Claims (5)
- 自動車両のステアリングシャフトの回転状態を特徴付ける測定変数を取得するためのセンサ装置用のマグネットユニット(10)であって、
‐ 前記マグネットユニット(10)は、スリーブ(11)と、前記スリーブ(11)にポジティブ・ロッキング式に接続されるマグネット要素(12)とを含み、
‐ 前記スリーブは、前記マグネットユニット(10)をステアリングシャフトの第1部分に接続するためのブッシュ形状取付セクション(11A)と、径方向外方に延在する接続フランジ(11B)であって、前記マグネット要素(12)に接続するための径方向外面(14)を有する少なくとも1つの切欠(11C)を含む接続フランジ(11B)とを含み、
‐ 前記マグネット要素(12)は、磁気有効マグネットセクション(12A)と、更に軸方向に延在する少なくとも1つの接続要素(12B)であって、前記スリーブ(11)に接続するための径方向内面(13)を含む接続要素(12B)とを含み、
‐ 前記マグネットユニット(10)がその意図される機能に応じた使用状態において使用される際に、前記マグネット要素(12)の少なくとも1つの接続要素(12B)は、前記スリーブ(11)の前記接続フランジ(11B)の少なくとも1つの切欠(11C)を通過して延在し、且つ、前記マグネット要素(12)の前記接続要素(12B)が、接線方向及び軸方向におけるポジティブ・ロッキング接続部を、前記スリーブ(11)の前記接続フランジ(11B)とともに形成するように構成される、
マグネットユニット(10)において、
前記マグネットユニット(10)は、少なくとも1つの動作状態において、好適には基準大気温度にある場合の基準状態において、少なくとも1つの接続要素(12B)の前記径方向内面(13)が、前記スリーブ(11)の前記接続フランジ(11B)の対応する切欠(11C)の前記径方向外面(14)に対して径方向に離間するように構成され、
前記スリーブ(11)と前記マグネット要素(12)とは、異なる熱膨張係数を有し、好適には、前記マグネット要素(12)の長さ及び/又は体積の熱膨張係数は、前記スリーブ(11)の長さ及び/又は体積の熱膨張係数より大きく、
特に、前記スリーブ(11)及び前記マグネット要素(12)は、基準大気温度にある場合の基準状態における前記スリーブ(11)と前記マグネット要素(12)との間の少なくとも1つのポジティブ・ロッキング接続部が、接線及び/又は軸方向において遊びがないように構成される、
ことを特徴とするマグネットユニット(10)。 - 前記スリーブ(11)は、周方向に分散配置された少なくとも3つ、特に少なくとも4つの切欠(11C)を含み、
前記マグネット要素(12)は、好適には、切欠(11C)に対応する態様で分散配置された少なくとも3つ、特に少なくとも4つの接続要素(12B)を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマグネットユニット(10)。 - 前記マグネットユニット(10)がその意図される機能に応じた使用状態において使用されている時に、前記マグネット要素(12)の少なくとも1つの接続要素(12B)は、前記軸方向ポジティブ・ロッキング接続部を前記スリーブ(11)の前記接続フランジ(11B)とともに形成するように少なくとも1つのアンダーカットを含み、
前記接続要素(12B)は、好適には、フック形状、及び/又はT字形状、及び/又は錨形状の態様に構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のマグネットユニット(10)。 - 自動車両のステアリングシャフトの回転状態を特徴付ける測定変数を取得するためのセンサ装置において、前記センサ装置は、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のマグネットユニット(10)を含む、ことを特徴とするセンサ装置。
- センサ装置を有する自動車両において、前記センサ装置は請求項4に従って構成される、ことを特徴とする自動車両。
