Abstract
Description
初めに、図1を参照して、本発明の一実施形態である車両用自動変速機のクラッチ装置の全体構成について説明する。図1は、本発明の一実施形態である車両用自動変速機のクラッチ装置の全体構成を示す分解斜視図を示す。
次に、図2〜図5を参照して、クラッチドラム2及びCFRPリング5の構成について説明する。図2(a),(b)はそれぞれ、クラッチドラム2及びCFRPリング5の回転軸方向の部分断面図及び図2(a)のA−A線を通過する平面を切断面とした時のクラッチドラム2及びCFRPリング5の断面図を示す。図3は、凸部23の配置位置の一例を示す図である。図4(a)〜(c)は、凸部の形状の一例を示す図である。なお、図2ではクラッチプレート3及びスナップリング4の図示を省略している。
最後に、図6〜図10を参照して、クラッチドラム2へのCFRPリング5の組み付け方法について説明する。図6は、クラッチドラム2へのCFRPリング5の組み付け方法の一例を示す図である。図7は、クラッチドラム2へのCFRPリング5の組み付け方法の他の例を示す図である。図8〜図10は、凸部及び凹部の形成方法を説明するための図である。

Claims (4)
- 径方向外向きに突出するスプライン大径部と径方向内向きに突出するスプライン小径部とを周方向に交互に有する有底円筒状のクラッチドラムと、前記クラッチドラムの外周部に巻き回された円環状のCFRP製バンド部材と、を備える車両用変速機のクラッチ装置であって、
前記スプライン大径部は、径方向外向きに突出する凸部を備え、
前記CFRP製バンド部材は、前記凸部に対向する位置に該凸部と嵌合する凹部を備える
ことを特徴とする車両用変速機のクラッチ装置。 - 前記CFRP製バンド部材は、CFRP繊維の主配向方向が周方向に平行になるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用変速機のクラッチ装置。
- 前記凸部及び前記凹部の組が、前記CFRP製バンド部材の幅方向で異なる位置に複数配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用変速機のクラッチ装置。
- 前記スプライン大径部には、前記クラッチドラムの内部の油を外部に流出させるための油抜孔が形成され、前記CFRP製バンド部材は、前記油抜孔の少なくとも一部を開放する位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうち、いずれか1項に記載の車両用変速機のクラッチ装置。
