Claims (6)
- オイルコントロールバルブのスプールを収容する円筒空間が形成された収容部と、
前記円筒空間に対してL字状に交差するドレーン空間が形成された縦壁部と、を一体的に備えて構成され、
前記縦壁部は、前記収容部の肉厚より小さい肉厚で形成されると共に、前記ドレーン空間の奥行き方向に垂直な平面における輪郭が円弧状に形成される樹脂インサート成形用のバルブケース。 - 前記収容部と前記縦壁部とが接続する隅角部の外面をR形状とした請求項1に記載のバルブケース。
- 前記隅角部の内面をR形状とした請求項2に記載のバルブケース。
- 前記収容部の外周面に前記収容部を支持する台部を一体的に形成し、且つ、前記台部の底面を前記縦壁部の端面の高さと一致するように構成してある請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブケース。
- 前記台部の肉厚は前記縦壁部の肉厚より大きく形成される請求項4に記載のバルブケース。
- 前記台部に、前記円筒空間と前記台部の外側とに亘って貫通する油路が形成されている請求項4又は5に記載のバルブケース。
