。
良溶媒(溶媒(X))としては、例えば、酢酸エチル、アセトン、ジメトキシエタン、ジエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、トリエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル等が挙げられる。溶媒(X)は、1種単独で用いてもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。
貧溶媒(溶媒(Y))としては、例えば、トルエン、キシレン、ヘキサン、アセトニトリル、ジメチルカーボネート、エチルメチルカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート等が挙げられる。溶媒(Y)は、1種単独で用いてもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。
精製溶媒の質量比(溶媒(X)/溶媒(Y))を70/30以上とすることで、精製溶媒中にLiPO2F2がより溶解しやすくなる。一方、溶媒(Y)は、LiPO2F2に対してだけでなく、粗生成物に含まれる不純物に対する溶解性も低いと考えられる。
精製溶媒の質量比(溶媒(X)と溶媒(Y))を95/5以下とすることで、精製溶媒中に不純物が溶解することが抑制されやすい。
したがって、精製溶媒の質量比を上記範囲にすることにより、粗生成物を溶解させた溶液からLiPO2F2を容易に取り出しやすくなる。即ち、純度の高いLiPO2F2を高い収率で取り出しやすい。
溶媒(X)と前記溶媒(Y)との組み合わせとしては、酢酸エチルとトルエンとの組み合わせ、酢酸エチルとジメチルカーボネートとの組み合わせ、ジメトキシエタンとトルエンとの組み合わせ、又はジメトキシエタンとジメチルカーボネートとの組み合わせが好ましい。
取り出し工程は、溶解工程で得られた溶液からLiPO2F2を取り出す工程である。
即ち、本開示の製造方法によれば、高い収率でLiPO2F2を製造できるため、LiPO2F2の生産性が向上する。
本開示の製造方法によって製造されたLiPO2F2は、非水電解液に添加した場合に、電池特性の向上に寄与することが期待される。
以下、ジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法の参考形態を示す。
参考形態によれば、ジフルオロリン酸リチウムを高い収率で製造できる。
参考形態に係るジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法は、以下の<1A>~<9A>の態様を含む。

ここで、密閉系とは、密閉された反応系をいう。具体的には、反応が行われる雰囲気内から、雰囲気外へのガスの漏れが実質的にない系をいう。ガスの漏れが実質的にないとは、設計上不可避的なガスの漏れを含んでもよいことを意味する。
かかる効果が奏される理由は明らかではないが、上記反応工程において、LiPF6に対し、リンの酸化物(A)及びリン酸のリチウム塩(B)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を、酸素を含む密閉系で反応させることにより、反応が効率よく進行するためと考えられる。
一方、上記反応工程を、酸素を含まない密閉系で行った場合、又は酸素を含む開放系で行った場合、目的の反応が阻害されやすい。
したがって、参考形態の製造方法によれば、酸素を含む密閉系での反応がLiPO2F2の収率の向上に寄与していると考えられる。
例えば、上記反応工程が、LiPF6に対し、リンの酸化物(A)としてのP2O5と、リン酸のリチウム塩(B)としてのLi3PO4と、を反応させることにより、LiPO2F2を含む粗生成物を製造する工程である場合、下記反応1及び反応2を経て、LiPO2F2を含む粗生成物が製造され得る。
この場合、反応1及び反応2を酸素を含む密閉系で行うことにより、反応1により発生したPOF3 ガスの揮散が抑制される。これにより、POF3 ガスがLi3PO4と反応しやすくなり、LiPO2F2に転化されやすくなる。すなわち、反応2の反応が効率よく進行すると考えられる。
反応1:3LiPF6+2P2O5→3LiPO2F2+4POF3 (ガス)
反応2:4POF3(ガス)+2Li3PO4→6LiPO2F2
参考形態の製造方法において、反応工程は、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPF6)に対し、リンの酸化物(A)及びリン酸のリチウム塩(B)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を、酸素を含む密閉系で反応させることにより、ジフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPO2F2)を含む粗生成物を製造する工程である。
酸素としては特に限定されないが、例えば、空気(乾燥空気等)、不活性ガス(窒素、ヘリウム、アルゴン等)で希釈した酸素及び空気が挙げられる。
酸素濃度が3体積%以上であると、副反応(例えばP2O5の水分による分解)によるP2O5の消費が抑制されやすい。
酸素濃度が50体積%以下であると、LiPF6の酸化の行き過ぎが抑制されやすい。
したがって、酸素濃度が3体積%以上50体積%以下であることにより、反応工程での副生成物が低減され、LiPO2F2が高い収率で得られやすい。
本開示の製造方法が、溶解工程及び取り出し工程を含む場合には、粗生成物(不純物を含むLiPO2F2)を効果的に精製でき、純度が高められたLiPO2F2を取り出すことができる。
即ち、参考形態の製造方法によれば、高い収率でLiPO2F2を製造できるため、LiPO2F2の生産性が向上する。
参考形態の製造方法によって製造されたLiPO2F2は、非水電解液に添加した場合に、電池特性の向上に寄与することが期待される。
以下において、「%」は、特に断りが無い限り、「質量%」を指す。
LiPO2F2を含む粗生成物を以下の方法で製造した。
乾燥窒素ガスでパージされたグローブボックス内において、原料としてのヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム5.0g、五酸化二リン3.1g、及びリン酸トリリチウム2.5gの各粉体と、原料混合媒体としてのテトラリン100mLをマグネチックスターラーの攪拌子と共に200mLのビーカーに入れ、スターラーで300rpm、1時間撹拌混合を行った(以上、第1原料混合物を得る工程)。
その後、この混合スラリー液を濾過して原料混合媒体(テトラリン)の少なくとも一部を除去することにより、原料粉体のウェットケーキを得た(以上、第2原料混合物を得る工程)。
次に、同じグローブボックスに温度計、圧力計、ガスの導入ラインおよび排気ラインを備えた200mLのハステロイC製密閉反応容器(以下、単に「反応容器」ともいう)を入れ、この反応容器に、先に混合した原料粉体のウェットケーキを撹拌子と共に全て入れ、蓋をして密閉した。この反応容器をグローブボックスから取り出し、加熱して200℃、8時間の処理で反応を行った(以上、反応工程)。
得られた固体を分析し純度を求めたところ、ジフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPO2F2)99.9%、その他の成分0.1%であった。収率は88.2%であった(表1参照)。
なお、LiPO2F2の純度及び収率は以下のようにして求めた。
得られた固体を重水溶媒に溶解し19F-NMR分析を行い、得られたスペクトルの積分値に基づき、質量基準の百分率法によりLiPO2F2の純度を算出した。
19F-NMRスペクトルの帰属は以下の通りである。
LiPF6:-71.4ppm、-73.3ppm(分子量:151.9、F数:6)
Li2PO3F:-75.0ppm、-77.5ppm(分子量:111.9、F数:1)
LiPO2F2:-81.0ppm、-83.5ppm(分子量:107.9、F数:2)
LiF :-120.0ppm(分子量:25.9、F数:1)
その他の成分:その他のピーク(LiPF6と同じ分子量、F数と仮定)
分析で得られたスペクトルから上記帰属と下記式により各化合物の質量分率を求め、LiPO2F2の質量分率を純度とした。

得られた固体の質量に、上記で算出された純度を乗じてLiPO2F2の質量を求めた。この質量からLiPO2F2に含まれるF原子のモル数を算出し、これをモル数1とした。次に、原料としてのLiPF6の質量から、このLiPF6に含まれるF原子のモル数を算出し、これをモル数2とした。LiPO2F2の収率は、モル数2に対するモル数1の割合((モル数1/モル数2)×100)として求めた。即ち、LiPO2F2の収率はF原子基準の収率とした。
表1に従って、原料混合媒体及び精製溶媒の種類の組み合わせを変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして固体を得て、実施例1と同様の測定を行った。結果を表1に示す。なお、表1中、「wt比」は質量比を表す。表2も同様である。
LiPO2F2を含む粗生成物を以下の方法で製造した。
温度計、圧力計、ガスの導入ラインおよび排気ラインを備えた200mLのハステロイC製密閉反応容器を、乾燥窒素ガスでパージされたグローブボックス内に入れ、グローブボックス内において反応容器中に、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム5.0g、五酸化二リン3.1g、リン酸トリリチウム2.5gの各粉体をマグネチックスターラーの攪拌子と共に入れ蓋をして密閉した。この反応容器をグローブボックスから取り出し、スターラーで300rpm、1時間撹拌混合を行った。
次に、この原料を装入、混合した反応容器を加熱し、200℃、8時間の処理で反応を行うことにより、LiPO2F2を含む粗生成物を得た。
得られた固体を分析し純度を求めたところ、ジフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPO2F2)99.9%、その他の成分0.1%であった。収率は80.7%であった(表2参照)。
表2に従って、精製溶媒の種類の組み合わせを変更したこと以外は比較例1と同様にして固体を得て、比較例1と同様の測定を行った。結果を表2に示す。

LiPO2F2を含む粗生成物を以下の方法で製造した。
温度計、圧力計、ガスの導入ラインおよび排気ラインを備えた200mLのハステロイC製密閉反応容器(以下、単に「反応容器」ともいう)を、乾燥窒素ガスでパージされたグローブボックス内に入れ、グローブボックス内において反応容器中に、原料としてのヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム5.0g、五酸化二リン3.1g、及びリン酸トリリチウム2.5gの各粉体をマグネチックスターラーの攪拌子と共に入れ蓋をして密閉した。この反応容器をグローブボックスから取り出し、スターラーで300rpm、1時間撹拌混合を行った。
次に、この原料を装入、混合した反応容器の排気ラインを開けて、反応容器を1000Pa以下に減圧した後、ガスの導入ラインから乾燥空気を導入して、反応容器内を乾燥空気で置換する操作を2回繰返した。次に、排気ラインを閉じて反応容器を密閉した後に加熱を開始して、200℃、8時間の処理で反応を行った(以上、反応工程)。
得られた固体を分析し純度を求めたところ、ジフルオロリン酸リチウム(LiPO2F2)99.9%、その他の成分0.1%であった。収率は88.2%であった(表1参照)。
なお、LiPO2F2の純度及び収率は以下のようにして求めた。
得られた固体を重水溶媒に溶解し19F-NMR分析を行い、得られたスペクトルの積分値に基づき、質量基準の百分率法によりLiPO2F2の純度を算出した。
19F-NMRスペクトルの帰属は以下の通りである。

その他の成分:その他のピーク(LiPF6と同じ分子量、F数と仮定)
分析で得られたスペクトルから上記帰属と下記式により各化合物の質量分率を求め、LiPO2F2の質量分率を純度とした。
(積分値/化合物のF数)×(化合物の分子量)=(化合物の質量部)
(化合物の質量部)/(化合物の質量部の総和)×100=化合物の質量分率(%)
得られた固体の質量に、上記で算出された純度を乗じてLiPO2F2の質量を求めた。この質量からLiPO2F2に含まれるF原子のモル数を算出し、これをモル数1とした。次に、原料としてのLiPF6の質量から、このLiPF6に含まれるF原子のモル数を算出し、これをモル数2とした。LiPO2F2の収率は、モル数2に対するモル数1の割合((モル数1/モル数2)×100)として求めた。即ち、LiPO2F2の収率はF原子基準の収率とした。
表3に従って、精製溶媒の種類の組み合わせを変更したこと以外は参考例1と同様にして固体を得て、参考例1と同様の測定を行った。結果を表3に示す。
参考例1の反応工程において、ガスの導入ラインから窒素を導入したこと以外は参考例1と同様にして固体を得て、参考例1と同様の測定を行った。結果を表3に示す。
表3に従って、精製溶媒の種類の組み合わせを変更したこと以外は参考比較例1と同様にして固体を得て、参考比較例1と同様の測定を行った。結果を表3に示す。
「wt比」は質量比を表す。
「vol%」は体積%を表す。
「反応系」は、酸素を含む密閉系の一例である反応容器である。

Claims (12)
- ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムと、リンの酸化物(A)及びリン酸のリチウム塩(B)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、炭素数6~12の炭化水素溶媒と、を混合することにより、第1原料混合物を得る工程と、
得られた前記第1原料混合物に含まれる前記炭化水素溶媒の少なくとも一部を除去することにより、第2原料混合物を得る工程と、
前記第2原料混合物を反応させることにより、ジフルオロリン酸リチウムを含む粗生成物を製造する工程と、
を含む、ジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。 - 前記炭化水素溶媒は、テトラリン、トルエン、ヘキサン、及びシクロヘキサンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の溶媒である、請求項1に記載のジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。
- 前記炭化水素溶媒の含有量は、前記第1原料混合物の全体に対して、50質量%以上である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。
- 前記粗生成物を製造する工程は、下記反応式に従い、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムに対し、リンの酸化物(A)及びリン酸のリチウム塩(B)からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を反応させることにより、前記粗生成物を製造する工程である、請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載のジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。
反応式:xLiPF6+yリンの酸化物(A)+zリン酸のリチウム塩(B)→nLiPO2F2
(前記反応式において、x、y、z、及びnは化学量論係数を表し、x及びnは各々独立に1以上の整数を表し、y及びzは各々独立に0又は1以上の整数を表す。ただし、x、y、z、及びnは下記式(1)~下記式(4)を満たす。
式(1):x+前記(B)のLi原子数×z=n
式(2):x+前記(A)のP原子数×y+前記(B)のP原子数×z=n
式(3):前記(A)のO原子数×y+前記(B)のO原子数×z=2n
式(4):6x=2n) - 前記粗生成物を製造する工程は、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムに対し、メタリン酸リチウム、リン酸トリリチウム、ピロリン酸テトラリチウム、トリリン酸ペンタリチウム、テトラリン酸ヘキサリチウム、及び五酸化二リンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を反応させることにより、前記粗生成物を製造する工程である、請求項1~請求項4の何れか1項に記載のジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。
- 前記粗生成物を製造する工程は、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムに対し、リン酸トリリチウム、ピロリン酸テトラリチウム、トリリン酸ペンタリチウム、及びテトラリン酸ヘキサリチウムからなる群から選ばれる1種を含む化合物と、五酸化二リンとを反応させることにより、前記粗生成物を製造する工程である、請求項1~請求項5の何れか1項に記載のジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。
- 前記粗生成物を製造する工程は、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムに対し、リン酸トリリチウムと、五酸化二リンとを反応させることにより、前記粗生成物を製造する工程である、請求項1~請求項6の何れか1項に記載のジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。
- 前記粗生成物を製造する工程は、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムに対し、メタリン酸リチウムを反応させることにより、前記粗生成物を製造する工程である、請求項1~請求項5の何れか1項に記載のジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。
- 更に、
前記粗生成物を精製溶媒に溶解させることにより、溶液を得る工程と、
前記溶液からジフルオロリン酸リチウムを取り出す工程と、
を含む請求項1~請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。 - 前記精製溶媒は、酢酸エチル、アセトン、ジメトキシエタン、ジエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル及びトリエチレングリコールジメチルエーテルからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の溶媒(X)と、トルエン、キシレン、ヘキサン、アセトニトリル、ジメチルカーボネート、エチルメチルカーボネート及びジエチルカーボネートからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の溶媒(Y)とが質量比(前記溶媒(X)/前記溶媒(Y))で70/30~95/5の範囲で混合された混合溶媒である、請求項9に記載のジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。
- 前記精製溶媒は、前記溶媒(X)として酢酸エチル及びジメトキシエタンの少なくとも一方を含み、前記溶媒(Y)としてトルエン及びジメチルカーボネートの少なくとも一方を含む混合溶媒である、請求項10に記載のジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。
- 前記溶媒(X)と前記溶媒(Y)との組み合わせは、酢酸エチルとトルエンとの組み合わせ、酢酸エチルとジメチルカーボネートとの組み合わせ、ジメトキシエタンとトルエンとの組み合わせ、又はジメトキシエタンとジメチルカーボネートとの組み合わせである、請求項10又は請求項11に記載のジフルオロリン酸リチウムの製造方法。
