 以下、車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置の第1の実施形態を、図1乃至図5Cを参照しながら説明する。まず、車両用伝動装置の一例として自動変速機3が搭載される車両1の概略構成について、図1に沿って説明する。図1に示すように、本実施形態の車両1は、例えば、内燃エンジン2と、自動変速機3と、自動変速機3を制御する油圧制御装置4及びECU(制御装置)5と、車輪6とを備えている。内燃エンジン2は、例えばガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジン等の内燃機関であり、自動変速機3に連結されている。また、本実施形態では、自動変速機3は、所謂FR(フロントエンジン・リアドライブ)型としている。但し、自動変速機3は、FR型には限られず、FF(フロントエンジン・フロントドライブ)型であってもよい。また、同一の油圧制御装置4をFR型の自動変速機3とFF型の自動変速機とに共用可能としてもよい。また、本実施形態では、車両用伝動装置を適用した車両の一例として駆動源として内燃エンジンのみを利用する車両の場合について説明しているが、これには限られず、駆動源として、例えば内燃エンジンと電動モータとを利用するハイブリッド車両に適用してもよい。
 自動変速機3は、トルクコンバータ30と、変速機構31と、これらを収容するミッションケース32とを有している。トルクコンバータ30は、内燃エンジン2及び変速機構31の間に介在され、作動流体を介して内燃エンジン2の駆動力を変速機構31に伝達可能である。
 変速機構31は、第1クラッチ(摩擦係合要素)C1を含む複数のクラッチやブレーキの係脱により複数の変速段を形成可能な多段変速機構としている。また、変速機構31は、油圧の給排により第1クラッチC1を係脱可能な油圧サーボ33を有している。但し、変速機構31としては、多段変速機には限られず、ベルト式無段自動変速機構等のような無段変速機構であってもよい。
 油圧制御装置4は、例えばバルブボディにより構成されており、不図示のオイルポンプから供給された油圧からライン圧やモジュレータ圧等を生成し、ECU5からの制御信号に基づいて変速機構31のクラッチやブレーキをそれぞれ制御するための油圧を給排可能である。油圧制御装置4の詳細な構成については、後述する。
 ECU5は、例えば、CPUと、処理プログラムを記憶するROMと、データを一時的に記憶するRAMと、入出力ポートと、通信ポートとを備えており、油圧制御装置4への制御信号等、各種の信号を出力ポートから出力する。
 次に、上述した油圧制御装置4の構成について、図2乃至図5Cに沿って詳細に説明する。図2及び図3に示すように、油圧制御装置4は、バルブボディであり、リニアソレノイドバルブ70及びソレノイドバルブ79の各調圧部71を収容するソレノイド設置部40と、切換えバルブ66(図4参照)などのバルブを収容するバルブ設置部60と、これらソレノイド設置部40とバルブ設置部60との間に介在されて設けられた油路設置部50と、が積層されて形成されている。
 本実施形態では、積層方向Lを上下方向とし、ソレノイド設置部40を下方(第1の方向D1)に向けると共に、バルブ設置部60を上方(第2の方向D2)に向けて、バルブ設置部60をミッションケース32に取り付けて設けられている。即ち、積層方向Lのうち、油路設置部50からソレノイド設置部40への方向を第1の方向D1とし、その反対方向を第2の方向D2としている。また、後述するリニアソレノイドバルブ70の中心線L1(図4参照)の長手方向を、幅方向Wとしている。
 図2乃至図4に示すように、ソレノイド設置部40は、第1ブロック41と、第2ブロック42と、第3ブロック43との3層の合成樹脂製の略板状ブロックを有しており、これら3層を積層して、例えば射出成形により互いに一体化して構成されている。
 第1ブロック41は、ソレノイド設置部40を構成する3層の中心に配置され、積層方向Lに直交する幅方向Wの一側端部及びその反対側の他側端部から交互に内部に向けて複数の穴部44が形成されている。本実施形態では、第1ブロック41は、DSI法の一次射出成形において、有底円筒形状の金属製のスリーブ73がインサート成形されることで形成されており、スリーブ73の内部が穴部44とされている。各スリーブ73の中心線L1は、幅方向Wと平行に設けられている。
 各スリーブ73には、リニアソレノイドバルブ70又はソレノイドバルブ79が設けられている。設けられているリニアソレノイドバルブ70及びソレノイドバルブ79は、中心線を平行かつ同一平面上に配置して設けられている。リニアソレノイドバルブ70は、スリーブ73に収容され、スプール70pにより油圧を調圧する調圧部71と、電気信号に応じて調圧部71を駆動させるソレノイド部72とを有している。調圧部71は、油圧を調圧するための摺動可能なスプール70pと、スプール70pを一方向に押圧する圧縮コイルばねからなる付勢ばね70sとを有している。
 各スリーブ73には、周側面において、多数の貫通孔を有するポート部70aが形成されている。ここでのポート部70aは、スリーブ73の内周面に形成されたポートと、ポートから外径側に連通する連通孔と、連通孔がスリーブ73の外周面で開口する開口部とを有している。各ポート部70aは、開口部において第1ブロック41を構成する合成樹脂により閉じられている。尚、ここでのリニアソレノイドバルブ70は、例えば、第1クラッチC1を係脱可能な油圧サーボ33等に油圧を供給可能である。尚、本実施形態では、リニアソレノイドバルブ70は第2ブロック42側から油圧が供給され、第3ブロック43側から油圧が出力されるように、各ポート部70aが配置されている。但し、これに限られないのは勿論である。
 本実施形態では、リニアソレノイドバルブ70は、入力された油圧に基づいて電気信号に応じて出力圧を生成する。ソレノイドバルブ79は、電気信号に応じて出力圧の供給及び停止を切り換えるオンオフソレノイドバルブである。リニアソレノイドバルブ70及びソレノイドバルブ79は、積層方向Lに交差する方向、例えば直交方向に沿って、互いに平行に隣接して配置されている。
 第1ブロック41は、第1の方向D1側に設けられた第1面411と、第1面411に形成された断面半円形状の複数の溝411aと、第1面411に形成された凸部411bと、を有している。複数の溝411aは、リニアソレノイドバルブ70又はソレノイドバルブ79の複数のポート部のうちの一部のポート部70aに連通している。凸部411bは、第2ブロック42に向けて突出している。また、第1ブロック41は、第2の方向D2側に設けられた第2面412と、第2面412に形成された断面半円形状の複数の溝412aと、第2面412に形成された凸部412bと、を有している。複数の溝412aは、リニアソレノイドバルブ70又はソレノイドバルブ79の複数のポート部のうちの一部のポート部70aに連通している。凸部412bは、第3ブロック43に向けて突出している。更に、第1ブロック41は、第1面411及び第2面412の間に、第1面411及び第2面412に沿って形成され、調圧部71を収容する複数の穴部44を有する。
 第2ブロック42は、第1ブロック41の第1面411に対向して設けられた第3面423と、第3面423に形成された断面半円形状の複数の溝423aと、第3面423に形成された凹部423bとを有している。複数の溝423aは、複数の溝411aに対向して設けられている。また、第1ブロック41の第1面411に対して第3面423を対向させて積層することで、複数の溝411a及び複数の溝423aにより複数の油路80を形成する。凹部423bは、第1面411の凸部411bの突出方向と同方向に窪むと共に、凸部411bが積層方向Lに隙間を有して嵌合される。第1ブロック41及び第2ブロック42は、隣り合う油路80の間で凸部411bと凹部423bとを嵌合して積層され、凸部411bと凹部423bとの隙間をキャビティとする射出成形により一体化されている。
 第3ブロック43は、第1ブロック41に対して第2ブロック42とは反対側に積層されている。第3ブロック43は、第1ブロック41の第2面412に対向する第4面434と、第4面434に形成された断面半円形状の複数の溝434aと、第4面434に形成された凹部434bとを有している。複数の溝434aは、複数の溝412aに対向して設けられている。また、第1ブロック41の第2面412に対して第4面434を対向させて積層することで、複数の溝412a及び複数の溝434aにより複数の油路81を形成する。凹部434bは、第2面412の凸部412bの突出方向と同方向に窪むと共に、凸部412bが積層方向Lに隙間を有して嵌合される。第1ブロック41及び第3ブロック43は、隣り合う油路81の間で凸部412bと凹部434bとを嵌合して積層され、凸部412bと凹部434bとの隙間をキャビティとする射出成形により一体化されている。
 第1ブロック41と第3ブロック43とにより形成された油路81は、油路設置部50を介してバルブ設置部60に連通されたり、あるいは、リニアソレノイドバルブ70のポート部70aやソレノイドバルブ79のポート部同士を連通する。第1ブロック41と第2ブロック42とにより形成された油路80は、リニアソレノイドバルブ70のポート部70aやソレノイドバルブ79のポート部同士を連通すると共に、各種の元圧供給部に連通され、ライン圧やモジュレータ圧等の元圧をリニアソレノイドバルブ70やソレノイドバルブ79に供給する。
 次に、油路設置部50は、第4ブロック(第3層)51と、第5ブロック(第1層)52との2層の合成樹脂製の略板状ブロックを有しており、これら2層を積層して、例えば射出成形により互いに一体化して構成されている。本実施形態では、第4ブロック51は第3ブロック43の第2の方向D2側に配置され、第4ブロック51と第3ブロック43とは単一部材により構成されている。但し、第4ブロック51と第3ブロック43とは単一部材であることには限られず、別部材により形成し、射出成形、接着、溶着等により一体化してもよい。
 第4ブロック51は、第2の方向D2側に設けられた第5面(第4の面)15と、第5面15に形成された断面半円形状の大径の複数の第4の溝15a及び複数の小径の溝15cと、第5面15に形成された凸部15bと、を有している。凸部15bは、第2の方向D2に向けて突出しており、第5面15において複数の溝15a,15cを囲うように配置されている。複数の第4の溝15aは、積層方向Lから視て、リニアソレノイドバルブ70の調圧部71に重なって配置されている。また、複数の小径の溝15cは、積層方向Lから視て、リニアソレノイドバルブ70のソレノイド部72に重なって配置されている。
 第5ブロック52は、第4ブロック51の第5面15に対向して設けられた第6面(第3の面)16と、第6面16に形成された断面半円形状の大径の複数の第3の溝16a及び複数の小径の溝16cと、第6面16に形成された凹部16bと、を有している。複数の第3の溝16aは、複数の第4の溝15aに対向して設けられている。複数の小径の溝16cは、複数の小径の溝15cに対向して設けられている。また、第4ブロック51の第5面15に対して第6面16を対向させて積層することで、複数の第3の溝16a及び複数の第4の溝15aにより複数の大径の第3の油路83を形成すると共に、複数の小径の溝16c及び複数の小径の溝15cにより複数の小径油路84を形成する。凹部16bは、第5面15の凸部15bの突出方向と同方向に窪むと共に、凸部15bが積層方向Lに隙間を有して嵌合される。即ち、凹部16bは、第6面16において複数の溝16a,16cを囲うように配置されている。第4ブロック51及び第5ブロック52は、隣り合う油路83,84の間で凸部15bと凹部16bとを嵌合して積層され、凸部15bと凹部16bとの隙間をキャビティとする射出成形により一体化されている。
 第3の油路83及び小径油路84が設けられる積層方向Lに交差する方向とは、積層方向Lに直交する方向や傾斜した方向を含む。尚、各油路83,84は、積層方向Lに沿った方向に設けられる部分があってもよい。本実施形態では、第3の油路83及び小径油路84の断面形状は、略円形状である。略円形状とは、真円形状以外にも、楕円形など、油路83,84の断面が連続して湾曲した形状を含む。
 また、第3の油路83は、第4ブロック51及び第5ブロック52の少なくとも一方の内部に形成された連通油路(第1の油路)91に連通している。連通油路91は、例えば、第2面412と第4面434との間に形成される大径の油路81や、第7面17と第9面19との間に形成される大径の第2の油路82等に連通している。また、小径油路84は、第4ブロック51及び第5ブロック52の少なくとも一方の内部に形成された小径連通油路92に連通している。小径連通油路92は、連通油路91よりも小径で、例えば、第2面412と第4面434との間に形成される小径の油路や、第7面17と第9面19との間に形成される小径の油路等に連通している。これにより、油路83,84は、例えば、第4ブロック51及び第5ブロック52との間で、あるいは第4ブロック51から第4ブロック51、または第5ブロック52から第5ブロック52へ作動油を流通させることができる。また、油路83,84は、例えば第1クラッチC1の油圧サーボ33と、リニアソレノイドバルブ70のポート部70aと、切換えバルブ66のポート部66aと、のうちの2つを連通している。
 本実施形態では、凸部15bの高さは、凹部16bの深さよりも小さい。また、凸部15bの先端面と凹部16bの底面との間には、シール部材が充填されており、シール部材により凸部15bと凹部16bとが接合状態にある。更に、シール部材は射出成形材であり、凸部15bと凹部16bとは射出成形により接合状態にある。
 本実施形態では、第3の油路83は、例えば、ライン圧やレンジ圧、摩擦係合要素を制御するための油圧等、大流量の作動油を流通するために使用される。小径油路84は、例えば、切換えバルブ66の信号圧等、小流量の作動油を流通させるために使用される。
 次に、バルブ設置部60は、第6ブロック(第2層)61と、第7ブロック62と、第8ブロック63との3層の合成樹脂製の略板状ブロックを有しており、これら3層を積層して、例えば射出成形により互いに一体化して構成されている。バルブ設置部60は、油路設置部50に対して、ソレノイド設置部40とは積層方向Lの反対側に積層され、切換えバルブ66を収容する。本実施形態では、第6ブロック61は第7ブロック62の第2の方向D2側に配置され、第6ブロック61と第7ブロック62とは単一部材により構成されている。但し、第6ブロック61と第7ブロック62とは単一部材であることには限られず、別部材により形成し、射出成形、接着、溶着等により一体化してもよい。
 第6ブロック61は、バルブ設置部60を構成する3層の中心に配置され、積層方向Lに直交する幅方向Wの一側端部及びその反対側の他側端部から内部に向けて複数の穴部64が形成されている。本実施形態では、第6ブロック61は、DSI法の一次射出成形において、有底円筒形状の金属製のスリーブ65がインサート成形されることで形成されており、スリーブ65の内部が穴部64とされている。各スリーブ65の中心線L2は、幅方向Wと平行に設けられている。
 各スリーブ65には、スプールバルブである切換えバルブ66が形成されている。各スリーブ65には、摺動可能なスプール66pと、スプール66pを一方向に押圧する圧縮コイルばねからなる付勢ばね66sと、付勢ばね66sがスプール66pを押圧した状態にするストッパ67とが収容され、これらにより切換えバルブ66が形成されている。ストッパ67は、留め具68によりスリーブ65の開口部の近傍に固定されている。各スリーブ65には、周側面において、多数の貫通孔からなるポート部66aが形成されている。ここでのポート部66aは、スリーブ65の内周面に形成されたポートと、ポートから外径側に連通する連通孔と、連通孔がスリーブ65の外周面で開口する開口部とを有している。各ポート部66aは、開口部において第6ブロック61を構成する合成樹脂により閉じられている。尚、切換えバルブ66は、例えば油路を切換え又は油圧を調圧可能である。油路を切換え可能な切換えバルブ66は、移動可能なスプール66pと、スプール66pを一方向に付勢する付勢ばね66sと、供給された油圧によりスプール66pを付勢ばね66sに抗する方向に移動させる作動油室66bと、を有するスプールバルブである。
 第6ブロック61は、第7面(第2の面)17と、第7面17に形成された断面半円形状の複数の第2の溝17aと、第7面17に形成された凸部17bと、を有している。複数の第2の溝17aは、切換えバルブ66の複数のポート部のうちの一部のポート部66aに連通している。凸部17bは、第7面17において隣り合う第2の溝17aの間に形成され、第7ブロック62に向けて突出している。また、第6ブロック61は、第7面17の反対側に設けられた第8面618と、第8面618に形成された断面半円形状の複数の溝618aと、第8面618に形成された凸部618bと、を有している。複数の溝618aは、切換えバルブ66の複数のポート部のうちの一部のポート部66aに連通している。凸部618bは、第8面618において隣り合う溝618aの間に形成され、第8ブロック63に向けて突出している。更に、第6ブロック61は、第7面17及び第8面618の間に、第7面17及び第8面618に沿って形成され、切換えバルブ66を収容する複数の穴部64を有する。
 第7ブロック62は、第6ブロック61に対して、ミッションケース32とは反対側に積層されている。本実施形態では、第7ブロック62は第5ブロック52の第2の方向D2側に配置され、第7ブロック62と第5ブロック52とは単一部材により構成されている。但し、第7ブロック62と第5ブロック52とは単一部材であることには限られず、別部材により形成し、射出成形、接着、溶着等により一体化してもよい。
 第7ブロック62は、第9面(第1の面)19と、第9面19に形成された断面半円形状の複数の第1の溝19aと、第9面19に形成された凹部19bと、を有している。複数の第1の溝19aは、複数の第2の溝17aに対向して設けられている。また、第6ブロック61の第7面17に対して第9面19を対向させて積層方向Lに積層することで、複数の第2の溝17a及び複数の第1の溝19aが複数の第2の油路82を形成する。油路83,84及び第2の油路82は、第7面17及び第9面19等の対向面に交差、例えば直交する方向に連通した状態にある。
 凹部19bは、第7面17の凸部17bの突出方向と同方向に窪むと共に、凸部17bが積層方向Lに隙間を有して嵌合される。本実施形態では、第6ブロック61及び第7ブロック62は、隣り合う第2の油路82の間で凸部17bと凹部19bとを嵌合して積層され、凸部17bと凹部19bとの隙間に射出成形材が注入され、隙間をキャビティとする射出成形により一体化されている。
 第8ブロック63は、第6ブロック61に対して第7ブロック62とは反対側に積層されており、ミッションケース32に取り付けられている。第8ブロック63は、第10面630と、第10面630に形成された断面半円形状の複数の溝630aと、第10面630に形成された凹部630bと、を有している。複数の溝630aは、複数の溝618aに対向して設けられている。また、第6ブロック61の第8面618に対して第10面630を対向させて積層することで、複数の溝630a及び複数の溝618aが複数の油路85を形成する。
 凹部630bは、第8面618の凸部618bの突出方向と同方向に窪むと共に、凸部618bが積層方向Lに隙間を有して嵌合される。第6ブロック61及び第8ブロック63は、隣り合う油路85の間で凸部618bと凹部630bとを嵌合して積層され、凸部618bと凹部630bとの隙間をキャビティとする射出成形により一体化されている。
 また、本実施形態では、例えば、第6ブロック61と第7ブロック62との間に、ドレン油路86(図2及び図3参照)が設けられている。ドレン油路86は、第7面17に形成された第2の溝17aと第9面19に形成された第1の溝19aとにより、第7面17及び第9面19の両面内に形成され、第6ブロック61及び第7ブロック62の外部に連通して作動油をドレンする。尚、このドレン油路86の周囲には、接合部が設けられていない。
 ここで、バルブ設置部60において切換えバルブ66に連通された油路82,85のうち、大流量の作動油を流通する大径の油路は、例えば、バルブ設置部60の中で他の切換えバルブ66に連通されたり、あるいは油路設置部50の第3の油路83を経由してバルブ設置部60の他の切換えバルブ66に連通されたり、あるいは油路設置部50の第3の油路83を経由してソレノイド設置部40のリニアソレノイドバルブ70又はソレノイドバルブ79に連通される。また、バルブ設置部60において切換えバルブ66に連通された油路82,85のうち、小流量の作動油を流通する小径の油路は、例えば、バルブ設置部60の中で他の切換えバルブ66に連通されたり、あるいは油路設置部50の小径油路84を経由してバルブ設置部60の他の切換えバルブ66に連通されたり、あるいは油路設置部50の小径油路84を経由してソレノイド設置部40のソレノイドバルブ79に連通される。即ち、油路設置部50の油路83,84の少なくとも一部は、ソレノイド設置部40のリニアソレノイドバルブ70とバルブ設置部60の切換えバルブ66とを連通する。
 尚、上述の説明では、第5面15に形成された凸部15bと、第6面16に形成された凹部16bと、が接合して、第5面15及び第6面16の両面内に位置する油路83,84を囲んでシールした状態にあることを説明したが、これは凸部15b及び凹部16bには限られない。即ち、他の面の凸部及び凹部も同様に、隣り合う油路を囲むように設けることで、凸部及び凹部の接合により油路をシールすることができる。本実施形態では、凸部411b及び凹部423bは接合して油路80を囲んでシールし、凸部412b及び凹部434bは接合して油路81を囲んでシールし、凸部17b及び凹部19bは接合して第2の油路82を囲んでシールし、凸部618b及び凹部630bは接合して油路85を囲んでシールする。
 上述した自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4のバルブボディは、本実施形態ではDSI法により製造される。このため、油圧制御装置4のバルブボディを製造する際は、第1ブロック41~第8ブロック63を、それぞれ射出成形により形成し、金型から取り外されずに、対向するダイを相対移動させる。ダイスライドにより、一部の層同士を凸部と凹部とを嵌合して積層し、キャビティに合成樹脂を射出することにより射出成形して、積層した層を一体化する。そして、このダイスライド及び積層を第1ブロック41~第8ブロック63の全ての接合面で行い、バルブボディを形成する。尚、本実施形態では、積層したブロックを一体化するシール部材を射出成形材としたが、これには限られず、例えば接着剤としてもよい。即ち、各層の凸部と凹部とを接着により一体化してもよい。この場合、バルブボディの組立を安価に行うことができる。
 次に、上述した自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4のバルブボディに形成される油路について、図4及び図5A~図5Cを参照して詳細に説明する。ここでは、一例として、第5ブロック52を中心として第6ブロック61及び第4ブロック51の間に形成された油路について説明する。
 図5A~図5Cに示すように、第5ブロック52は、第2の方向D2側において、第9面19と、第9面19に形成された断面半円形状の第1の溝19aと、第1の溝19aの端部19eに連通し、第9面19に直交した方向(積層方向L)に延伸され第1の溝19aに開口した断面円形状の連通油路91と、を有する。本実施形態では、連通油路91は、断面真円形状で、第5ブロック52を積層方向Lに同径d1で貫通している。第6ブロック61は、第7面17と、第7面17に形成されて第1の溝19aに対向した断面半円形状の第2の溝17aと、を有し、第7面17が第9面19に接合されて第5ブロック52に積層されている。第2の油路82は断面円形状で、第9面19の第1の溝19aと第7面17の第2の溝17aとにより形成され、連通油路91に連通している。尚、図5Aに示す例では、第2の油路82は、幅方向Wを中心線として設けられている。また、本実施形態では、連通油路91は第5ブロック52を積層方向Lに貫通しているが、これには限られず、例えば、連通油路91は貫通せずに、第5ブロック52にインサート成形されたスリーブのポート部と第1の溝19aとを連通するような構成であってもよい。
 第2の溝17aは、積層方向L及び幅方向Wに直交する直交方向X(図5B参照)から視て、直線部17sと曲線部(端部)17rとを有している。直線部17sは、第1の溝19aの端部19eに対向し、第7面17に沿って伸びた直線状に形成されている。本実施形態では、直線部17sは、第1の溝19aの端部19eを超えて、連通油路91の中心線上まで設けられている。曲線部17rは、直線部17sから第7面17まで達した曲線状に形成されている。本実施形態では、曲線部17rは、連通油路91の半径と同等の半径を有する円弧形状になっている。即ち、連通油路91に連通する第2の油路82の端部における第2の溝17aの曲線部17rは、第2の油路82の端部に向かうほど徐々に浅くなる形状であると共に、第5ブロック52における連通油路91に連続するように接続されている。また、本実施形態では、第2の油路82の端部における第2の溝17aの曲線部17rは、連通油路91に連続する断面円弧形状であり、凹んだ球面形状になっている。
 第2の油路82の端部における第1の溝19aの端部19eは、第2の油路82の端部に向かうほど徐々に深くなる断面円弧形状であると共に、連通油路91に連続するように接続されている。尚、第1の溝19aの端部19eの曲率半径は、第2の溝17aの曲線部17rの曲率半径よりも小さい。第1の溝19aは、直交方向Xから視て、第2の溝17aの直線部17sに対向し、第9面19に沿って伸びた直線状の直線部19sを有している。連通油路91は、直交方向Xから視て、第9面19に達した直線状の直線部(壁部)91sを有している。また、第1の溝19a及び連通油路91と、第2の溝17aとは、互いに段差なく接合されている。即ち、例えば、第2の溝17aの曲線部17rの先端の第7面17に達した部位と、これに対向する連通油路91の直線部91sの第9面19に達した部位とは、接合部18aにおいて互いに段差なく接合されている。
 本実施形態では、第5ブロック52における連通油路91を形成する壁部は、第9面19に直交して延伸する直線部91sとしている。即ち、連通油路91は、延伸方向(積層方向L)に関して、連通油路91の内部に入り込むアンダーカット部を有さない形状としている。このため、第5ブロック52を射出成形により形成する際に、金型を抜くことができる。本実施形態では、連通油路91は、積層方向Lに沿った円柱状の内周面を有しており、アンダーカット部を有さない形状としている。連通油路91の形状は、これには限られず、例えば、連通油路91の積層方向Lの中央部分が大径で、外端部分が小径である円錐面状の内周面を有する形状の場合も、アンダーカット部を有さない形状とすることができる。尚、図5A中、右上の油路82及び左下の油路83は、いずれも第2の油路82や第3の油路83に直交する別の油路である。
 一方、第5ブロック52は、第9面19の反対側の第1の方向D1側に設けられ、連通油路91が開口した第6面16と、第6面16に形成され、端部16eが連通油路91に連通した断面半円形状の第3の溝16aと、を有する。第4ブロック51は、第5面15と、第5面15に形成されて第3の溝16aに対向した断面半円形状の第4の溝15aと、を有し、第5面15が第6面16に接合されて第6ブロック61の反対側において第5ブロック52に積層されている。第3の油路83は断面円形状で、第6面16の第3の溝16aと第5面15の前記第4の溝とにより形成され、連通油路91に連通している。尚、図5Aに示す例では、第3の油路83は、幅方向Wを中心線として第2の油路82と平行に設けられている。但し、第3の油路83は、第5面15及び第6面16を含む他の方向を向いて設けられていてもよい。
 第4の溝15aは、直交方向Xから視て、直線部15sと曲線部(端部)15rとを有している。直線部15sは、第3の溝16aの端部16eに対向し、第5面15に沿って伸びた直線状に形成されている。本実施形態では、直線部15sは、第4の溝15aの端部15eを超えて、連通油路91の中心線上まで設けられている。曲線部15rは、直線部15sから第5面15まで達した曲線状に形成されている。本実施形態では、曲線部15rは、連通油路91の半径と同等の半径を有する円弧形状になっている。即ち、連通油路91に連通する第3の油路83の端部における第4の溝15aの曲線部15rは、第3の油路83の端部に向かうほど徐々に浅くなる形状であると共に、第5ブロック52における連通油路91に連続するように接続されている。また、本実施形態では、第3の油路83の端部における第4の溝15aの曲線部15rは、連通油路91に連続する断面円弧形状であり、凹んだ球面形状になっている。
 第3の油路83の端部における第3の溝16aの端部16eは、第3の油路83の端部に向かうほど徐々に深くなる断面円弧形状であると共に、連通油路91に連続するように接続されている。尚、第3の溝16aの端部16eの曲率半径は、第4の溝15aの曲線部15rの曲率半径よりも小さい。第3の溝16aは、直交方向Xから視て、第4の溝15aの直線部15sに対向し、第6面16に沿って伸びた直線状の直線部16sを有している。連通油路91は、直交方向Xから視て、第6面16に達した直線状の直線部91sを有している。また、第3の溝16a及び連通油路91と、第4の溝15aとは、互いに段差なく接合されている。即ち、例えば、第4の溝15aの曲線部15rの先端の第5面15に達した部位と、これに対向する連通油路91の直線部91sの第6面16に達した部位とは、接合部18bにおいて互いに段差なく接合されている。
 本実施形態では、第2の油路82と、連通油路91と、第3の油路83とは、各中心線に直交する断面形状は同径d1の真円形状で同じであり、断面積が等しく形成されている(図6A~図6C参照)。このため、各油路82,83,91の間で断面積が異なる場合に比べて、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。また、第2の油路82及び連通油路91の接合部18aと、第3の油路83及び連通油路91の接合部18bとは、いずれも段差がないので、段差がある場合に比べて作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 また、図5A~図5Cに示す本実施形態では、第2の溝17aの幅は、第2の油路82から連通油路91の直径部分まで直径d1で一定であり、連通油路91及び第2の油路82の連通部87の幅と等しくしている。尚、連通部87では、直交方向Xの径は直径d1であるが(図5B参照)、第1の溝19aの端部19eと第2の溝17aの曲線部17rとを結んだ長径d2は、直径d1より長くなる。また、本実施形態では、第1の油路81は、第1の油路81及び第2の油路82の各中心線に直交する直交方向Xから視て、第5ブロック52においては直線部91sを有し、第6ブロック61においては曲線部17rを有し、第4ブロック51においては曲線部15rを有している。
 尚、図5A~図5Cでは、一例として、第5ブロック52に形成された連通油路91と、第5ブロック52及び第6ブロック61により形成された第2の油路82と、第5ブロック52及び第4ブロック51により形成された第3の油路83と、において説明したが、他のブロックにおける他の油路についても同様の構成を適用できる。
 次に、上述した自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4の動作について、図1乃至図5Cに沿って説明する。
 内燃エンジン2の始動後、オイルポンプが駆動して油圧が供給されると、レギュレータバルブ及びモジュレータバルブによりライン圧やモジュレータ圧が生成される。生成されたライン圧やモジュレータ圧は、ソレノイド設置部40の油路81から、油路設置部50の第3の油路83又は小径油路84を経て、バルブ設置部60の第2の油路82を流通して、リニアソレノイドバルブ70やソレノイドバルブ79に供給される。リニアソレノイドバルブ70は、ECU5からの電気信号によって動作し、ライン圧やモジュレータ圧に基づいて、所望の油圧を生成して出力する。ソレノイドバルブ79は、ECU5からの電気信号によって動作し、ライン圧やモジュレータ圧に基づいて、油圧の供給をオンオフする。
 リニアソレノイドバルブ70やソレノイドバルブ79から供給された油圧の一部は、油路設置部50及びバルブ設置部60を貫通して、自動変速機3に供給される。また、リニアソレノイドバルブ70やソレノイドバルブ79から供給された油圧の他の一部は、油路設置部50を通過して切換えバルブ66に供給される。これにより、切換えバルブ66のスプール66pの位置が切り換えられ、あるいは、ポート部66a同士が連通あるいは遮断され、自動変速機3に供給される。自動変速機3に油圧が供給されることにより、自動変速機3の第1クラッチC1やブレーキ等の摩擦係合要素が係脱されて所望の変速段が形成されたり、あるいは自動変速機3の各部の潤滑が行われる。
 以上説明したように、本実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4によると、第2の油路82の端部における第2の溝17aの曲線部17rは、第2の油路82の端部に向かうほど徐々に浅くなる形状であると共に、第5ブロック52における第1の油路81に連続している。同様に、第3の油路83の端部における第4の溝15aの曲線部15rは、第3の油路83の端部に向かうほど徐々に浅くなる形状であると共に、第5ブロック52における第1の油路81に連続している。このため、第2の溝17aの底面と端面とが、例えば略直角状に形成されている場合に比べて、油路の断面積が流路に沿って大きく変化してしまうことを抑制できるので、積層された異なる層間の接合面に形成された油路同士が積層方向Lに連通する連通部87において、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 また、本実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4によると、第5ブロック52に形成された連通油路91に内径側に湾曲した曲線部を設ける必要が無いので、アンダーカット部が発生しないようにできる。これにより、第5ブロック52を射出成形により容易に形成することができる。
 また、本実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4によると、第2の油路82及び連通油路91の接合部18aと、第3の油路83及び連通油路91の接合部18bとは、いずれも段差なく形成されている。このため、段差がある場合に比べて、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 また、本実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4によると、第2の油路82及び第3の油路83はいずれも断面真円形状としている。このため、バルブボディを金属よりも低剛性の合成樹脂により構成しても、各油路82,83は構造的に十分な耐圧性を得ることができる。尚、断面矩形状の油路であると、隅部のR部分に応力集中が生じてしまい、低剛性の合成樹脂製バルブボディにそのまま適用すると応力集中を考慮して大型化を招いてしまう。このため、本実施形態のように、各油路は断面円形状であることが好ましい。
 また、本実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4によると、第7面17及び第5面15に凸部は形成されていないため、幅方向Wにコンパクト化を図ることができる。このため、本実施形態は、油路が密に配置される箇所に適用することが好ましい。
 尚、本実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4では、第1ブロック41~第8ブロック63の全ての層を合成樹脂製とした場合について説明したが、これには限られず、少なくとも一部の層が例えばアルミダイカストなどの金属製であってもよい。
 また、本実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4では、各ブロック同士の接合面の溝の周囲に凹凸形状を設け、互いに嵌合させてシール部材により接合した場合について説明したが、これには限られない。例えば、各ブロック同士の接合面の溝の周囲に凹凸形状を設けず、平面同士を射出成形、接着、溶着等により接合するようにしてもよい。
 <第2の実施形態>
 次に、第2の実施形態を、図6A、図6B、図6Cを参照しながら詳細に説明する。本実施形態の油圧制御装置4では、第6ブロック61は、第5ブロック52側に突出した凸部17dを有し、第5ブロック52は、凸部17dが嵌合される凹部19dを有する点で、第1の実施形態と構成を異にする。また、第4ブロック51は、第5ブロック52側に突出した凸部15dを有し、第5ブロック52は、凸部15dが嵌合される凹部16dを有する点で、第1の実施形態と構成を異にする。これら以外の点は、第2の実施形態の構成は第1の実施形態と同様であるので、符号を同じくして詳細な説明を省略する。
 本実施形態では、第6ブロック61は、第2の溝17aの端部において、第7面17から第5ブロック52側、即ち第1の方向D1に突出した凸部17dを有している。第5ブロック52は、第9面19が窪んだ形状で、凸部17dが嵌合して接合された凹部19dを有している。凸部17dは、第2の溝17aの曲線部(端部)117rが延長して形成された延長部117eを有し、第2の溝17aの底面から延長部117eの先端まで同一半径からなる凹んだ球面形状を有する。ここでは、延長部117eは、直交方向Xから視て、第1の溝19aの直線部19sの延長線上まで達する曲線形状としている。
 曲線部117r及び延長部117eは、第1の溝19aの端部19eからの直径d1が第2の油路82の直径d1と同じになるように形成されている。即ち、曲線部117r及び延長部117eは、第1の溝19aの端部19eを中心として、第2の油路82の直径d1を半径とする円弧形状に形成されている。これにより、曲線部117r及び延長部117eと、第1の溝19aの端部19eとにより形成された油路の中心線に直交した断面積が、第2の油路82の断面積と同じである曲線形状を有するように形成される。尚、連通油路191は、第1の実施形態と同様に、断面真円形状で、第5ブロック52を積層方向Lに直径d1で貫通している。延長部117eの先端部と連通油路191の直線部191sとは、接合部118aにおいて互いに段差なく接合されている。
 一方、第4ブロック51は、第4の溝15aの端部において、第5面15から第5ブロック52側、即ち第2の方向D2に突出した凸部15dを有している。第5ブロック52は、第6面16が窪んだ形状で、凸部15dが嵌合して接合された凹部16dを有している。凸部15dは、第4の溝15aの曲線部(端部)115rが延長して形成された延長部115eを有している。ここでは、延長部115eは、直交方向Xから視て、第3の溝16aの直線部16sの延長線上まで達する曲線形状としている。
 曲線部115r及び延長部115eは、第3の溝16aの端部16eからの径が第3の油路83の直径d1と同じになるように形成されている。即ち、曲線部115r及び延長部115eは、第3の溝16aの端部16eを中心として、第3の油路83の直径d1を半径とする円弧形状に形成されている。これにより、曲線部115r及び延長部115eと、第3の溝16aの端部16eとにより形成された油路の中心線に直交した断面積が、第3の油路83の断面積と同じである曲線形状を有するように形成される。尚、延長部115eの先端部と連通油路191の直線部191sとは、接合部118bにおいて互いに段差なく接合されている。
 これにより、第2の油路82と連通油路91と第3の油路83とは、連通して曲折された部分を含む全域において流路に直交する断面積が同じになるので、流通する作動油の圧損を大幅に低減することができる。
 この実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4によっても、第2の油路82の端部における第2の溝17aの曲線部117r及び延長部117eは、第2の油路82の端部に向かうほど徐々に浅くなる形状であると共に、第5ブロック52における第1の油路81に連続している。また、第3の油路83の端部における第4の溝15aの曲線部115r及び延長部115eは、第3の油路83の端部に向かうほど徐々に浅くなる形状であると共に、第5ブロック52における第1の油路81に連続している。このため、第2の溝17aの底面と端面とが、例えば略直角状に形成されている場合に比べて、油路の断面積が流路に沿って大きく変化してしまうことを抑制できるので、積層された異なる層間の接合面に形成された油路同士が積層方向Lに連通する連通部87において、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 また、この実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4では、第2の油路82と連通油路91と第3の油路83とは、連通して曲折された部分を含む全域において流路に直交する断面積が同じになる。これにより、流通する作動油の圧損を大幅に低減することができる。このように、第2の油路82と連通油路91と第3の油路83とは、断面形状及び断面積のいずれも一定であり、圧損に対して大きな効果があるため、この実施形態の油圧制御装置4は、自動変速機3のバルブボディにおける潤滑流路やクーラ流路のように、大流量でありながら比較的低圧な流路において適用することが好ましい。
 尚、本実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4では、延長部117e,115eは直交方向Xから視て曲線形状である場合について説明したが、これには限られない。例えば、延長部117e,115eの一部が直線状であってもよい。
 ここで、本実施形態のような凸部17d,15d及び凹部19d,16dを設けずに、第2の油路82と連通油路91と第3の油路83との断面積を同じにする構成について、図8A~図9Bを参照しながら詳細に説明する。
 図8Aに示すように、連通油路391は、直交方向Xから視て、第9面19から第1の溝19aの直線部19sの延長線上まで達する曲線部391rを有している。第2の溝17aの曲線部317r及び曲線部391rは段差なく連続し、第1の溝19aの端部19eを中心として、第2の油路82の径を半径とする円弧形状に形成されている。これにより、曲線部317r及び曲線部391rと、第1の溝19aの端部19eとにより形成された油路の中心線に直交した断面積が、第2の油路82の断面積と同じになる。また、連通油路391は、直交方向Xから視て、第6面16から第3の溝16aの直線部16sの延長線上まで達する曲線部391rを有している。第4の溝15aの曲線部315r及び曲線部391rは段差なく連続し、第3の溝16aの端部16eを中心として、第3の油路83の径を半径とする円弧形状に形成されている。これにより、曲線部315r及び曲線部391rと、第3の溝16aの端部16eとにより形成された油路の中心線に直交した断面積が、第3の油路83の断面積と同じになる。従って、第2の油路82と連通油路91と第3の油路83とは、連通して曲折された部分を含む全域において流路に直交する断面積が同じになる。
 しかしながら、図8B、図9A、図9Bに示すように、このような油路の断面積が変化しない形状の連通油路391を有する第5ブロック52は、積層方向Lから視て、連通油路391の側部にアンダーカット部391uを有してしまう。このため、金型を積層方向Lに移動させる射出成形法では、この第5ブロック52を形成できない可能性がある。
 これに対し、本実施形態では、図6A~図6Cに示すように、図8Bのアンダーカット部391uに相当する部分を凸部17d,15d及び凹部19d,16dの形成により避けることができる。これにより、アンダーカット部を有してしまうことなく、第2の油路82と連通油路91と第3の油路83とを、流路に直交する断面積を同じにして形成することができる。
 <第3の実施形態>
 次に、第3の実施形態を、図7A、図7B、図7Cを参照しながら詳細に説明する。本実施形態の油圧制御装置4では、第2の溝17aの曲線部217rは、第1の溝19aの端部19eに対向する位置から設けられ、第1の溝19aの端部19eからの径が第2の油路82の径と同じになるように形成されている点で、第1の実施形態と構成を異にする。また、第4の溝15aの曲線部215rは、第3の溝16aの端部16eに対向する位置から設けられ、第3の溝16aの端部16eからの径が第3の油路83の径と同じになるように形成されている点でも、第1の実施形態と構成を異にする。これら以外の点は、第3の実施形態の構成は第1の実施形態と同様であるので、符号を同じくして詳細な説明を省略する。また、第5ブロック52の構成も、第1の実施形態と同様である。
 本実施形態では、第2の溝17aの直線部217sは、第1の溝19aの端部19eにまで設けられ、第2の溝17aの曲線部217rは、直線部217sから第7面17まで達した曲線状に形成されている。また、第2の溝17aの曲線部217rは、曲線部217rと第1の溝19aの端部19eとにより形成された油路の中心線に直交した断面積が、第2の油路82の断面積と同じである曲線形状を有するように形成されている。即ち、第2の溝17aの曲線部217rは、第1の溝19aの端部19eを中心として、第2の油路82の径を半径とする円弧形状に形成されている。尚、連通油路91は、第1の実施形態と同様に、断面真円形状で、第5ブロック52を積層方向Lに同径で貫通している。このため、例えば、第2の溝17aの曲線部217rの先端の第7面17に達した部位と、これに対向する連通油路91の直線部91sの第9面19に達した部位との接合部218aにおいて、段差が形成されている。
 また、本実施形態では、第4の溝15aの直線部215sは、第3の溝16aの端部16eにまで設けられ、第4の溝15aの曲線部215rは、直線部215sから第5面15まで達した曲線状に形成されている。また、第4の溝15aの曲線部215rは、曲線部215rと第3の溝16aの端部16eとにより形成された油路の中心線に直交した断面積が、第3の油路83の断面積と同じである曲線形状を有するように形成されている。即ち、第4の溝15aの曲線部215rは、第3の溝16aの端部16eを中心として、第3の油路83の径を半径とする円弧形状に形成されている。このため、例えば、第4の溝15aの曲線部215rの先端の第5面15に達した部位と、これに対向する連通油路91の直線部91sの第6面16に達した部位との接合部218bにおいて、段差が形成されている。
 この実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4によっても、第2の油路82を形成する第2の溝17aは、直交方向Xから視て、第7面17に沿って伸びた直線状の直線部217sと、直線部217sから第7面17まで達した曲線状の曲線部217rと、を有している。また、第3の油路83を形成する第4の溝15aは、直交方向Xから視て、第5面15に沿って伸びた直線状の直線部215sと、直線部215sから第5面15まで達した曲線状の曲線部215rと、を有している。このため、第2の溝17a及び第4の溝15aの底面と端面とが略直角状に形成されている場合に比べて、油路の断面積が流路に沿って大きく変化してしまうことを抑制できる。また、第5ブロック52に形成された連通油路91に内径側に湾曲した曲線部を設ける必要が無いので、アンダーカット部が発生しないようにできる。これにより、例えば、連通油路91が第2の油路82及び第3の油路83に対して曲折して連通された部位において、アンダーカット部を有することなく、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 また、この実施形態の自動変速機3の油圧制御装置4では、第2の溝17aの曲線部217rは、曲線部217rと第1の溝19aの端部19eとにより形成された油路の中心線に直交した断面積が、第2の油路82の断面積と同じである曲線形状を有するように形成されている。このため、第2の油路82は、第2の溝17aの曲線部217rが設けられた領域では、油路の断面積が流路に沿って一定になるので、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。同様に、第4の溝15aの曲線部215rは、曲線部215rと第3の溝16aの端部16eとにより形成された油路の中心線に直交した断面積が、第3の油路83の断面積と同じである曲線形状を有するように形成されている。このため、第3の油路83は、第4の溝15aの曲線部215rが設けられた領域では、油路の断面積が流路に沿って一定になるので、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 尚、本実施形態は、以下の構成を少なくとも備える。本実施形態の車両用伝動装置(3)の油圧制御装置(4)は、第1の面(19)と、前記第1の面(19)に形成された断面半円形状の第1の溝(19a)と、前記第1の溝(19a)の端部(19e)に連通し、前記第1の面(19)に直交した方向に延伸され前記第1の溝(19a)に開口した断面円形状の第1の油路(91,191)と、を有する第1層(52)と、第2の面(17)と、前記第2の面(17)に形成されて前記第1の溝(19a)に対向した断面半円形状の第2の溝(17a)と、を有し、前記第2の面(17)が前記第1の面(19)に接合されて前記第1層(52)に積層された第2層(61)と、前記第1の面(19)の前記第1の溝(19a)と前記第2の面(17)の前記第2の溝(17a)とにより形成され、前記第1の油路(91,191)に連通した断面円形状の第2の油路(82)と、を備え、前記第1の油路(91,191)に連通する前記第2の油路(82)の端部における前記第2の溝(17a)は、前記第2の油路(82)の端部に向かうほど徐々に浅くなる形状であると共に、前記第1層(52)における前記第1の油路(91,191)に連続するように接続されている。この構成によれば、第2の油路(82)の端部における第2の溝(17a)は、第2の油路(82)の端部に向かうほど徐々に浅くなる形状であると共に、第1層(52)における第1の油路(91,191)に連続する。このため、第2の溝(17a)の底面と端面とが、例えば略直角状に形成されている場合に比べて、油路の断面積が流路に沿って大きく変化してしまうことを抑制できるので、積層された異なる層間の接合面に形成された油路同士が積層方向に連通する部位において、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 また、本実施形態の車両用伝動装置(3)の油圧制御装置(4)では、前記第2の油路(82)の端部における前記第2の溝(17a)は、前記第1の油路(91,191)に連続する断面円弧形状であり、前記第2の油路(82)の端部における前記第1の溝(19a)は、前記第2の油路(82)の端部に向かうほど徐々に深くなる断面円弧形状であると共に、前記第1の油路(91,191)に連続するように接続され、前記第1の溝(19a)の端部(19e)の曲率半径は、前記第2の溝(17a)の端部(17r)の曲率半径よりも小さい。この構成によれば、油路の断面積が流路に沿って大きく変化してしまうことを抑制できるので、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 また、本実施形態の車両用伝動装置(3)の油圧制御装置(4)では、前記第1層(52)における前記第1の油路(91,191)を形成する壁部(91s,191s)は、前記第1の面(19)から直交して延伸する。この構成によれば、第1の油路(91,191)は、延伸方向に関してアンダーカット部を有さない形状であるので、第1層(52)の形成時に、第1層(52)を積層方向(L)から挟み込む金型を利用して、射出成形等により形成することができる。
 また、本実施形態の車両用伝動装置(3)の油圧制御装置(4)では、前記第2の油路(82)の前記第2の油路(82)に直交する面の断面積は、前記第1の油路(91,191)の前記第1の油路(91,191)に直交する面の断面積と等しい。この構成によれば、第1の油路(91,191)及び第2の油路(82)において、油路の断面積が流路に沿って一定になるので、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 また、本実施形態の車両用伝動装置(3)の油圧制御装置(4)では、前記第2の油路(82)の前記第2の油路(82)に直交する面の断面形状は、前記第1の油路(91,191)の前記第1の油路(91,191)に直交する面の断面形状と同じである。この構成によれば、第1の油路(91,191)及び第2の油路(82)において、油路の断面積及び形状が流路に沿って一定になるので、作動油の圧損をより効果的に低減することができる。
 また、本実施形態の車両用伝動装置(3)の油圧制御装置(4)では、前記第2の溝(17a)の幅は、前記第1の油路(91,191)の直径(d1)と等しく、かつ前記第1の油路(91,191)及び前記第2の油路(82)が直交して連通する連通部(87)の幅と等しい。この構成によれば、第1の油路(91,191)及び第2の油路(82)において、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 また、本実施形態の車両用伝動装置(3)の油圧制御装置(4)では、前記第1層(52)及び前記第2層(61)は、合成樹脂製であり、前記第2の溝(17a)の端部(17r)は、凹んだ球面形状である。この構成によれば、金属製のバルブボディに比べて軽量で、生産性の良い安価なバルブボディを得ることができる。
 また、本実施形態の車両用伝動装置(3)の油圧制御装置(4)では、前記第2層(61)は、前記第2の溝(17a)の端部において、前記第2の面(17)から前記第1層(52)側に突出した凸部(17d)を有し、前記第1層(52)は、前記第1の面が窪んだ形状で、前記凸部(17d)が嵌合して接合された凹部(19d)を有し、前記凸部(17d)は、前記第2の溝(17a)が延長して形成された延長部(117e)を有し、前記第2の溝(17a)の底面から前記延長部(117e)の先端まで同一半径からなる凹んだ球面形状を有する。この構成によれば、延長部(117e)によって、第1の油路(191)の内周面を内側に湾曲させたのと同等の油路を形成することができる。また、延長部(117e)は第2層(61)に形成されるので、第1層(52)は第1の油路(191)の内周面を内側に湾曲させた形状を有さない。このため、第1層(52)の積層方向(L)におけるアンダーカット部の形成を防止することができる。これにより、第1層(52)の積層方向(L)におけるアンダーカット部の形成を防止しながらも、第1の油路(191)の内周面を内側に湾曲させた形状を実現することができ、第2の油路(82)と第1の油路(191)との接合部(118a)における断面積が流路に沿って大きく変化してしまうことを抑制できるので、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 また、本実施形態の車両用伝動装置(3)の油圧制御装置(4)では、前記第1の油路(91,191)は、前記第1の油路(91,191)及び前記第2の油路(82)の各中心線に直交する直交方向から視て、前記第1層(52)においては直線部(91s,191s)を有し、前記第2層(61)においては曲線部(17r,117r)を有する。この構成によれば、第1の油路(91,191)の延伸方向に関してアンダーカット部を有さない形状にできるので、第1層(52)の形成時に、第1層(52)を積層方向(L)から挟み込む金型を利用して、射出成形等により形成することができる。
 また、本実施形態の車両用伝動装置(3)の油圧制御装置(4)では、前記第1層(52)に対して、前記第2層(61)の反対側に積層された第3層(51)を備え、前記第1層(52)は、前記第1の面(19)の反対側に設けられ、前記第1の油路(91,191)が開口した第3の面(16)と、前記第3の面(16)に形成され、端部が前記第1の油路(91,191)に連通した断面半円形状の第3の溝(16a)と、を有し、前記第3層(51)は、第4の面(15)と、前記第4の面(15)に形成されて前記第3の溝(16a)に対向した断面半円形状の第4の溝(15a)と、を有し、前記第4の面(15)が前記第3の面(16)に接合されて前記第1層(52)に積層され、前記第3の面(16)の前記第3の溝(16a)と前記第4の面(15)の前記第4の溝(15a)とにより、前記第1の油路(91,191)に連通した断面円形状の第3の油路(83)が形成され、前記第1の油路(91,191)に連通する前記第3の油路(83)の端部における前記第4の溝(15a)は、前記第3の油路(83)の端部に向かうほど徐々に浅くなる形状であると共に、前記第1層(52)における前記第1の油路(91,191)に連続するように接続されている。この構成によれば、3層構造のバルブボディにおいても、積層された別個の層間の異なる接合面に形成された油路が接合面に交差する方向に曲折された部位において、作動油の圧損を低減することができる。
 本開示に係る車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置は、例えば車両等に搭載することが可能であり、特に油圧の給排により係合要素などを切り換える自動変速機に用いて好適である。

Claims (10)

  1.  第1の面と、前記第1の面に形成された断面半円形状の第1の溝と、前記第1の溝の端部に連通し、前記第1の面に直交した方向に延伸され前記第1の溝に開口した断面円形状の第1の油路と、を有する第1層と、
     第2の面と、前記第2の面に形成されて前記第1の溝に対向した断面半円形状の第2の溝と、を有し、前記第2の面が前記第1の面に接合されて前記第1層に積層された第2層と、
     前記第1の面の前記第1の溝と前記第2の面の前記第2の溝とにより形成され、前記第1の油路に連通した断面円形状の第2の油路と、を備え、
     前記第1の油路に連通する前記第2の油路の端部における前記第2の溝は、前記第2の油路の端部に向かうほど徐々に浅くなる形状であると共に、前記第1層における前記第1の油路に連続するように接続された車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置。
  2.  前記第2の油路の端部における前記第2の溝は、前記第1の油路に連続する断面円弧形状であり、
     前記第2の油路の端部における前記第1の溝は、前記第2の油路の端部に向かうほど徐々に深くなる断面円弧形状であると共に、前記第1の油路に連続するように接続され、
     前記第1の溝の端部の曲率半径は、前記第2の溝の端部の曲率半径よりも小さい請求項1に記載の車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置。
  3.  前記第1層における前記第1の油路を形成する壁部は、前記第1の面から直交して延伸する請求項1又は2に記載の車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置。
  4.  前記第2の油路の前記第2の油路に直交する面の断面積は、前記第1の油路の前記第1の油路に直交する面の断面積と等しい請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置。
  5.  前記第2の油路の前記第2の油路に直交する面の断面形状は、前記第1の油路の前記第1の油路に直交する面の断面形状と同じである請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置。
  6.  前記第2の溝の幅は、前記第1の油路の直径と等しく、かつ前記第1の油路及び前記第2の油路が直交して連通する連通部の幅と等しい請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置。
  7.  前記第1層及び前記第2層は、合成樹脂製であり、
     前記第2の溝の端部は、凹んだ球面形状である請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置。
  8.  前記第2層は、前記第2の溝の端部において、前記第2の面から前記第1層側に突出した凸部を有し、
     前記第1層は、前記第1の面が窪んだ形状で、前記凸部が嵌合して接合された凹部を有し、
     前記凸部は、前記第2の溝が延長して形成された延長部を有し、前記第2の溝の底面から前記延長部の先端まで同一半径からなる凹んだ球面形状を有する請求項7に記載の車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置。
  9.  前記第1の油路は、前記第1の油路及び前記第2の油路の各中心線に直交する直交方向から視て、前記第1層においては直線部を有し、前記第2層においては曲線部を有する請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置。
  10.  前記第1層に対して、前記第2層の反対側に積層された第3層を備え、
     前記第1層は、前記第1の面の反対側に設けられ、前記第1の油路が開口した第3の面と、前記第3の面に形成され、端部が前記第1の油路に連通した断面半円形状の第3の溝と、を有し、
     前記第3層は、第4の面と、前記第4の面に形成されて前記第3の溝に対向した断面半円形状の第4の溝と、を有し、前記第4の面が前記第3の面に接合されて前記第1層に積層され、
     前記第3の面の前記第3の溝と前記第4の面の前記第4の溝とにより、前記第1の油路に連通した断面円形状の第3の油路が形成され、
     前記第1の油路に連通する前記第3の油路の端部における前記第4の溝は、前記第3の油路の端部に向かうほど徐々に浅くなる形状であると共に、前記第1層における前記第1の油路に連続するように接続された請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の車両用伝動装置の油圧制御装置。
