Claims (10)
- 少なくとも二つ以上の流体通路が形成されている有底筒状のバルブボディと、
前記バルブボディに内蔵されたスプールと、
前記スプールを駆動するソレノイドと、で構成されたソレノイドバルブの、インサート成形による樹脂製カバーへの取付構造において、
前記バルブボディの外周には複数の鍔部が形成され、
前記鍔部は、前記バルブボディの軸方向に貫通孔が形成される第1の鍔部と、
前記貫通孔を有さない第2の鍔部と、から構成され、
前記第1の鍔部は少なくとも前記バルブボディ軸方向両端側に設けられ、
前記第2の鍔部は前記第1の鍔部の間に設けられ、
前記第1の鍔部の外径は、前記第2の鍔部の外径よりも大きいことを特徴とするソレノイドバルブの取付構造。 - 少なくとも二つ以上の流体通路が形成されている有底筒状のスリーブと、
前記スリーブに内蔵されたスプールと、
前記スプールを駆動するソレノイドと、で構成されたソレノイドバルブの、インサート成形による樹脂製カバーへの取付構造において、
前記スリーブの外周にはバルブボディが設けられ、
前記バルブボディの軸方向に貫通孔が形成される第1の鍔部と、
前記貫通孔を有さない第2の鍔部と、を備え、
前記第1の鍔部は少なくとも前記バルブボディ軸方向両端側に設けられ、
前記第2の鍔部は前記第1の鍔部の間に設けられ、
前記第1の鍔部の外径は、前記第2の鍔部の外径よりも大きいことを特徴とするソレノイドバルブの取付構造。 - 請求項2において、
前記スリーブと前記バルブボディとは、略同一の熱膨張係数を有する材料で形成されることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブの取付構造。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一項において、
前記樹脂製カバーが、前記バルブボディの少なくとも前記鍔部を包持することを特徴とするソレノイドバルブの取付構造。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一項において、前記第1の鍔部と前記第2の鍔部とは交互に設けられることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブの取り付け構造。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか一項において、
前記貫通孔は、前記鍔部の周方向に複数形成されていることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブの取付構造。 - 請求項6において、
前記貫通孔の一部は、前記鍔部の周方向外周面に開口していることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブの取付構造。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか一項において、
前記貫通孔は、前記バルブボディの軸方向側面視において、長円形状をなしていることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブの取付構造。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか一項において、
前記貫通孔は、前記バルブボディの軸方向側面視において、円形状をなしていることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブの取付構造。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか一項において、
前記貫通孔は、前記バルブボディの軸方向側面視において、多角形状をなしていることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブの取付構造。
